I came in for a classic manicure on a busy Saturday and was seen within minutes. This is the best classic manicure I've ever had. At first I was like, "why is a classic mani (no gel) $20?" But one week later and not one nail has chipped! My nail technician was very friendly and personable and I really enjoyed my experience here. Well worth the money and if I lived in the area this would definitely be my regular spot.

What a horrible experience here! Literally worst place I have ever gotten my fingernails done at and paid $42.00 . They look horrible too!!!! I made an appointment came in got a regular pedicure no polish because it's winter and I wanted air to get to my toenails. They still charged me 27$ and she didn't do a great pedicure. I then showed her a picture of the nails etc shape I wanted and as you see she left glue all over my fingers and my nails looked awful! I walked out of there and literally got in the car with my husband and started crying. I should have just gotten a manicure instead they would not clean up around my nails even she said it would be another $10 to clean up?????after I spent $69.00 here. I will never come back here again.

When I walked in, I was greeted and asked my name. I checked in, picked my nail color and within less than 5 minutes I was taken back. Staff was nice. I did ask for almond shape which I didn't receive... not sure what shape this is. I didn't speak up, every time I was about to say something he started filing again so I thought maybe I just didn't know his process. I think my nails look nice, I'm not upset about the shape. Assuming maybe he didn't hear me correctly. I dropped a star because some nails have wonky shape or the polish is off. Overall I'm not upset, just sharing an honest review. I spent $50 total and left a $10 tip.

NOPE!!! And that's a hard no for me. Never ever again. Went in just for a pedicure. Ordered the Deluxe. First issue, I had to ask her to redo and focus a little more on my heels because she was rushing through the process. Then after the polish was done, I had to ask her to remove the polish that she had gotten all over my toes (painted completely outside the nails. And I'll let you take a look at the finished product and you can see for yourself why I will NEVER spend money here again. Terrible service.

I was really disappointed to see that the price for the least expensive pedicure is now $37 plus tip. I didn't get them very often, but I don't remember the price being nearly that high. My technician was OK, but not anyone I would specifically ask for again. I usually just go with whoever gets me when I come in. But I'm definitely gonna be looking for a less expensive place to get a basic pedicure. I am getting older and having trouble reaching and safely clipping my toenails so I need to find someone for future reference. read more

On a rainy January Tuesday, I arrived for my appointment to a very busy salon with eight stations, with two pedi stations open. I told them I had an appointment and my assigned nail tech started getting the foot bath ready. I've not has a pedicure in several years due to a horrible experience the last time when the tech took a grater to my eczema and left me bleeding with about four months of advanced skin care to heal. I sat down and chose the planned treatment, and relaxed into the warm massage chair. My tech was very efficient, and when I warned her not to file in certain areas because those are not callouses, she complied. The rest of the time was spent enjoying the massage and warm rinses that accompany a pedicure. I was a bit disappointed not to get a glass of wine or a drink, as I have at other salons. Maybe that has fallen out of fashion? Nonetheless, in about 45 minutes, my feet were feeling better, my nails trimmed and filed, and my skin feeling rejuvenated. Mission accomplished! read more

Visiting NC and first time visiting this place. I did not have an appointment so decided to arrive a bit before opening time. I was greeted when I walked in told them I didn't have an appointment and wanted a pedicure. They said okay after minimal deliberation. There were 4 other ppl walking in with me a few minutes before opening with and without appointments. They greeted everyone who walked in. Space was welcoming with soothing music and light chatter. Massage chairs are great! I was asked to sanitize and scan in with QR code. This place is very clean and COVID vigilant. Screens everywhere, even at pediré station, you are surrounded on three sides with plastic shields that hang from the ceiling. It's appreciated. Plastic over water basin and clean supplies used for each client. Service was impecable. Fast, friendly and good quality. My heels are a point of focus for me and extra care was given in scrubbing the heels without asking. I was also not oversold on a service I didn't need. I asked if I needed the $37 pedi and Diane check my heel and said not necessary. I appreciated her honesty. She was great! The outcome was great. TERRIBLE! I'm new to NC I was looking for a nail salon. Found Lovely Nails on yelp they had good reviews decided to give them a try BIG MISTAKE $110 waste of money nail shape and thicknesses horrible. Went here on a whim today based on proximity, prices, and decent reviews, plus I called at 4pm to see if I could come in at 4:30 and even though it was busy, I was able to get in a chair almost immediately. I got the classic pedicure and gel manicure and Louis did a PHENOMENAL job. Even though I am clumsy as can be and bopped my wet toenail right into the manicure station, he took care of it immediately and you would never have known it happened. The colors are both much brighter in person and nevermind my weird toes, but I was very happy and will go back again next time I want to do a bit of pampering! read more

I stated coming here about a year and a half ago after my nail tech moved. So far ever technician has gone above and beyond with my crazy nail designs. And if the person who is doing my nails can't do the design someone else will. They always take there time and my nails always come out looking amazing. I usually do gel powder nails, and everyone is always nice. All I would say is definitely make an Appt otherwise you'll be waiting a little longer. But they still manage walk-ins nicely as well. read more

