The girl cut me at least 4 times, and didn't even apologize. She used numbing spray, and that made me bleed even more! I was left with scabs and the nails were crooked. IT IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I called prior to coming to make sure they had the time and people to do what myself, my mom, and my 2 daughters wanted. I let them know that we all needed pedicures 4 total my mom wanted a manicure and gel polish. I wanted a manicure and full set. I needed an acrylic fill in on my toes. My daughter needed a fill in as well on hers and my other daughter just wanted gel polish. They told us multiple times that they could accommodate us and to come in at 12. We get there they're already acting like we're an inconvenience. They didn't give myself or my mom a manicure they didn't cut cuticles, massage hands, didn't put lotion etc. they messed up my moms nails and did the wrong color she told them 3 different times she didn't think the color was correct and they overlooked her and said it was and the top coat would make it look right. We ended up paying $455 for our nails to look half assed and rushed. Very disappointed with the staff. If they didn't have the time to do what all we needed then just say that and tell us to come in another day. It's ridiculous to want to have a relaxing experience and come out of the salon very disappointed and upset oh and $455 less than we walked in. Come here only if you wanna pay too much for a trash ass job. Also they don't take accountability for their mess ups they didn't apologize to my mom they made her feel like it was her fault that they did the wrong color. Wonderful service! Kira did my prom acrylic set & she did an amazing job - super quick, gentle and professional. Overall the staff were nice and helpful. Definitely planning to come back. Just a few things - I wish they were more transparent with pricing - they have "full set of acrylics" listed on their website for 40$ and I ended up paying 60$ (with student discount) not including tip. Also, the dead/dying fish in very small containers placed around the salon and fastened to the walls was slightly upsetting and uncomfortable to look at. However it was overall a good experience and I would go back, especially if they chose to improve the quality of life for their fish. read more

This place is the first nail salon I have tried since moving to the area. It is nice inside and the service is typical of a nail salon, as well as the prices. So far so good. I have gotten a gel manicure, a full set with gel, and a pedicure and I have been satisfied with the services. They offer you something to drink, have Tvs to watch, and music playing in the background. The color selection is about normal. They DO have dip powder! When I initially went to Natural Nails, I was annoyed about their pressure for me to get gel nails. But after having terrible acrylics (with acrylic paint), I decided to switch to gel and I'm so glad I did (and glad that Natural Nails kept pushing me to!) Natural Nails has a friendly staff, GREAT selection of polished, & it's absolutely beautiful inside. Ever since I've switched over to gel, my nails have looked impeccable and have LASTED! I needed a quick pedicure before my vacation and decided to stop here because I didn't have time to drive to my regular place.. I wish I would've paid more attention to to the reviews because the pedicure I received was less than mediocre especially for the price paid. Pedicure was $28 but did NOT include callous removal (which kind of defeats the purpose).. they charge an extra $5 for this service. The only time I've gotten a pedicure that didn't include callous removal it was one if those inexpensive express pedicure. As for the pedicure itself it was ok, at best. I had to ask him to do a few things, I felt he forgot. Overall I felt like they put in half effort. For $33 you'd think my feet would feel better than when I came in.... well, they don't. I don't plan on returning here and recommend that if you want a good pedicure at good value, go elsewhere. read more

If you like a clean place and a good manicure do not come here. When they sat me down at the bar there were nail clippings on the counter which should have been my first indication that I should have walked out. The man that did my manicure (after having had three other people ask me what I wanted) pulled out the tools from under the counter. They were sitting in a wet plastic bin, not wrapped after being cleaned like in every other salon I have ever been to. He didn't soak my nails and worked very fast clipping my cuticles. I had to walk to the bathroom to wash my hands after that part which I have never had to do before. While I was in the bathroom he worked on someone else's nails then came back to me and used the same gloves. All of this was so unsanitary I don't know why I even let him finish. The light for the gel polish was so FILTHY. It was disgusting and I just hovered my hand in it because I didn't want to touch it. He also put so much polish on my nails they looked bubbled. For $31 I expected so much more. I will never go there again and I suggest that if you like a clean place you don't go there either. read more

I went here for my first time getting my nails done. They were super cute. Weeks pass and it's obviously time to take the nails off. I soaked them in warm, soapy water for about half an hour about 2 times for 2 days, and did the same with finger nail polish remover (soaking 30 mins, 2 times a day for 2 days). The nails on my left hand came off with little tugging, but a lot of damage to my real nails. The nails on my right hand would not come off and they were also in pain after the same amount of pulling. A week later (with more soaking) they finally come off, but with more damage than the other hand. Three of my real nails had cracked horizontally (photo) and my nails were ripped down to the soft skin ): IT WAS HORRIBLE. I was told my real nails were filed too thin and that was the reason for the excessive damage. I won't be going back. Cute, but the aftermath was horrible. read more

