I am so happy to have found this salon. I called ahead and went in around 5 and was seated immediately. There were only 3 employees working there so I would definitely recommend calling ahead, someone who came in after me did have to wait for like 20 minutes. I got a full set of acrylics with extensions for 30$ without tip, which seemed pretty cheap for Chapel Hill. My nail stylist listened to what I wanted and my nails turned out beautifully. Also it was very quick, the entire appointment took around 45 minutes. I will definitely be returning to this salon.

Definitely worth the stop!!!

I had an amazing experience. I was a lunch walk in. Thank goodness for the awful weather I sat right down. The guy was very patient with me as I wanted my old acrylic soaked off and not ripped off. I also started off wanting a manicure and changed my mind and got an acrylic overlay. He did offer gel but wasn't pushy after I told him I had a bad experience at a different salon with it. He honored my wishes and my nails turned out amazing! He was very kind, quick and their pricing is amazing!!! My soak off and redo was just shy of an hour. I will definitely be back as they are on my way to and from work.

Mani /pedi that looks good and lasts

They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to nails and nail art! My manicure lasted 10 days before it started to chip and the pedicure I got is still decent after 25 days. I highly recommend them and will be going back again.

They were nice folks...but the work the guy did on me could've been better. I told him I felt I had an ingrown toenail that if he could please check it and ended up just badly poking the corners of my toes I had to stop him from doing it to my other toe (they're both now hurting more than when I came in) although I told him it was just that one toe. Other nail techs usually cut that skin under my toe with the nipper or scrub good but he did neither and ended up scrapping the corner of ny toes feet/toes touch and they're still really red and hurting a little from that. I believe that foot grater is banned from being used for those particular reasons.my heels are so rough and they're never touch. It was almost a $40 pedicure I expected the massage to be longer but was roughly (I counted) 28 seconds and the scrub was only scrubbed for 6 seconds. Also as you can see badly polished and some toes aren't polished completely and with lot of cuticle left on them. He also tried to wash of the mask!!!! It's supposed to be wrapped with a hot towel I had to let him know to please not wash it. I don't know I just felt that for $40 it should've been better work/service.

I really like the gel manicure and pedicure I got here. They took their time and it looked great. I will be back.

Be careful that they don't overcharge you if you go in and you tell them you don't want jail it…read moredoesn't matter they will give you jail and then they will charge you for it a fill-in for acrylic which normally cost about $28-$30 They wanted to charge 57 and then she acted like she didn't speak English when I said I wasn't happy

A couple months ago, I made an appointment through their website during business hours. When I came at the appointed time, the door was locked. I called and someone picked up and told me she was sick and to make an appointment for a different day, even though my initial appointment had been placed and I had gotten a confirmation text. I didn't even get a discount for coming on a different day after driving to their shop initially, and finding them closed during business hours and with a scheduled appointment. This week, I received a birthday text to get $10 off my next visit. I had gotten my nails done a week ago and they were already chipped but I figured I would just come get them done again instead of asking for them to be redone, since there was a decent discount. The same person who had done my nails last week, which chipped, did my nails this time. The job was rushed and I had to ask my nail person to clean up the edges before leaving because he wanted to send me out with paint still on my skin around the nails on both hands. This poor service was already concerning. When I got to the cash register I showed them the $10 off text and they told me it was only for certain services so they wouldn't give me the discount, even though none of that was stated in the text. I asked them if they would send out these stipulations with their texts in the future because otherwise it's misleading. They told me no. I still paid them and tipped decently even though I honestly felt like giving them no tip with how bad the service was. This was more a reflection of me trying to bring my own emotions under control and be a better person, than any reflection of their service which was very poor. But I no longer plan to come to them in the future. The problem isn't just the service...it's the refusal to improve communication even after I've spoken with them about it and given them multiple chances to improve. Update: it's been less than 24 hours and my nails are already chipped again. The excuse is that it's regular polish. I've had my nails done with regular polish by other nail salons and it lasts more than a day. Making excuses for poor work and doing nothing to improve, is unacceptable in my opinion.

I'm back with another review of this salon! I love this place…read more After a year of coming here I have had my nails done by many of the different nail techs and each time I have been impressed by how much they seem to care about the job they are doing. With that said, there are varying levels of skill at this salon. Just like you would find at any salon. You can pick a specific nail tech of your choosing if you prefer. Cynthia, the owner, is wonderful. It's not easy to run this sort of business but she does a great job and genuinely cares about the customers and her employees. You can tell by the regular laughter floating around the place. I will keep coming to this local salon for a long time to come.

I walked in and let them know about my appointment, I saw them check their book and confirm I was on there. She then told me to check in on the kiosk and pick my color. I followed the woman to a pedicure chair where she informed me that I shouldn't sit there and it was for someone else. About two minutes later, a woman walks in and thanks her for squeezing in an appointment. Wow. She tells me to go speak to the manager. He asks can I wait because there are three other people ahead of me, I said no I really couldn't and that's why I made an appointment. Very, very disappointing experience. Why let me check in for my appointment but then don't service me? Why was another woman with an appointment serviced before me? Why was there no real solution offered except wait for an undisclosed amount of time? I thought people were friendlier down south but clearly the businesses are not. 0/10.
