This wax hurt more than when I tried sugaring a few months back, which hurt like noooobody's business. My esthetician pulled almost every strip off in two pulls, which prolonged the pain. I've had estheticians sometimes pull strips in two rips if it's a big one, but never EVERY SINGLE ONE. At the end of the wax, she went back and did a few clean up strips AND tweezed. I was confident that she did a good job, even though she didn't offer a mirror to look at her work. As soon as I got into my car, I lifted my dress just to peek. When I tell you PATCHES! I have NEVER had an esthetician miss so. many. hairs. And not like thin, lighter hairs that the wax can't grab. Thick, coarse hairs that definitely could have and should have been removed. For cosmetic services, I find it important to develop a relationship with one practitioner. Stephanie is the only person I see because she's excellent and so lovely. So sad to say, but if this business makes a mistake on their end, they ban clients. Please bear that in mind before scheduling an appointment -- there is a zero tolerance policy on complaints.
