I was in the shopping center and had specific nail art I trying to get done for my birthday trip. I showed the guy at the counter the picture and he said they could do this and to come back in 10 minutes. The woman filed down my nails and refilled. I didn't say anything because there was a teeny tiny space and I figured no biggie. At least they look nice with the art. But she attempted the artwork couldn't get it right so I told her just forget it remove it. She removes it. We go up to the counter and I was really hoping she was going to say you know I couldn't give you what you wanted so I'm gonna let it go. But nope. they charged me for the refills that I really didn't need, I did call the place to try to get a refund on my money and they said no they wouldn't do a refund. Three stars because they often do a good job. However, 1 star for rudeness. There are two manicurists that are personable, the rest are very curt and don't interact well. Many do not speak much English, so it is difficult to communicate. Sometimes other manicurists will help with translating, but for the most part, you're left to struggle. They do however interact with each other very loudly and one gets the impression we're being discussed. I've always tipped well, because they do a good job. Now despite the convenience of Bella, I now go to Lux Nails in Brennan Station. They do a good job and are delightful. read more

Do not go here. I went here for acrylic nails with gel polish and asked for almond shape and THIS is what I got. I paid 45$ (not including tip!) for these weird sharp nubs... she also cut my my thumb really badly in the process, as pictured, and it still really hurts. The friend I was with also got a really bad cut from a different person. I initially asked for stiletto shape, and the person didn't know what that was (at a nail salon!) and after asking for almond I got this. I cannot believe I paid money for this and now will have to go somewhere else and pay again to get them redone. read more

Hello stopped by to get my eyebrows done and when I went to sign in all of my nails got ink from the pens that were in the container. You could not see the ink ,when I asked for my nails to repaired they would not honor the request. I called later to speak to a manager and was told to come back and they would repair. When I arrived they would not honor what I was told on the phone. Horrible service. They might be good at what they do but clearly don't understand that customer satisfaction is the key to success. read more

They did a great job on my nails and toes. The design I had in mind wasn't something that the tech could do (a shamrock for St Patrick's day) and after 2 attempts she suggested a different design. Very pleasant experience. I walked in without an appointment in the afternoon but was taken back for a pedi immediately. The woman who did my nails was very sweet, quiet, careful and efficient. She also gave a great leg and foot massage. The place is fresh, clean and new looking. I met a friend there so I didn't choose it. The pedi was $30 which is a bit on the high side, but for the service I received it was worth it. I will certainly return. One thing I noticed about this nail spa is that all of the employees seemed to genuinely want to help you, whether it be keeping your massage chair going, refilling your drink or helping you over to the nail drying station. I have been going to this nail salon for a couple of years now. First of all, that being just said is they do an excellent job as to why I keep going back. When the pandemic hit, and when they were able to open up again, I was so happy! Kim is so precise with satisfying the the job she does. She is the one I wish to prefer. I have her do my manicures and pedicures but when she is not available, everyone else who has done my nails has done an excellent job. The salon is extremely clean as it was even before the pandemic. This place does not follow santitation guidelines recommend for salons. I saw them using cutical clippers on several people and they don't use anything in between the autoclave. I told them I don't want my cuticles cut and they gave me a terrible look when I asked how they clean their tools between clients. Run forest run!! read more

I visited this location after receiving a full body massage in the area. I read reviews but ignored the 1 stars based on the location and outer appearance. It was the worse mistake of my life. I received two services a pedicure and a chin wax. The pedicure was ok until time to paint my toe nails. the technician only applied 1 coat of polish and there was polish on my skin. I do not like to complain for services received because I don't want to seem like 'that kind of customer' so i just let it go. Next was the chin wax I specifically told the technician where to wax. I have been getting waxed for at least 8 years and it has never hurt this bad. the technician also ignored where I asked her to wax and applied wax in other areas. Needless to say a month later I am left with scarring from bumps that I am still dealing with under my chin that look like razor bumps!! It is so embarrassing and I have never had this experience before. I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I have been going to Bella to get pedicures for a number of years. But today is the last time. They have been getting a little run down and not fixing the massage chairs. Today I walked in and asked if I could get a pedicure. I was told yes and to sign in and pick a nail color. After choosing a color, the lady who had checked me in had wandered off. The man at the front desk asked if he could help me and I said I'd checked in for a pedicure. He walked off for a moment, then came back and told me I'd have to come back later because a group that came in after me had checked in. What the H-E-double hockey sticks?? If they couldn't do my pedicure, I should have been told that when I checked in. I should not have been bumped by someone who came in after me. I wish I'd thought to ask the man to try to calculate the odds of me ever "coming back later". Very disappointing. read more