I visited natural nails for the first time on Wednesday for a full set of acrylic nails. The technician (David) got me right in a chair and started my nails. He had already started rushing. I had to choose 4 different colors because the colors I wanted were either out or they could not find it. The entire service was rushed and because he was rushing, my nails look like platypus feet. The nails are not paired all the way and it clumped on the ends where he applied to much polish in one spot. I am NOT happy after paying $50 for a service that was rushed and lacked quality. I do not recommend anyone going here and I will not be returning. It suck's because it was my first time and I'd hoped that I had found somewhere to go regularly. read more

Save your money and don't visit Natural Nails. Their business model is to overcharge their clients! They will tell you basic costs but will add onto the price at the register after your nails are done. They will charge you for EVERY SINGLE THING they do on your nails - they even charge for trims and there will ALWAYS be a surprise charge. I was cheated during my last visit and I feel very disappointed. About 3 weeks ago (before this current visit), my mom and I had gotten powder nails done at Natural Nails. We felt satisfied with our visit although it was very expensive (we were charged around $150 for two sets of powder nails and two pedicures). Before this current visit, I called in to ask how much a refill would cost and I was told it was $28. My mom and I didn't think it was SO bad since we had been charged $150 last time and so we decided to go to the salon to get our nails refilled (with powder). The person who was doing my nails started refilling my nails (refilling the base of my nails - where my nail was growing out from) but after he had finished refilling only that section, he said I had chosen the wrong powder color than the original powder color I had selected on my first visit (although I HAD chosen the CORRECT color, being that I remember the number I had asked for). Since I was told the color was wrong and would look ugly/uneven if he finished the powder refill, the man doing my nails suggested I get gel to cover up the color difference instead. I thought maybe THEY had made a mistake on the first visit and given me the wrong color so I was open to the suggestion. Before deciding to get gel, I asked him if I'd be charged extra for the gel and he said "no." This is why I decided to get gel instead, while thinking that I wouldn't be charged for a powder refill being that I was getting gel instead. At the same time, my mom was getting a powder refill, so I would be able to compare how much we were charged at the register. I believed I'd be charged less since gel is less expensive than powder. At the register (after they had done our nails), my mom was asked to pay $41 (even though they said it would cost $28). We questioned the upcharge and they justified the extra $13 charge for her refill being a powder refill, for her having extensions on her nails (from the PREVIOUS visit), and for a nail trim. Being naive, I assumed I'd be charged less because I didn't have extensions on my nails and I would not be charged for a powder refill since he put gel on my nails instead. I was wrong. I was ALSO charged $41, except I DID NOT get a powder refill - I got gel instead, and I had NEVER gotten nail extensions in the past or current visit. I had to pay the same price as a powder refill plus extensions. I asked him why I was being charged $41 and he justified it by saying that it was because he had slightly put powder over my nails and had put gel on top. I told him he said he wouldn't charged me extra for gel, but he came up with another excuse, and said it was $41 because he had slightly trimmed my nails down (I'm surprised a nail trim went up in price in a matter of seconds). Instead of making a scene (because everyone in the salon was already looking at us), I felt pressured to not fight it and so I paid and left with my mom. We are very dissatisfied with the visit and felt cheated and kind of abused. I was overcharged for something I didn't even want in the beginning. I can assure you my mom and I won't be coming back again, because they will find ANY excuse to overcharge their clients and take every penny from them. read more

I get pedicures pretty regularly and this is one of the best I've ever had. My heels were really cracked up and he took the time to clean them all nice without taking the easy way out and using the blade. I've had places do shortcuts with the blade or power grinder and this place did not do any of those shortcuts. Deluxe was $40 and I highly recommend it! I will definitely come back here again! One of the techs sat me down wrapped my nails and just left me sitting there. About 10 mins later, a different lady sat in front of me and started pushing the old gel polish off like she was digging for gold. Nobody has bothered to ask for my name, introduced themselves, or even told me . what's going on. All the techs were speaking in their language, snacking, and conversing like we're at a fish market. I might as well NOT Existed in their world. Each of them spoke proficient English but never once did they bothered to acknowledged me as a human being. I felt like a fish being fillet at a fish market. The sad part was I wanted a pedicure and they lady hacking at my nails said someone else would have to do my pedicure eventhough I asked her to do it....sad part is, my nails look great! I was getting my nails done, then the salon got busy and the nail technician could not be bothered to finish my nails properly because she was so anxious to do the other people's nails. I've been looking for a new nail place for a while and the other Yelp reviews I saw here encouraged me to try Natural Nails. I'm so glad I did, when I called to ask if they were busy within the next half hour they told me to come right in, and as soon as I got there they told me to pick my color. I wanted a full acrylic set in sparkly red and a gold accent nail, and Rhonda did a beautiful job. My nails are all consistent, beautifully shaped, sturdy, and she was very gentle during the whole process. She also let me know that the gold I had picked probably wasn't thick enough for an opaque color, and found the perfect glittery gold for me. She was conversational and so sweet, and I can't wait to go back and try another nail shape!! Also their services seem to be very competitively priced, but they also have weekly specials where they are discounted if you come on a certain day, an offer most salons do not give.
