I can't remember the lady's name that did my nails, but i had a bit of residue from my previous color still on my nails. she didn't even remove that, just painted right over it! the lady didn't put a top coat on, and she kept asking me over and over if i wanted tips, and i would say no each time. A little later she pulled out some of the extensions and i had to tell her yet again that i didn't want them. I asked for a specific red color and she gave me one that looked nothing like it, an almost hot pink color. I was able to walk in and get a pedicure pretty quickly on a Saturday!!! Everyone was hustling, and the place was pretty full. Seriously, I had to wait about 10 minutes. I was shocked and happy. I had a specialty pedicure and chose that particular one because I wanted a massage and neck wrap. My pedicure was good. I was especially hesitant since the last time at a different salon. My future mother in law took me here because she needed to get her nails done and wanted to treat me. At first, I loved the interior and the nail color selection. I was relaxed sitting in the massage chair getting my pedicure (no charge to use the massage chair). That's when it went down hill. The lady doing my nails cut my cuticles so far that I started bleeding and then put nail polish on the wound and it stung!! She didn't say sorry or anything, just blew it off like I didn't notice (the stinging finally went away after about 5 days). During my gel manicure, she asked if I wanted to do the magnet for cat eye (which I thought was included with my polish) and it ended up being an extra $3. I did it and my nails looked great! However, my gel polish started chipping a few days ago and it hasn't even been two weeks yet. I've never had gel polish chip before. So between getting cut on my toe and having nail polish go into the wound and having a not so cheap gel manicure get chipped within about 9 days...I'd advise to go take your business elsewhere. read more

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS NAIL SALON. Terrible service. Most technicians work on 2-3 clients at a time and do not dedicate their time to you. I went in to soak off my acrylic off and was left with my nails in plastic bags with pure acetone for 30+ minutes leaving my hands drier than the Sahara desert. I understand acrylic has to soak but I had a thin layer on and did not need to soak for 30+ minutes. I paid $30 to leave with dried acrylic all over my hands and nails I need to file and remove my own cuticles at home. I was hoping for better service since I have been here numerous time and been happy in the past but I will be sure to choose a different nail salon next time. They definitely pay for fake google reviews. If you read through some of them and look into who is leaving the review it is clearly a bot that they pay for. The quality of the powder nails was uneven and bumpy. When I attempted to use a gift card, they wouldn't honor it because they changed their system and couldn't track the order gift cards. -sigh- yet another nail salon to avoid. I'm seriously considering just giving up nail spas all together and using a high quality DIY kit to avoid wanting to bang my head against the wall. I originally came here for an acrylic nail set with gel polish. A week later not only was the gel polish chipping but the actual acrylic nails are chipping and breaking off. It's gross. The chipping is happening on 6 nails. At first I was going to request they fix them, but then I decided to just get them taken off. I came in today and waited for 20 minutes after letting them know what I was in for, which was weird because I saw customers checking out and leaving. Nail removal is something that can be done very quickly so I was irritated the wait was so long. I saw another customer waiting ask what her ETA was so I went over and asked as well. She said my ETA was 15-20 minutes! They expected me to wait 40 minutes to get some nails soaked/buffer off! No! I left and won't be coming back. ETA: I told the person that recommended this place that I was unimpressed and they said it's allegedly because all the good people went to some place called Oasis due to poor work conditions. Why didn't they update me before I went?!?! Bad friend lol. If you're looking for a salon Oasis may be worth checking out but I'm pretty sure I'm done with nail places for a while. read more

I used to get pedis regularly but have spaced them out. Decided to try this place since it's fairly new and my sister was going there with her gift card so I met her. I feel like $30 is pretty standard for a pedicure these days. This does include callus treatment and exfoliation/leg massage. Nothing fancy but some places charge extra for those things these days. I chose a regular polish. I did wait a bit but they were busy first thing this morning so it wasn't much of a big deal for me. The woman that did my pedicure was young and very nice and kind. I left and immediately hit some of my smaller toes against my car. Went back in feeling really dumb and without hesitation they fixed without issue. Then went home and my freaking dog jumped on me and landed on my big toe, which wasn't dry yet (yeh, this is all my fault and I am an idiot for not just waiting a few minutes for them to dry). I sheepishly went back to the salon, really at this point just to see the name of the polish so I could go buy it and reprint on my own, but they insisted on fixing it for me again. I will definitely be back. Customer service is on point here, which I feel is lacking in many salons these days. read more