I did a walk-in gel mani on a Sunday afternoon. They were able to see me right away. Lots of colors and options for gel. The nail tech was very sweet and did an incredible job cleaning up my cuticles and shaping my nail. She paused to make I still liked the color I picked after painting the first nail. The manicure did take around 45m but I'd rather take my time and have quality work done so it lasts! Price very affordable at $30 for regular polish removal and gel mani. read more

Bella Nail Spa is located off Six Forks in the plaza with the new Whole Foods and the Panera Bread. It is like a two minute drive from where I work so I went on my lunch break to get my nails done. This place was fantastic. I only had an hour for lunch so it was kind of risky to go then, but I told them I needed to be back and they made sure to make it happen. I got a full set of acrylic nails with white tips, and they looked great and I was done with a few minutes to spare! My manicurist was really friendly and a good conversation starter, and super efficient. Bella Nail Spa offers manicures and pedicures and also a few massage treatments, although I'm too familiar with those. Prices were fair, it was $33 for the full set, and then next time it will be $18 to get them filled. Not too bad if you ask me. I was a walk in and was taken right away, although I went at 2:15pm so it might not have been they're busy time. It's always safe to make the appointment just in case. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.The customer service was great and my nails look beautiful! read more

Not a great experience. Went in for gel polish and polish change on my feet. The polish on my feet ran so badly even after I dried for well over an hour (both air dry and dryer). My gel polish on my NATURAL nail peeled completely off after less than 24 hours. Upon returning to have the nail techs repair, they of course began speaking in their native tongue and all looking at my nails and me which I interpreted as them having a conversation regarding me. Very disappointed in this establishment. Poor customer service, and even worse results. I have been getting SNS, which usually lasts at least a month from other salons. After 3 days all but 2 of my nails broke off. When I returned to the salon to ask for a refund upon showing them my botched nails, I was told, "I am sorry you're not careful with your nails. Not my fault". Absolutely disappointed. I am now leaving $50 poorer and with terribly broken nails. Save your time and money and go to the Holly Springs Bella Nails. As for recommendations for this salon, perhaps learn proper customer service and respectful communication, as well as how to properly do nails. read more

Memorial Day Weekend. I arrived shortly after Bella opened and was greeted promptly. After selecting the color for my pedicure, I was directed to a chair & my pedicure began. I was hoping for a quiet procedure & that's exactly what I received. I believe Mr Kevin was my operator & he offered a beverage then began to work on my nails. I visited this salon with friends. They were incredible. Every step they took was above and beyond. My friend's and I all got the same color, so a gentleman went out and bought more of the color so we wouldn't have to wait. They even gave us lotion as Christmas presents! If it was possible to give negative stars I would. This is the third and last time I'll ever go here. My toe nails look worse than when I came in - filed crooked and polish all over the damn place. I just paid $35 for this crap job. I am so pissed. They used to be better but now they just don't even care. Now I have to try to fix their crappy work on nye when I have a million other things to do. PISSED!!!!! Why would I write this if I weren't there to receive this severely poor service? Came here several years ago after another salon ruined my nails. They did an amazing Jon and I have been going there since. It is very clean and they are careful about sterilization. Prices are competitive. The aesthetics of the salon are lovely. A peaceful and relaxing place. I ALWAYS tip them well because they give a terrific foot and leg massage ( especially Tony).
