This is my go-to location for getting chrome/gel nails and with tip, I typically spend about $80 total. You can usually get walk-in service but I always call for an appointment just in case. The nail salon is nicely decorated and calming. My biggest complaint, however, is that they play religious music and that's all that they play. When I go get pampered, I prefer spa music to relax to. The religious music is very distracting and not everyone who visits this nail salon is religious/part of that specific religion. Unfriendly service - don't even greet you even though they play Christian music. A senior looking nail tech smudged my nails, left polish in sides and cuticles of my toes. She took so long because she had to redo my big toe because of the smudges. Never again for me - I'm out and I would not recommend spending $36.01 on their pedicure . IM BACK!!! There has been management changes at this place over the last 2 to 3 years and new management at this place is awesome. The staff is friendly it doesn't feel like the environment is as tensed it's more relaxing or welcoming. I had a 530 appointment I was running late due to traffic and they were still able to accommodate me. And also they were able to get me in and out within an hour of arrival. I was important to this particular nail tech Jeanna, and she assured me if anything was not comfortable to let her know. They offer a variety of pedicure options and I went with the classic which was perfect and included a nice little leg massage. They are fairly priced and my pedicure was $35 before tip. Seems like this place is a hit or miss. Took an hour half to do my gel manicure. I wouldn't mind the time it took to do them had my nails turned out good. I had asked to only clean my cuticles up on the side. It was carelessly done with more cuticle straggles than I came in with. My polishing job was poor. The polish didn't go up to my cuticle, nor the side and tips for most of my fingers. The way he was filing my nails was painful and my fingers were nicked a few times. They definitely knew I wasn't pleased but I had to leave. I did come back 2hrs later for them to fix my nails. They were going to have the same guy to fix it but thankfully a lady did it instead. She did a better job at polishing them but my cuticles were still left unruly. At this point I just want to get somewhat of my money's worth and leave. Not even 24hrs and one of my nails have already chipped. Being a nail technician myself, I can not believe they would let me leave and pay with the way my nails looked. And they should really stop speaking in Vietnamese about the clients because they never know who is sitting in their chair. I am half Vietnamese and know the language fluently. I did not appreciate them saying how I'm being "difficult" and that "the polish looks ok and don't understand why I'm complaining". I don't want an "ok" job... I'm always hesitant to try a new nail place when I've found a place I love. This place opened recently and it's super close to my house so I had to give it a chance purely because of convenience. I went on an "off" time so it wasn't very busy but I don't know what their peak times look like since I haven't been in yet during those times. Anyway, I was greeted right away. I had the powder dip on my nails and was looking to do powder dip again. They have so many colors to choose from, more than my regular salon. If you've never had powder dip I would highly recommend it for a few reasons. 1) it's better for your nail. There are no UV lights for drying. During the take off process, there's no scraping or buffing off, it wipes away after soaking like the gel polish. 2) lasts FOREVER. I had my last polish on 4 weeks. The grow out was the only reason I went to get my nails redone yesterday. Incredibly durable and not thick (if done correctly). This salon takes special care to ensure it is done correctly. I am a person that likes to be in and out admittedly, but was here for about 1.5 hours for the take off and re-do process. I would expect the same on your visit, although I am sure it varies by manicurist. They prime your naked nail with a light buffing. Paint and the primer powder. Then paint and color of your choosing. 3 coats on each nail. Don't freak out, after the color is complete, they will buff again and file so it's smooth and not as thick on your nail. Then top coat and when that's dry some cuticle oil. I am also a huge fan of cuticle care, and my nails looked great once complete after this process. A dry manicure ensures a lasting manicure. I've never written a review on yelp until today. I visited this salon exactly 27 hours ago. We arrived at 12:18 and left at 2:21. I wouldn't be upset with the time it took if the job was of better quality but the paint job was kindergarten at best. The edges were missed and are blank and it frankly looks terrible. The tips and edges were not wrapped and there is already a chip in one of my nails. I've been getting my nails done at a salon in Cary for nearly 3 years and this salon is closer to home so I figured I would give it a chance, but that seems to have been a mistake. I've never in all my time of getting my nails done, have had a chip in the polish in such a short period of time. Save your time, save your money, go to a salon of better quality polishing techniques and frankly better quality polish. Update. It is now 2 days post visit and 2 more nails for a total of 3 have chipped. I will be asking for a full refund as this is unacceptable. read more

Never been to nail shop but staff was friendly and nice. My overall experience there was pretty good. I started with the pedi and Diane was very helpful. She even asked me was my nails too short and asked me did I like it before she started something new on my feet. However, once I sat down to get a manicure and a new nail set, I said with the older tech which she did not know what she was doing as I requested special designs on my nails then I waited there for a good 40 minutes and then I got seen with another nail tech who previously did my nails the way I want it to just like the picture. To conclude if you want good nails and you want to be happy, you have to be patient and wait and that's what I did and nail tech. Jenna made me feel comfortable. She did my nails she skip one of her top customers to fit me in to make sure that I was satisfied that that's how you treat a customer when they're not happy at first you make sure they walk out happy I definitely recommend going to this place and Jenna is your girl. read more

Ugh, I hate leaving a bad review but- when multiple people let you walk out of a place with nails like this, well.. I got a pedicure and dip for my nails. I was there two hours and that is not a wait folks, they took me straight in and the pedicure was about 30 mins because I told them to skip the massage. My toes were not properly cleaned and cut, polish was sloppy. Then we moved on to the nails. The tips are not filed evenly, they have bumps in them and they are not evenly coated. Two employees cane over to look at what the technician was doing (he never told me his name) and all they could say is "oh looks nice" and walked away. I was really hoping to love this place because it's brand new the decor is relaxing and the massage chairs are amazing but the lack of experience can not be over looked. read more

I'm always greeted when I enter the shop, it's also nice,bright, clean and relaxing. Ive been getting the power dip and I was pleasantly surprised that they have tons of power colors to choose from. Since COVID I've let everything go! First, I could never get anyone. It kept saying that the mailbox had not been set up! I went because my daughter comes! However I DO LIKE MY nails to MATCH!! Kim was doing my pedicure .. she cut them short , then filed them even shorter . I told her in beginning I wanted French ! Either way she yelled and made a huge scene and embarrassed me when I mentioned 2 nails were misshaped and didn't match . This was my first time here and must o say the best place since is started getting my nails done many year ago. The shop is beautiful, zen, peaceful and just the best place for pamper day. The people are amazing and friendly, they are relaxed and just nice. It was my first time and Leah treated me like I was her sister, she was so nice and cared about my needs.
