Me and my sister have been going to this place ever since it open, it was really sad to me that last time I was there I mentioned I wanted to get my nails done for my wedding, that was the following week. I made an appointment with the girl I knew usually does a good job for a special designs or French tip because not all of them know how to do that, so I wanted to make sure that someone could help me. After I've been a good customer for several years they decided to have another customer with her, even though I had an appointment and I told them it was important to me. I ended up having my nails done by another person that didn't know how to do French tip, she tried to do a good job but my nails we're not what I was expecting for my wedding day so I had to go to another place and spend even more money. The situation made me really sad and I don't feel comfortable coming back here anymore. read more

I have been going to this salon for @2 years now. I tried a few of the techs and I really like Hrinet. She is very friendly and professional and she does a great job. I always get dip and, if I want a design that she is not comfortable doing, she will ask someone who is comfortable to do it. I really appreciate her doing that instead of messing my nails up. When I walked in, everyone was so nice. I asked for a full set and pedicure. I also showed a picture of my nails and they did them even better than the picture. As soon as I sat down, they offered me something to drink. Along the way, they asked if everything was ok with my nails and they broke down the price, explaining everything to me without me even asking. This is definitely my new nail salon. read more

Anna does a great job and is very creative but I just found out the previous owners are not returning and I will not go back. The new lady at the front desk is rude. And why does he have to monitor the designs Anna does? The previous owners had great customer service skills. This new one told me i need to tell Anna what design i wanted as i was sitting. I has just told Anna and her tone was rude!! She talks to customers like they are her kids. I hope Anna moves to a new shop soon ut until I am going to the one over by Harris Teeter- which is more pleasant. I have been going here for 4 yrs and always loved it until this new lady took over. first of all, no one there really knows how to speak English. I had to interrupt what the nail guy was saying for another lady getting her nails done because he couldn't even speak English. They were also coughing all over me and another client. And the thing that makes me the most angry is that when I called, asking about an acrylic fill in the lady on the phone said it would be $35 so I go in and I asked this lady 2 times, "this will only be 35 dollars right?" and she kept saying yes. so I'm about and hour and a half into my nail appointment and the lady comes over and tells me that because she had used a different type of acrylic power it would be 10 dollars extra. she didn't even tell me that it would cost more money she just started using it. she also never asked what shape I wanted or anything. and I ended up leaving spending $50 and had lots of marks on my cuticle from where she had cut me. read more

I will never go back. The rough and aggressive pedicure I received resulted in an area of raw, exposed skin at the corner and along the side of my big toe that remains painful. I told the staff and asked that nothing else touch that area, which they ignored. I was told "if it's not bleeding, then it's ok." No apologies were given. HORRIBLE SERVICE from the man who worked the afternoon of Saturday 12/28!! Unfortunately, I was too incensed to ask his name. Walked in for a simple pedicure and manicure and decided to try gel polish. I specifically requested something that would not damage my nails. The "man" who apparently had an appointment scheduled that 'my' service appeared to infringe upon, was, RUDE, impatient and has mastered the art of horrible service. After my pedicure (from another older, friendly gentleman), he applied a coat of gel polish and repeatedly grunted his directions for me to place my hands below the table to dry. When he tried to apply another coat, the polish bubbled which he proceeded to blame on me!!! Oh, and lest I forget to mention the fact that he cut my cuticle and when it started to bleed and I requested antibacterial ointment, or something to prevent infection, he ripped a piece of dirty paper towel off of the nail prep area, sprayed 'something' on it and proceeded to rub it into the injured area. When I asked if it was alcohol and when it continued to bleed, he became even more agitated!! I couldn't get out of this place fast enough, but unfortunately the gel polish job 'he' bungled had to be removed, WHICH HE BEGAN SANDING OFF, which causes the exact kind of damage I didn't want to begin with! I am 100% certain of one thing at this moment. I will NEVER, EVER patronize this establishment again. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME and money (as I regretfully did pay for the pedicure). read more

They were sooo professional the entire time. Bibi always does very well and the other ladies were nice too! I got my nails and toes done and they actually fit my pedicure in last minute and did not complain one bit! Great customer service. As for addressing COVID-19, their stations were well more than 6ft apart and they were sanitizing everything consistently as well as making each customer take their temp. No more than 3 people were in at a time which I liked. They also required masks! Great job ladies and be back soon! read more

They always do a great job. Kevin does the best pedicures and Jenny does awesome nails! This is the only place I get my eyebrows waxed because I do not trust anyone else! They are all very nice and friendly people. The salon is always clean. The only thing is they get a little stressed and rushed when the place gets busy. Make sure you make an appointment or call ahead if you suspect they may be. read more

The staff is beyond rude, they treat you like they are doing you a big favor to do your nails. I have met several other former clients who share my same feelings. I do not recommend this nail salon, life is too short to expose yourself to such negativity. And, on top of all of that, they do not do a good job. read more

I rate 1 star I work in same area. I drop in for eye brow wax or toe polish. The staff OWNERS are rude they do not greet you or thank you for your services. My employer gave us a gift certificate what made me go there in the first place. I guess the laugh and talk to the people who come often. My co coworker and I had same experience. read more

Amy's Nails was very clean and a nice location to be in. But I am very disappointed, my French tips were not even or straight in some places on my hands. And now two days later the manicure is almost completely gone. When I left the salon I noticed that they had missed spots on my French tips and that there were air bubbles on my nailed. My pedicure was done by another person at this location and it seems really good and they haven't chipped at all. I also noticed that they were stressed because they salon was packed, but that is no reason to do a poor job on someone's nails. This wasn't a cheap job and I am highly disappointed with my manicure. Maybe they do a better job when it is not full but all I know is I will not be going back. read more
