I have been visiting another nail salon in garner for several months and have had multiple issues with the quality of my dip manicure. After my dip cracking off for a second time in two weeks, I knew it was time for something new. I'm SOOOO glad I found this place. Literally the quality of my manicure is visibly better than what I've had before. My favorite part? They don't use UV to cure!!! I swear, I feel like I found a needle in a haystack for my dip manicures. In and out within an hour - no complaints! Def recommend.
I must just have horrible luck with nail salons here. I paid 48$ for an acrylic fill???? They charged me 10$ for a cut down and another 10$ for cleaning my cuticles . My nails looked better before I came in here. I'm so disappointed and the lady knew I was unhappy she did a terrible job I will not come back here.
This was such a great experience. I got SNS and I need tips on 2 of my nails and it was $55. They only accept cash tip, so make sure you have some! It was very quick and a good atmosphere!

All the staff is super friendly, very professional and the salon is super clean and beautiful. Tina did an absolutely perfect job with my nails! I will definitely be returning. This is an oasis in an otherwise non descriptive shopping plaza. I visited for a pedicure. I began with a sangria to drink. You read that correctly, a selection of a non alcoholic or alcoholic beverages are included. I sat back and watched the video on how to make vegetable flowers and enjoyed a relaxing Emerald pedicure. Basic pedicures start at $30, I went for the Emerald which includes callus removal, a soothing neck wrap and a scrub for $40. They offer lots of pretty Opi colors that are nicely are arranged. The space is white and soothing. It feels like you are somewhere exotic. There is no better place than here in the busy Raleigh suburbs. Open daily. Call to confirm hours of operation.
Randomly went here as my usual place was too busy. I was nervous because I have had many sets that were quite frankly awful but this place deserves the credit! I got it done relatively fast and no lack of detail. The lady was very nice and didn't try and chat too much which I appreciate as I'm introverted. The nails came out exactly how I wanted. Not too short, not too thick.
Love their pedicures!!!! They really have the best ones!! Staff is friendly too! Manicures are normal and priced well and the gel stays on my nails well. Parking is easy. I've never made a reservation and I always get in and out quickly!
NASTY & RUDE! Gave me a bad cuticle infection from using dirty tools during my french manicure! I agreed to only come back to get my eyebrows done but no other nail services since I was given a refund. When I return, the lady that gave the infection always has a nasty attitude towards me. I wanted Anna to do my brows and she was unavailable so I agreed to wait until she was done. I sat and watched nail techs grabbed complimentary glasses of wine for other customers. I asked could I have one while I wait. I was turned away & asked to come back later because now all of sudden Anna has a pedicure to do after this & no one else can do my eyebrows. NEVER RETURNING HERE EVER AGAIN
I'm honestly not sure why there are so many low ratings, this is the best nail salon I've been to in the area. I've tried 3 other salons and I've found myself coming back to Beverly Nails. The staff take their time and make sure they give you what you want here. They are very detailed and don't hurry just to make it to the next customer. The staff are very nice and there were 4 regular customers when I visited, all of which the staff greeted by name and remembered their usual service. I received a SNS dip with a file down and reshape. Full coverage on nail with a smooth gel topcoat. As far as COVID, you have to sanitize you hand before you touch the door, wash your hands before you sit down, and masks are required. Social distancing is also enforced. Masks are available for purchase if you don't have one.
Andy is my go to! He's quick, listens to what I want, and has great conversation. I've been coming here for one year now.

i got my bday nails done and everything was so perfect! they let me and my friends sit together and tina did my nails she was soooo sweet and my nails are so perfect they looked exactly like my reference pic and i can't stop staring at them!! love love love! first time at this location and will def be coming back! tina is awesome! read more

Beverly Nail Spa (Edward Mills Rd) has officially become my favorite nail salon in Raleigh! The space itself is beautiful sleek, modern, and always spotless. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Doris is my go-to nail tech, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the talented technicians there. One thing I truly love is the diversity of the staff. It creates such a great, inclusive atmosphere. They always do an amazing job with my natural nails, whether I grow them long or decide to cut them short. Their color selection is top-tier, with tons of SNS and gel options to choose from. The pedicure menu is just as impressive, especially with a featured pedicure each month. That said, my personal favorite will always be the Royal Rose! Hands down the best! 10/10 highly recommend! read more

I had a luxurious pedicure and manicure. It was so relaxing. My nails look amazing for my son's wedding. My feet and hands felt great. Salon was clean and bright. Staff were welcoming and efficient without feeling rushed. I will definitely come again when we're in town! read more

Been going here for 2 years and love it! Staff is so sweet, they offer great services, are very detail oriented and is priced very reasonably. They also did such a great job on my dip powder + nail design!!! Will continue to go here and continue to recommend it! read more

