I requested a pedicure 55$ all I requested was for them to cut the cuticle on my big toe (near the corner where dry skin is collected .I advised them it's not an ingrown it just requires some patience and time . I am giving one star because of course paid for my service. initially, I asked for the worker to cut the cuticle around the big toe however she wasn't able to so I asked for a manager. The manager also was not able to assist me with this so I'm just leaving this review for other who might have the same issue and need someone to cut . I won't be back unfortunately I would not recommend I simply don't understand how you can own a nail business and not able to cut cuticle is the only concern I have . Review for Lee Nails (Visit on November 14) My mother and I only visit a nail salon together twice a year when she's in town, so this is always a special time for us to unwind, get pampered, and enjoy each other's company. Unfortunately, our experience at Lee Nails on November 14 left us feeling disappointed. We booked a 5:30 PM appointment for both of us to have our nails and toes done. Upon arrival, we were immediately separated--my mom started with her toes while I had my nails done. Midway through my manicure, I was told they would be closing at 6:30 PM instead of their usual 7 PM, which meant I wouldn't have time to get my toes done. This last-minute schedule change was never mentioned when we booked the appointment, and had we known, we would have chosen a different salon. They rushed through both our services. I got gel nails, and they chipped the very next day. My mom's regular manicure smudged because they didn't allow her nails enough time to dry properly before ushering us out the door at exactly 6:30 PM. To say we were disappointed is an understatement, especially since we had a special event to attend and needed both services done properly. Do not go to this salon if you want to remove an acrylic manicure. The nail tech used an acrylic tip to literally chip off the dip powder that I came in with. When I asked her not to do that because I could feel it damaging my nails, she told me that there is no way to remove a dip powder manicure without damaging the natural nails. Later when she asked me what color I wanted, she criticized my color choice. Then when I requested almond shape nails, she laughed at me saying that my nails were too short for almond. My nails were as long as they had ever been and I came in with almond shape. They will not listen to what you want and will choose to do it their way even if it's physically hurting you or directly goes against a request that you made. read more

My worst experience at a nail salon so far!! I had a gel manicure last Thursday and less than a week two of my nail polish were completely gone! My other nails were cracked. I decide to come back for they can fix their job. I ask them if they can fixed them and paint them again and they said yes! the lady who did my nails last Thursday fix them today with a bad attitude, at the end she charge me again $25. I found a really good pedicure place. This place was closed for 2+ months but is now open. Tracy is friendly, very capable, and the salon has a nice atmosphere. The price is reasonable and the chairs give you a nice back massage as your feet soak. I asked Tracy to do some extra work on my feet as they were pretty roughed up and she did it without hesitation. Only positive comment I have is they're open on Sundays. Pedicure chairs are a bit dated. There was a language barrier as I wanted a particular design on my toes and he had no clue as to what I was saying. Don't expect any trendy new nail designs as they just don't do them. I was going to get a full set but the half ()? job they did on my feet I wasn't going to spend anymore money there. I think another tech realized I was disappointed and she told me next time don't come close to 5 (closing). I was a little confused because I showed up around 345 so maybe that was too late for them? While waiting for my car to be serviced at Toyota, I figured I would venture across the street and have a pedicure. Since Lee Nails was so close, I figured it could be a safe bet. I walk in, the salon is very nice and clean. There are three technicians already doing pedicures, asked me what I wanted and I said a pedicure, I picked a color and sat in a chair while my feet were soaking. Maybe this is my fault, but I did not ask how long the wait was, nor did they volunteer that information. I was waiting for about half an hour. The foot soak water was cold at this point and I almost got up to leave but since my car wasn't ready yet I figured I would wait. When the technician was using the file on my toe nails, she had cut my nails so short that the file was digging into my skin and caused bleeding. Advertising only one type of pedicure and not being asked if I wanted other options, I got a different pedicure than everyone else sitting next to me. I did not get a sugar/salt scrub, I did get a pumice treatment, but not the "callus remover" treatment, (you know, the cheese grater looking contraption), and I didn't even get a hot towel. I'm pretty religious about taking care of my feet, especially during the summer and use my own pumice stone and Ped-Egg daily so I know my feet are not in bad shape, but when I left the pumice stone that they used actually *hurt* my feet and peeled away some of my skin, not a callus, actual skin. I immediately went home and smoothed out my skin with my $10 Ped-Egg because it was that uncomfortable. I highly doubt I will ever go back here again. read more

Here is a honest review: I love going to this particular nail salon. My daughter and I have been going for years now. We have family members, coworkers and friends coming as well. This place is always clean and the employees are so nice. They always speak and ask how you doing today. No, they are not perfect, but what is or who is? No one but God. When you go in to get service just simply open your mouth and tell them what you want or don't want and the service will be given. This is by far the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I went in to get a polish change on my toes because I did not need a pedicure since I just recently got one. The nail tech Vee came to paint my toes and she rushed through the entire process. The nail polish wasn't even, she left polish in between the cracks of my toes and she did not clean up the leftover polish around my toes. When I asked her to clean the polish from around my toes she said it wasn't polish and that it looked bad because my feet were really dry, which was NOT TRUE. After I told her it was polish and that my feet were not dry she said it again and said she wasn't putting oil on my feet because I didn't get a pedicure. I didn't ask her oil I asked her to fix her sloppy paint job. She was extremely rude and I didn't appreciate her comment. I paid her and asked to speak to the manager about my experience and she never came back to speak with me. After waiting 45 minutes and flagging down the host to get the manager again she said someone else would be re-polishing my toes. Another nail tech came and re-painted my toes and they looked ten times better, she cleaned the polish up and my feet did not look dry like Vee said. Please do not go to Vee at this salon as she is very rude and unprofessional and don't expect to speak to the manager if you have an issue. read more

I went to lee nails to get an acrylic fill in and I was highly dissapointed. First off, my nails where perfectly shaped and when they added their own acrylic top, 1. They shaped it horribly. The corners of my nails have a very thin coat of acrylic, which is causing them to peel off and I guess they tried to add shape to the middle of my nails, but its ugly 2. The nail tech burned my finger multiple times when buffing my nails with the little buffer machine, then managed to BUFF MY FREAKN FINGER!! I was so pissed!! And when she was shaping the acrylic near the bottom of my nail, she made a huge indent to make the nails look "more natrual", but when I take the nails off, they will have lines in them from when I got a fill in. That is NOT suppose to happen, anywhere you go! You should find a new tech if that ever happens to you. 3. There were 3 different people working on my nails the whole time, the nails are not equal, and they all look ugly. After complaining about what I didn't like, they didn't do much to fix it. I honestly didn't want to pay at all but I felt bad because with service like that, I know they aren't getting any business. read more
