I am not sure if walk-ins get a less talented nail technician, but I had a women that cut me at least 6 times on my manicure. I have 4 cuticle cuts and the file edge cut me twice as she was cutting me with the file edge instead of filing the nail. I told her she had cut me and it was if I didn't say anything. Then she put my nails in dip remover and I almost jumped out of my seat from the stinging in all the cuts. I should have said something but never want to be a complainer but they need to train these techs better to not hurt the customer. I have been here several time before with good visits but this last time was actually painful. read more

I love this location. Always clean, and I feel like their prices are reasonable. Even their most basic pedicure makes it feel like you're getting the royal treatment. I especially love how they numerically organize their gel colors with the regular ones to match. I'm always annoyed when I'm guessing and comparing. I want to be able to look at a color (and the name of the color) and not have to search endlessly for a match. I also appreciate that they are open later on Sundays, and I never feel like extra services are pushed on me. It's definitely my go-to by me. read more

I have been going here for years and love the service. The staff is very kind and they all remember your name and details about you (ask how your mom or sister is doing etc). They give great massages with their pedicures. I have been many places in Cary and Holly Springs but this is by far my favorite. Very clean. read more

i've been here multiple times and I had maybe one good experience. The first time you go they get you in on time and they do good and then the next times you go they get you in late I had an appointment at 2:30 and I got in at 3:00. they don't have a good staff and whoever is the manager doesn't know how to manage a nail salon. I was getting multiple colors done and they picked out purple instead of blue which is what I asked for they have cut me many times they don't do the right shape. I get acrylics done here and when they do it, the gel gets all over my fingers. my friend got gel nails and they're see-through and have air bubbles in. you HAVE to make an appointment, because if you don't the wait for "walk-ins" are 2+ hours. even when you do make an appointment you still have to wait, even if you come on the time they told you to. in conclusion you should not come here without an appointment and even if you do have an appointment be prepared for a long wait. also only pick out one color and do not do a multiple color ones or else they will get confused and pick out the wrong colors. read more

Currently having possibly the wimpy-ist pedicure EVER. The girl is very pregnant and clearly would rather be anywhere but here. She was too lazy to even pick up my foot to slough my heels. She just burned the crap out of one foot with an extremely hot towel. This particular woman was recommended by one of my clients. I trust she doesn't treat her like this. Maybe she didn't feel well? Maybe she was tired? Maybe she should have let someone else do it? I rarely complain about a pedicure but, it was seriously disappointing. Do yourself a favor and save yourself $38 because there was nothing "ultimate" about this one. I'm sure I'll need another in a week. read more

The people are fantastic, they do a great job and they give you the full service you pay for (we have all been to the other places that don't massage the amount if time they state in their service description- not here. ) Always great service. I went in on Mother's Day for a mani pedi. I believe that the older woman who did my nails was new to the mani pedi world. First, she tried to cut my toe nails way too short- when I instinctively pulled my feet back (because it hurt) she acted like there was something wrong with me. Then she told me my toe nails were too long. After cutting my skin. Wtf. My confirmation that she did not know what she was doing came during my manicure, when she did not ask me to pay before putting on my top coat. I repeatedly asked her if she wanted me to pay first (because she didn't answer me- not sure about a language barrier) and she was very confused by that. The manicurist at the stall next to us finally interrupted and told her to let me pay first. In sum, I'm not going back. If you decide to go, bring your own nail polish. Theirs is all gloppy, to the point where I just got clear on my nails. I've never gotten clear on my nails. What's the point of that? read more

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I went in, picked out my color, sat down, I was holding the polish in my hand and it EXPLODES all over my North Face jacket and leggings. I had shards of glass on my leggings and I was holding the broken bottle in my hand. The manager tells us it isn't his fault, he doesn't know what he can do for us, and goes back to working. He says, we are acting like we "booby trapped" him, and anybody could come in, unloosen the bottle and spill it on their clothes. It EXPLODED all over my clothes, my $100 North Face and $15 leggings are now ruined. We were there for my mothers birthday to get pedicures and it turned into a $115 mistake. read more

One- they do eye brow tinting, which seems to be hard to find at a regular nail salon. Cookie is the BEST! She always tints them prefect and she does an amazing job on my pedicure. She gives good advice on polish color too. I gladly drive 30min to come here. read more

I moved to this area about 6 months ago and was looking for a nail salon. While on a walk around the neighborhood I chanced on Polished. I went in to inquire about their services and met Helen. I made an appointment for the following week for a Mani/Pedi, and I was delighted with the results. The hand and foot massage are delightful and relaxing. The place is always clean and my nails look great when I leave there. Helen has introduced me to color instead of clear on my fingernails which I never tried before, and I am addicted. I visited this establishment for the first time this morning for a pedicure. The lady who performed my service came and stood impatiently behind me while I was picking my polish. My pedicure was brief and never once did she massage my feet or apply any scrub or lotion on them other than the obligatory callous treatment. I wish that I had gotten her name but she did not introduce herself or say good-bye. Perhaps if I had a more caring technician my experience would have been different. read more

Today I had one of the most wonderful experiences since I moved to Cary. I walked into Polished and was pampered and treated like an old friend. The job Mila did on my manicure and pedicure is as wonderful as anything I'd gotten in NY. I've tried a few other places in the area but was disappointed with the quality and the cleanliness. Today I am THRILLED! Everything is spotless, no one is in a rush, and I even brought my 14 year old daughter back after school to have her eyebrows waxed. They did a fabulous job on that too.
