I followed the woman to a pedicure chair where she informed me that I shouldn't sit there and it was for someone else. About two minutes later, a woman walks in and thanks her for squeezing in an appointment. Wow. She tells me to go speak to the manager. He asks can I wait because there are three other people ahead of me, I said no I really couldn't and that's why I made an appointment. Very, very disappointing experience. Why let me check in for my appointment but then don't service me? Why was another woman with an appointment serviced before me? Why was there no real solution offered except wait for an undisclosed amount of time? I thought people were friendlier down south but clearly the businesses are not. 0/10.

They removed the gel tips, were really gentle with my nails, and fitted the new ones with care. I was nervous because I'd never had gel tips before, but I love my nails now. It's been two weeks and they still look perfect. They're comfortable, pretty, and feel good on my fingers. If you're going to get your nails done, get them done here. It was a bit hard to find at first because the sign is on the side of the main building, so make sure you go up the ramp. I called ahead and made an appointment, but waited about 20 minutes because the nail tech (Coral) was finishing with a client. Coral was really nice--quiet for the most part, but she made sure I was satisfied since it was my first time getting acrylics. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she constantly checked in throughout the process to make sure everything looked to my liking. She cut a couple of my fingers a few times while buffing the nails, but she had a healing cream ready to go. Once she finished (it took about 2 hours), everything looked perfect. My nails looked exactly like the picture I showed her, and I didn't need a fill-in for about 3 weeks.
