On a rainy January Tuesday, I arrived for my appointment to a very busy salon with eight stations, with two pedi stations open. I told them I had an appointment and my assigned nail tech started getting the foot bath ready. I've not has a pedicure in several years due to a horrible experience the last time when the tech took a grater to my eczema and left me bleeding with about four months of advanced skin care to heal. I sat down and chose the planned treatment, and relaxed into the warm massage chair. My tech was very efficient, and when I warned her not to file in certain areas because those are not callouses, she complied. The rest of the time was spent enjoying the massage and warm rinses that accompany a pedicure. I was a bit disappointed not to get a glass of wine or a drink, as I have at other salons. Maybe that has fallen out of fashion? Nonetheless, in about 45 minutes, my feet were feeling better, my nails trimmed and filed, and my skin feeling rejuvenated. Mission accomplished! read more

I was really disappointed to see that the price for the least expensive pedicure is now $37 plus tip. I didn't get them very often, but I don't remember the price being nearly that high. My technician was OK, but not anyone I would specifically ask for again. I usually just go with whoever gets me when I come in. But I'm definitely gonna be looking for a less expensive place to get a basic pedicure. Visiting NC and first time visiting this place. I did not have an appointment so decided to arrive a bit before opening time. I was greeted when I walked in told them I didn't have an appointment and wanted a pedicure. They said okay after minimal deliberation. There were 4 other ppl walking in with me a few minutes before opening with and without appointments. They greeted everyone who walked in. Space was welcoming with soothing music and light chatter. Massage chairs are great! I was asked to sanitize and scan in with QR code. This place is very clean and COVID vigilant. Screens everywhere, even at pediré station, you are surrounded on three sides with plastic shields that hang from the ceiling. It's appreciated. Plastic over water basin and clean supplies used for each client. Service was impecable. Fast, friendly and good quality. My heels are a point of focus for me and extra care was given in scrubbing the heels without asking. I was also not oversold on a service I didn't need. I asked if I needed the $37 pedi and Diane check my heel and said not necessary. I appreciated her honesty. She was great! The outcome was great. The pedicure was clean and without painted toes/edges and cuticles were cleaned properly. I thank them for great service and would come again. read more

What a horrible experience here! Literally worst place I have ever gotten my fingernails done at and paid $42.00 . They look horrible too!!!! I made an appointment came in got a regular pedicure no polish because it's winter and I wanted air to get to my toenails. They still charged me 27$ and she didn't do a great pedicure. I then showed her a picture of the nails etc shape I wanted and as you see she left glue all over my fingers and my nails looked awful! I walked out of there and literally got in the car with my husband and started crying. I should have just gotten a manicure instead they would not clean up around my nails even she said it would be another $10 to clean up?????after I spent $69.00 here. I decided Saturday that press on nails just weren't doing it for me anymore. I called lovely nails asking if they had availability for a full set and they said I could come right in. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked my name. I checked in, picked my nail color and within less than 5 minutes I was taken back. Staff was nice. I did ask for almond shape which I didn't receive... not sure what shape this is. I didn't speak up, every time I was about to say something he started filing again so I thought maybe I just didn't know his process. I think my nails look nice, I'm not upset about the shape. Assuming maybe he didn't hear me correctly. I dropped a star because some nails have wonky shape or the polish is off. Overall I'm not upset, just sharing an honest review. First issue, I had to ask her to redo and focus a little more on my heels because she was rushing through the process. Then after the polish was done, I had to ask her to remove the polish that she had gotten all over my toes (painted completely outside the nails. Went here on a whim today based on proximity, prices, and decent reviews, plus I called at 4pm to see if I could come in at 4:30 and even though it was busy, I was able to get in a chair almost immediately. I got the classic pedicure and gel manicure and Louis did a PHENOMENAL job. Even though I am clumsy as can be and bopped my wet toenail right into the manicure station, he took care of it immediately and you would never have known it happened. I stated coming here about a year and a half ago after my nail tech moved. So far ever technician has gone above and beyond with my crazy nail designs. And if the person who is doing my nails can't do the design someone else will. They always take there time and my nails always come out looking amazing. I usually do gel powder nails, and everyone is always nice. All I would say is definitely make an Appt otherwise you'll be waiting a little longer.
