I got the Orange Peel Spa Pedicure ($74), which includes 30 minutes of reflexology and a keratin foot wrap. The spa itself was very clean, quiet, and relaxing, and they had a nice selection of nail polish colors. The pedicure was well done overall. My only small critique is that I would have loved for the sugar scrub portion to last a little longer and include a bit more of a leg massage. The massage chairs are fairly basic compared with some nail spas, but they still got the job done. The reflexology was definitely a highlight! It was a true full 30 minutes and included hot stones, which was a really nice touch. Between the pedicure, foot treatment, and dedicated reflexology time, I thought the experience was relaxing and a good value. Overall, a great experience, especially for a relaxing Sunday appointment. I'll definitely be back!

I got a manicure and pedicure and not only were my nails not shaped evenly - squared off on some and rounded on others but the polish on my fingers began chipping off the next day. Her customer service and professionalism left a lot to be desired. I felt she was dismissive and lacked the warmth and attention to detail I had experienced from other technicians there. The gel manicure itself was also disappointing. In my past experiences, my gel manicures have lasted for weeks, but this one did not hold up as expected and the overall application seemed rushed and less careful. What stood out to me was an interaction during the appointment when a nail became smudged. Another technician initially suggested redoing it properly, but the owner stepped in and insisted that only the affected area be fixed. The other technician's reaction suggested that this may not have been the salon's usual standard of service. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience felt noticeably different from the level of quality and care I had previously received.

I've been getting dip done for a while now and never have I ever seen them use other brands of top coat that didn't go with the dip powder. A little concerned but I'm not the professional, right? At the end when I was about to leave my nails still looked very dull, the owner added a different top coat and it was now shiny. Ok great. I leave and a few days later... all my nails started to chip. Like a hard boil egg does when cracked. I called and they told me to come in. Great! Even though I don't have time for this I need to bc my nails are a mess, and I paid a lot for this service. I get there and the nail tech only wanted to do the nails that were cracked. That was 7 of them. I said." Why not do the other 2? They did but I felt she was annoyed. Also. They spoke Vietnamese about it, so I had no idea what they were saying. I'm sorry. But this is rude and extremely uncomfortable for the client. When I asked the owner why would something like this happen? She told me that it must be something I am doing. I told her that I have NEVER had this problem before so I highly doubt it. She she shrugged and walked away while speaking in Vietnamese. ‍. Anyways. My nails are fixed but they don't feel smooth and she left me with my hands all dirty. Also there is a pink spot on one of my nails, in the color, that should not be there. I asked what that was and I was told it was from the powder. You're ok with that... right? My response was.. " I guess I have to be at this point.. right?" She nodded and that was it. I will NEVER come back to this nail salon again and don't recommend it to anyone else either. Also... Place isn't even pretty looking inside and looks dirty.
