Wednesday July 3, in desperation for the holiday (I'm ALWAYS waiting to the last minute). Dreading going to the nail salon,I pay good money and Tip well. The lady (because I ENJOYED her conversation I won't give her name) must've had a plane to catch cause my nails looked absolutely HORRIBLE. $165 for a French gel manicure and a regular French pedicure. Gave a $30 tip explained how I'm a GREAT tipper and I don't mind paying I just want good service. (Back to my nails) I got home, put my glasses on and holy Toledo Batman, my nails were a mess. The paint was LUMPY... like had texture. (My niece has done a better job a 6 she's 12 now (they should hire her) lol I put on plastic gloves not only to wash dishes but to hide the hideous sight of my hands (feet look GREAT, different girl put on the stars) You'll see the pictures. Well I'll be dang the crap started chipping on the 6 by the 9th one completely popped off. I wasn't going to post nothing about the paint job or how expensive it was cause of the holiday. But look at my hands. And I spent so much money.today is July 10th and I spent $195 for this. One week later. Disgusting. Listen- I came to this nail salon with trust issues. I had been through like 4 different nail salons where I had experienced chipped nails, broken nails, cracked nails- you name it. (I would name drop these places, but I don't want to be petty) Anyway, I came in today as a walk-in client. I had 3 of my tips off of my fingers and the remaining tips in a curved coffin shape, barely making it. I was greeted by Jet who asked "how can I help you?" for which I replied, "I NEED HELP" He worked on me, I told him everything about my previous experiences and what all I wanted out of my nails. He BEYOND delivered. First of all, he walked me through everything he was doing and why, he told me he would try something different to insure my nails don't break and told me if they did, to come in immediately so he can fix it. I got gel color on my nails and there were NO BUBBLES (y'all know what I am talking about with the bubbles). My nails look amazing. I definitely found home in this nail salon. And if it helps to solidify your trying them out, every person that was in the nail salon at the same time either took a business care of set up an appointment (including me). I took my daughter to Total Nails after church to get her nails and toes polished. I didn't know the price and when they said $20.00 for a five year old, I thought it was ok.They said it would be $5.00 for a design. I told my wife the price and she said that wasn't right. I was a regular customer here for several years until January 2012 when the owner (Lena) used a drill on my natural nail bed to remove some residue gel nails. I wasn't aware of the danger at the time, but I went through weeks of pain after this and only then read that using a drill on natural nails is a no-no and that alone should be enough to avoid this salon. read more

I would say that they are rude, and aren't willing to compromise. My Mother was given a gift certificate by my sister, and was unable to use it within the 6 months allowed because she was taking care of my ailing Father, who passed away a couple of weeks ago. When Mom finally made it into the nail salon, the gift certificate had expired 3 days before. They wouldn't help out my Mom at all, not even give a percentage of the $50.00 value. Worst pedicure I have ever received. Left cuticles ragged, got polish on skin. People were rude and salon is not clean. I will NOT return.

Got gel coat. Next day nail was coming up. Owner repaired my nail said, lady that did my nails don't listen didn't do them right. Well, two days later another one was coming off. I was the 1st customer that day and store owed had an attitude and she did what do you want me to do about it. I said I didn't ever have to come back if she didn't want to repair nail. She said her culture that it's bad luck if your first customer wasn't leaving money. Had a real by attitude. I told her a considerable amount for a tip. But she said the other woman didn't give part of the tip. That's not my problem. She repaired my nail and shooshed me out. Today makes a week I've lost a total of 4 nails at this point. Poor quality and owner has bad customer service. Never will I go to that salon again. She even admitted the woman that did my nails didn't know what she was doing. Went to another salon a week later and had all new tips and gel coat put on. Owner even made a racist comment about another customer. Wow!!!! read more

the man was rough. he cut my third toe on my left foot. when i pointed out the blood he conviently couldn't understand english and refused to acknowledge the blood, the cut, or me. no one else intervened when i loudly complained. i will sue if infection happens. read more
