I followed the woman to a pedicure chair where she informed me that I shouldn't sit there and it was for someone else. About two minutes later, a woman walks in and thanks her for squeezing in an appointment. Wow. She tells me to go speak to the manager. He asks can I wait because there are three other people ahead of me, I said no I really couldn't and that's why I made an appointment. Very, very disappointing experience. Why let me check in for my appointment but then don't service me? Why was another woman with an appointment serviced before me? She worked really hard and was really sweet, but I feel like if you can't get a hair or a group of…read morehairs after two or three tries you probably shouldn't go over that area 10 or 20 times... it should be tweezed.... because now my underarms are so inflamed and so swollen and so painful that I can't put my arms down. I know you all say that sugaring does not adhere to the skin it only removes dead skin, but I think that after 20 passes on each armpit, my skin is removed... my skin is raw. My first time did not hurt this bad I was not in this much pain and it did not require that many passes either. I am hoping that I don't get any hyperpigmentation and I will take care of it as best as I can at home. I also think that alcohol wipes after sugaring is a terrible idea because every time she wiped my armpits it hurt even worse. I was wondering why there weren't enough reviews, and I think that everyone is a little afraid. This hurt worse than waxing, it was entirely too painful. I was shaking on the table. I've gone through childbirth and nipple tattoos and it didn't hurt like this. I was ready to cry, and leave. My first time elsewhere only took a total of 45 minutes there was no pain, there was no inflammation there was no pain afterwards. That paste is entirely too sticky it's damn near WAX that you're putting on people's skin and then pulling off with your hands that's not sugaring paste. She should be able to roll sugaring paste in a ball with your hands without it getting stuck or sticky, you can't do that with this. Either that or it was heated up too much because it was sticking to everything and my first sugaring experience it didn't stick to anything.... table, the gloves it didn't stick to anything it came off easily. If I have hyperpigmentation from this, I will be taking legal action because training for that should be more than five days. This was not a pleasant experience at all. Even with the deal they're offering for membership..... I won't be back. It's like amazing lash of sugaring, the people aren't trained enough and the products they're given to use are of poor quality. Update: i've got a lot of tiny scabs from where she kept going over the same area on my bikini area. I've also got one medium sized scab that wasn't visible until today but felt sore when I left..., I kept the area as moisturized as I could to avoid scabbing and scarring. But I'm not sure if I've avoided it. UPDATE. 6/13/21 My vagina and armpits are darker than they've ever been. They are peeling /shedding more skin than normal after sugaring, which is supposed to reveal new, smooth skin. She really fucked me up. She went over the same areas too many times and compromised my skin. My underarms are rough to the touch. Which isn't an issue I normally have. I won't say I'm burned but, something is wrong.