Would not recommend or revisit, mediocre at best! I had a very upsetting experience- I booked a 2pm nail appt in advance with a tech, she then passed me off at 3 o'clock because her next appointment arrived- when asked why and that I wanted her to finish I would have to wait an hour!! It's the audacity for me but decided to let it go bc who could mess up a simple French tip? Apparently them! -___- 2 nails techs couldn't do a decent French tip!! 2 hours of time wasted. read more

Just had a gel polish manicure and a pedicure or at least that's what I paid for!!! My first visit was awesome but I can't say that for my second and last visit! First, I asked her to cut my nails short and she did nothing of the sort.... She said I just file and no cut... I'm scratching my head as to why she couldn't do as I asked!? Then to the horrible not pedicure she didn't even scrub the bottom of my feet! The guy was rushing her so the pedicure was less than 7 minutes long and she was done... Still scratching my head on why she charged me for a pedicure when all she did was a polish change!?!?!? I get pedicures so my feet are soft but that's not remotely close to what I received!! I've paid less for way better pedicures and gel polish manicures! I'm am completely dissatisfied!!! Update: The man there is very rude and does not care about his business!!! He yelled at me for giving a honest review and claimed I lied in my review!!! I told the truth and they are just upset that someone actually stood up to them!! I don't care if Ivy is upset, she should have listened to her customer and given her what she asked!!! read more

First trip to this salon today and I loved it! I walked in and was seated 5 minutes later. I spent about 2 hours there, only because I got a full-set with a design, which also equates to spending a bit more money than usual. I believe the regular services (fill-ins, gel manicures, etc) are on par with other salons. My tech was lovely and listened to what I wanted. The other techs are just as nice, I even saw some help two older women up and down from the pedicure chairs. Will be back! read more
BEWARE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The worst nail salon I have ever been to. I've been getting my nails done for 4+ years in the Raleigh area and this place is an embarrassment. I went in yesterday for a gel fill-in and polish. The polish is horrible quality and has dents all in it. I asked them to fix my nails today and the manager was going to charge me $25! The clear top coat left streaks on the sides of my color polish. Not only are my nails are crooked, but the polish has already rubbed off the edges in less than 24 hours! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told "No." If anyone has any suggestions of a great nail salon, please let me know. read more

This was my first visit back to Beverly nails in many many years. I went for a pedicure today with my sister and good friend and it was simply amazing. All three of us had an amazing pedicure ... it was relaxing and the staff is phenomenal. I am so happy to have gone back and can't wait to go again! Thank you ladies for taking such good care of me today!!! read more

I was brought here by my boyfriend as a surprise for my birthday. When he dropped me off he made that very clear to them and asked them to take good care of me. I got one of their "deluxe pedicure" emerald I believe they called it . I also got a full set with gel polish. Everything started off okay but then things went south very quickly. After painting two nails I decided I didn't like my color choice but she got angry and got an attitude so I just said it's okay that's fine (which is my fault but I don't like confrontation) then we moved on to my nails as she was sizing them and filing the shape to see if I liked it, I examined them and realized almost all of them were crooked or slanted. I asked her if she could straighten them out for me and again she got an attitude and handed ME the nail file to do it myself! Are you kidding me? What am I paying you for? After my nails were finished (after I fixed them) I looked at my toes to see polish ALL over my skin and my pinky toe was just a jenky hot mess! I took pictures to show them when I could go back the next day as they were busy and I didn't want to cause a scene. The next day I spoke with the manager very politely I might add, and showed her the pics. She was very rude and defensive and literally had me in tears. I can not, and will not ever return here. I'm sorry but I work in customer service and that's just not how you treat people. After all of that, the managers/owner pushed a paper in front of me asking me to sign saying they weren't liable for anything. I refused and they Kept pushing it towards me and yelling at me! When I wouldn't sign she actually went to another CUSTOMER! Another customer to sign as a witness guys! The lady said well this wouldn't be the first time that's happened and she shook her head no. SERIOUS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are too many great nail salons in the area for anyone to waste their time and money here! Spring has begun and I'm feeling great! I decided to go outside of my favorite (Posh nail salon in Cary) due to proximity to my home & lack of time. Boy does this place needs some customer service training! 1. They sat my feet in PLAIN lukewarm water and I had to ask for foot soak 2. I was never greeted, nor provided a price list nor options. She simply started with her sorry version of a pedicure 3. I was not offered a beverage while my parched throat admired the cold water provided to another patron. 4. When my "service" was over, the tech just walked away and left me for quite some time. No, thank you, no please sit over here to dry, no offer of assistance putting on my sandals. My feet looked like I didn't get a pedicure at all & if I can figure it out via my mobile, I will add pictures. The least they could have done was provide a bill or statement of services rendered. I probably should not have paid them. To the lovely ladies doing pedicures that day speaking negatively amongst themselves...yelp is a much more effective expression. Tone and body language translate no matter what language you are speaking. There's a pic of my feet while I'm still in the chair. I could had a better pedicure running my get with a towel! I would hope that they aren't worried about why she didn't get a tip! read more
