The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Doris is my go-to nail tech, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the talented technicians there. One thing I truly love is the diversity of the staff. It creates such a great, inclusive atmosphere. They always do an amazing job with my natural nails, whether I grow them long or decide to cut them short. Their color selection is top-tier, with tons of SNS and gel options to choose from. The pedicure menu is just as impressive, especially with a featured pedicure each month. That said, my personal favorite will always be the Royal Rose! I have been visiting another nail salon in garner for several months and have had multiple issues with the quality of my dip manicure. After my dip cracking off for a second time in two weeks, I knew it was time for something new. I'm SOOOO glad I found this place. Basic pedicures start at $30, I went for the Emerald which includes callus removal, a soothing neck wrap and a scrub for $40. They offer lots of pretty Opi colors that are nicely are arranged. I'm honestly not sure why there are so many low ratings, this is the best nail salon I've been to in the area. I've tried 3 other salons and I've found myself coming back to Beverly Nails. The staff take their time and make sure they give you what you want here. They are very detailed and don't hurry just to make it to the next customer. The staff are very nice and there were 4 regular customers when I visited, all of which the staff greeted by name and remembered their usual service. I received a SNS dip with a file down and reshape. Full coverage on nail with a smooth gel topcoat. As far as COVID, you have to sanitize you hand before you touch the door, wash your hands before you sit down, and masks are required. Social distancing is also enforced. Just had a gel polish manicure and a pedicure or at least that's what I paid for!!! My first visit was awesome but I can't say that for my second and last visit! First, I asked her to cut my nails short and she did nothing of the sort.... She said I just file and no cut... I'm scratching my head as to why she couldn't do as I asked!? Then to the horrible not pedicure she didn't even scrub the bottom of my feet! The guy was rushing her so the pedicure was less than 7 minutes long and she was done... Still scratching my head on why she charged me for a pedicure when all she did was a polish change!?!?!? I get pedicures so my feet are soft but that's not remotely close to what I received!! Woman pressured me to get gel instead of regular polish for my daughter's manicure and when I declined, got angry and slammed the polish tray down, joking to my daughter that her mother does not love her. First trip to this salon today and I loved it! I walked in and was seated 5 minutes later. I spent about 2 hours there, only because I got a full-set with a design, which also equates to spending a bit more money than usual. I believe the regular services (fill-ins, gel manicures, etc) are on par with other salons. My tech was lovely and listened to what I wanted. The other techs are just as nice, I even saw some help two older women up and down from the pedicure chairs. Will be back! read more

BEWARE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The worst nail salon I have ever been to. I've been getting my nails done for 4+ years in the Raleigh area and this place is an embarrassment. I went in yesterday for a gel fill-in and polish. The polish is horrible quality and has dents all in it. I asked them to fix my nails today and the manager was going to charge me $25! The clear top coat left streaks on the sides of my color polish. Not only are my nails are crooked, but the polish has already rubbed off the edges in less than 24 hours! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told "No." If anyone has any suggestions of a great nail salon, please let me know. read more

Came into this place after I got a horrible manicure at another salon. I was so excited for my manicure because I hadn't had time in months, so I was very upset when my nails looked horrible. My husband being the sweet human he is, insisted he take me here and pay for a re-do. And boy am I glad he did. He explained to them my prior experience and they really took care of me. My nails look wonderful now. It's a quiet place, very clean and everyone seems to really get along. The pedicure chairs look glorious. I will DEFINITELY be back for a pedicure. I was brought here by my boyfriend as a surprise for my birthday. When he dropped me off he made that very clear to them and asked them to take good care of me. I got one of their "deluxe pedicure" emerald I believe they called it . I also got a full set with gel polish. Everything started off okay but then things went south very quickly. After painting two nails I decided I didn't like my color choice but she got angry and got an attitude so I just said it's okay that's fine (which is my fault but I don't like confrontation) then we moved on to my nails as she was sizing them and filing the shape to see if I liked it, I examined them and realized almost all of them were crooked or slanted. I asked her if she could straighten them out for me and again she got an attitude and handed ME the nail file to do it myself! Are you kidding me? What am I paying you for? After my nails were finished (after I fixed them) I looked at my toes to see polish ALL over my skin and my pinky toe was just a jenky hot mess! I took pictures to show them when I could go back the next day as they were busy and I didn't want to cause a scene. The next day I spoke with the manager very politely I might add, and showed her the pics. She was very rude and defensive and literally had me in tears. I can not, and will not ever return here. I'm sorry but I work in customer service and that's just not how you treat people. After all of that, the managers/owner pushed a paper in front of me asking me to sign saying they weren't liable for anything. I refused and they Kept pushing it towards me and yelling at me! When I wouldn't sign she actually went to another CUSTOMER! Another customer to sign as a witness guys! The lady said well this wouldn't be the first time that's happened and she shook her head no. SERIOUS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are too many great nail salons in the area for anyone to waste their time and money here! Spring has begun and I'm feeling great! I decided to go outside of my favorite (Posh nail salon in Cary) due to proximity to my home & lack of time. Boy does this place needs some customer service training! 1. They sat my feet in PLAIN lukewarm water and I had to ask for foot soak 2. I was never greeted, nor provided a price list nor options. She simply started with her sorry version of a pedicure 3. I was not offered a beverage while my parched throat admired the cold water provided to another patron. 4. When my "service" was over, the tech just walked away and left me for quite some time. No, thank you, no please sit over here to dry, no offer of assistance putting on my sandals. My feet looked like I didn't get a pedicure at all & if I can figure it out via my mobile, I will add pictures. The least they could have done was provide a bill or statement of services rendered. I probably should not have paid them. To the lovely ladies doing pedicures that day speaking negatively amongst themselves...yelp is a much more effective expression.