This is a large beautiful nail spa. I had high hopes it is only 2 mins from the house. Sadly it can only be an occasional place when time is of the essence. I have gone twice now. First time I got the level of pedicure for the price I typically pay. It had less service (no message) it was okay, but it was for a twenty-year-old. If you have calloused feet and need proper cuticle cutting this was not the place. However, it was soooo convenient. I tried again today. Today I got the $45 neck heat and good spa pedicure, need more money to get too hot stone LeSage which a lot of places are doing for less than $45. Today I went to get my nails done, I had an appointment at 11am... they didn't get started on me until an hour later. They rushed, and did a terrible job on my pedicure and manicure. On my fingernails you can see on the picture below how bad the dip nails look. This girl had never done dip before and you could tell she had no idea what she was doing. Instead of handing me off to someone who could do a better job she said "well that's as good as it's gonna get" did not get a discount or anything for the unsatisfied service. I wasn't really impressed by the acrylic job I recently got done. I expressed to the technician that the fake nail was crooked and she said "that's just how your nail is". She also missed spots when getting extra hardened powder from underneath. Most of my nails are now bumpy and uneven and after painting my nails, she instantly left me alone without telling me how long to wait before drying and I now have a ruined nail. She seemed to half do the whole job which sucks since I was so excited to get them done after not having an acrylic set for so long. Quick, friendly and efficient service! I went in around 1-2pm on Saturday which is generally an incredibly busy time to go to a nail spa. I was going in for an eyebrow and lip wax. I walked in and it looked busy, but is also a large space and can hold many customers. I asked if there was a wait for eyebrow waxing and was told "no wait". I immediately went into a room with a closed private door and was told someone would be right with me. The lady who would do my waxing came in the room quickly, asked me what I wanted and started without delay. She was gentle and quick as could be. First time I went here around a year ago I loved it. But now I think all the good workers have left. When I got my nails done during the summer I asked the lady for white dip nails with extensions and with a square shape. She then starting cutting my nails superrrrr short which is not right if you're getting extensions. She then started filing the sides and then I asked her if she knew I was getting extensions and she seemed confused. There was just miscommunication between the staff- which was totally fine. But then when she asked my shape I said square. She looked me in the eye and said "no you can't do square" i said what, and she responded with my hands aren't meant for square. I get that some people can give you advice, but I have gotten my nails done multiple times and i have found square looks better on me. She then said "I do almond", giving me no choice she just kept saying no square. I didn't fight and just let her go on. The next time I came in (big mistake after my last experience lol) I asked for acrylic nails with extensions. I still had my dip nails from last time I was there. The guy sat me down and proceeded to take a fake nail and pull my dip nails off. I have never been in so much pain. I pulled my hand back because it hurt so bad and he said sorry and just took my hand back. He did that with every single nail. If you've ever gotten nails removed, usually they will soak it in acetone for about 10-15 mins. But no- he literally just ripped my nails off and they were flinging across the whole salon. It hurt so bad and I will never go back. read more

I am a regular here but I never make an appointment. My schedule changes a lot and I just walk in when I can. 99% of the time I don't have to wait more than 10 min and they do an excellent job. My nails look amazing and Lilly was so sweet and apologized multiple times even though it wasn't her fault. Her amazing customer service will surely make me come back again! Amazing job! Not impressed at all. Made an appointment and I still had to wait over twenty minutes. Had a picture of what I wanted and told the girl twice my nails were too round and showed her the picture again. Looked nothing like it. Didn't get offered anything to drink as others did there and paid $55 for a job that barely looked worth $25. The only reason I just left after paying was because I had previous plans after I couldn't miss. Totally not worth the price. What's the point of bringing in a picture and explaining what you want if they don't listen? read more

This nail spa is fantastic. Super clean and they listen to what you want. The manicures are pristine, the staff always asks what length nail you want and if you like the color chosen .
