I've had estheticians sometimes pull strips in two rips if it's a big one, but never EVERY SINGLE ONE. At the end of the wax, she went back and did a few clean up strips AND tweezed. I was confident that she did a good job, even though she didn't offer a mirror to look at her work. As soon as I got into my car, I lifted my dress just to peek. When I tell you PATCHES! For cosmetic services, I find it important to develop a relationship with one practitioner. Stephanie is the only person I see because she's excellent and so lovely. So sad to say, but if this business makes a mistake on their end, they ban clients. Please bear that in mind before scheduling an appointment -- there is a zero tolerance policy on complaints.
