She is truly an ARTIST. So your nails will be a work of art! Every time I go I get something completely different. But most importantly she cares about the HEALTH of your nails. I am fortunate to have long natural nails and she has a service that helps me maintain the length and strength of my natural nails. At that time I told him if there is not enough polish or something is wrong with it, I can pick another color. He proceeded to polish leaving the corners looking unfinished. I asked him to fix them but instead it ended up making them look clumpy. I pointed it out and he proceeded to tell another staffer and began talking loud and waving his hands. After a few mins of walking from the front he came back through and slammed the polish on a table and proceeded go back to the back where I assume he left bc I never saw him again. I mentioned I wanted round but after looking at the shapes posted on the wall I meant to get oval ok my mistake again I am paying for the service and didn't want it to be an inconvenience so the shape I kept. When it got to the french tip design I wanted it was an whole issue. She started with the pinky showed me the nail to see if it was the right thickness but I wanted it a little thinner and when I go to voice that to her it was huffing and puffing, eye rolling like I had just messed up her whole day because I wanted a thinner white tip and she had only did One Nail. Again I'm the one paying for the service. So I politely asked her to remove the french tip which again only the pinky was painted and to do another base coat. She gave a lot of theatrical treatment and was not professional at all telling me if she had an attitude I wouldn't be here like wow you're saying this cause I wanted a thinner french tip. It was a shocker because out of the 6 times I've been to her I never received that type of attitude. But I will be sharing with my 355k social media following to just have them beware and to come in with exactly what they want measurements, design, colors, length and correct shape if they sit in her chair because if you don't you'll receive a nasty attitude for a service YOU'RE PAYING FOR.