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service is disgusting. And the quality of the work is not enough to sacrifice being treated with decency, especially if you are paying for a service. Spare yourself the disappointment and the waste of time. I'm in town for the weekend and decided to get my nails done. I did a search on YELP and after reading reviews & searching pricing I decided to give Lovely Nails a try. Upon entering the shop I was concerned I'd have a long wait due to the overcrowding. Well to my surprise I only waited about 10 minutes and was instantly put in a chair. The young lady I had was nice and gave me exactly what I wanted! I was in and out within an hour. They have an array of products, colors, pedicure & nail chairs to provide excellent service. They were very busy when we arrived and while there was a little bit of a wait everyone was friendly and apologetic. The services we had (gel polish, SNS dip and pedicure) were all done professionally and well. Everything was very comfortable as a first outing in. COVID world. Masks were enforced and dividers up between all the stations and they requested everyone wash their hands when they came in. read more

I regularly come here, especially for pedicures. The salon is clean, they use tub liners for their pedi tubs, and the staff is extra thorough in ensuring an orderly and cleanly environment. The staff is also polite and thorough at their job, and actively friendly towards customers and each other. Additionally, their services are reasonably priced and high quality. My nails always look good after a service, and my skin feels softer and well moisturized. Today I decided to treat myself to one of their more expensive pedicure options and it was worth every penny for the foot massage and other add-ons! I will certainly be returning. read more

Super safe with covid, they have plastic dividers between customers and are always cleaning after each one. My gel nails always look great, and they are quick and affordable. Have checked out several others in the area and had some bad experiences and came back here for them to fix. Not a fancy dancy place, but Lovely nails is my go-to salon. read more

Why let me check in for my appointment but then don't service me? Why was another woman with an appointment serviced before me? Why was there no real solution offered except wait for an undisclosed amount of time? I thought people were friendlier down south but clearly the businesses are not. 0/10.

I picked the Lavender pedicure package with $20 gel nail upgraded. $20 is pretty steep considering being from California gel nail upgrades are $10 with any pedicure package. Every sports season I only color my nails my team colors. I went from my SF 49er color to my basketball team the golden state warriors baby!!! The owner did the translation to my nail tech with what I wanted and the owner and I had a really nice conversation he is so friendly. Next time I'm in North Carolina this will be my go to nail salon hands down they do a great job and I love the results of my nails.

We each had an attendant massage our arms and legs and feet, while we sat in very comfortable recliners. The attendants also used hot stones, which felt very nice. For the detox part we were hooked up to a machine and our feet placed in buckets of water for 30 minutes. We both kind of dozed off because we were so relaxed. I think next time I'd skip the detox and do more of the reflexology, and maybe add a pedicure! I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really nice experience. I usually have to go to a therapist multiple times before I can really relax, but Jennifer made me feel completely at ease to the point that I fell asleep several times. I absolutely LOVE this place! I found it one Sunday when my usual place was closed. I haven't been back to the other place since! Louis was the first one to do my nails and I don't want it any other way! He's amazing! I love everything about his from his work to his personality. The entire staff are also welcoming, friendly, and do great work as well! I've been going to this place over a year and I love everything about it. Full sets, fill-ins, pedicures, eyebrow waxes, and the color selection! Not to mention, the place is VERY clean and always smells great. Lovely Nails is definitely worth the visit! Firstly, the whole atmosphere was relaxing and the chairs are so comfortable. The salon itself is a quiet little hideaway-- not the loud crazy experience that you're use to. The foot and leg massage was excellent! Firm but gentle, I could've stayed there all day. Louis is my favorite... very nice and personable, I've been coming to him for years! I highly recommend him and his nail shop. They accommodate last minute request. Came here last minute because my usual place was too busy they saw me and my sister right away I got a gel manicure from TiTi and my sister got a dipping powder manicure. My manicure was great! She used a sterile box of tools and I saw they used liners for their pedicures they also have a huge selection of polishes regular and gel. My technician took her time was friendly and efficient! I have always had a great experience with Julie! She is the only one that does my nails and I can call/text anytime for appointment and get it that same day/week. She does them exactly as I ask and if something is wrong I just call or drop in and she is more than willing to fix it! Great service by far!!! Unfortunately, my nails are soft and they tend to split. A year ago, I walked into Lovely Nails to see if there was somebody who could help me take care of my nails. I was set up with Julie. My mother in law was here from out of town and she's very fussy about her nails. I think one broke or chipped, so we had ourselves a nail emergency. She was really happy with the place and the nail tech knew exactly how to fix that one nail to match it to the others. Would definitely come back for myself. read more

Went there for the first time to get a Pedicure. It was crowded and clients were waiting. But the staff was friendly and efficient. The woman (I don't know her name), did an excellent job.
