DO NOT COME HERE. I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible nail techs. Made my baby sister burst into tears. Long story short, my sister showed the nail tech a photo of acrylic nails she wanted. She let the nail tech choose the color and showed her two different designs (one for each of her middle finger and one for one of her ring fingers). My sister asked the nail tech multiple times to fix different parts of her nails and the lady practically ignored her and brushed it off. The nail tech took away only about half of the previous nail polish my sister had and proceeded to paint on top of it. My sister has terrible anxiety and did not continue to speak up after being shut down by the nail tech multiple times. As we walk out, my sister bursts into tears because of how terrible these nails are. Each finger is not only a noticeably different length but also they are all different thicknesses. Some are paper thin and some are incredibly too thick and some are over an inch longer than others. The lady proceeds to put the designs backwards on each of her fingers despite my sister correcting her twice. My mother walked my sister back in to talk to the nail tech when they learned that the tech left immediately after finishing my sister's nails. Another nail tech then offers to redo them for my sister. She talks down to my sister and continuously asks her questions about her nails and noticeably gets more upset each time my sister doesn't know the answer to what she's asking. After the first 4 questions, my mother had to step in to let them know they should NOT be speaking to customers this way, especially younger customers. They lost my families business and I hope you consider my review before going here. Just extra information: they ended up going to another nail salon the day after where the nails that this nail tech did were already falling off, breaking, and making 3 of my sisters nails BLEED. I've given this place 3 tries + 2 out of the times I went my service was bad. First time I got burned with the wax on my armpit which I know it's hot but it left an actual burn. The second time was good I just got a manicure done lady was nice + did a good job. I just left from getting a pedicure for Valentine's Day my hubby gifted me + I asked for the "beeYOUtiful spa" pedicure which is the highest price they offer to begin with it's just a almost a regular pedicure the same timing + they charge you more. I also asked for French tip on my toe nails + it was super thick, wasn't my style so I asked her if she could just paint them all white instead, the lady got a little mad as you could tell by her body language + she muttered something in her language right away, she did a bad job on painting my nail no clean up or anything either. I head over to pay + she's over charging me by $10 exactly once she ran my card, I didn't know I ask her what the $10 extra was for + she pretended to made a mistake since I caught her + getting her boss to fix it. I still left her 15% tip. I just won't be recommending nor returning to this nail salon :( read more

You know how you sometimes don't like going to get your nails done because you'll find a place where the women will talk in another language the ENTIRE time to each other and laugh and it makes you feel self conscious when you should be relaxing? This was my experience yesterday here with Lauren. She made sure that I remembered her name, but I'm not sure why because she was awful. Not to mention, they WAY overcharged all of my friends and I. My one friend only got gel polish on her nails and toes and was charged $85 before a tip! They claimed that she asked for a pedicure even though she told the lady three times that she wanted JUST polish. When we checked out and they told us the price, they started arguing with us & said that we should have told them to stop (again, we told them three times it was polish only and since when are customers supposed to know what all is included in each different type of service??) I had paid $125 before tip for a fill, full set, and a gel polish on my toes. I had paid and then she charged me another $20 for what I have no idea upon checking out. My fiancé treated us to the nails because we were celebrating a new job and anniversary, so he called in with his card to pay for the services. When I asked her to just charge the other $20 that I was already mad about to the same card, she started causing a scene and so I gave her the $20 cash which she took herself. I couldn't believe how rude she was and why she couldn't tell me what that was for, considering we had already tipped her. We called back to tell the manager of the lady who basically robbed us, and she refused any kind of refund or compensation and had absolutely no compassion at all. The three of us will not be returning, which is disappointing because I've been here twice before and had no problem. I go here for pedicures. Beautiful location, great service, and the longest pedicure I've ever had. The only thing I don't like is that there is never someone at the front desk, so when you walk in a staff member will usually yell "how can I help you?" while working on another client. It's not comfortable and I don't always want to scream back and announce to the whole salon what service I want. read more

I was yelled at several times during my appointment because of my phone ringing. They yelled at me saying they would stop my appointment without finishing my nails. My nails are super crooked and when I asked them to fix it they just kept telling me I was finished. My mom and sister tried to sit next to me and my friend but got yelled at to go sit across from us. Overall bad experience because for acrylics you have them shaped and refused to give us what we wanted saying it wouldn't look good. I absolutely love this nail salon. I came in with my friend for a mani pedi the day before 4th of July, so it was packed and Tiffany took amazing care of me! They have all types of spa options, from a warm towel for your neck to picking the scent of your lotion and scrub. I went here 2 weeks ago with my friend and everything seemed all good. she did my feet. Then comes the acrylics ‍ everything was all good and i had asked a lady if they could do this design and she said yes. so when i asked the lady doing my nails she said no. Getting to my nails currently, she never filled in my nail all the way so i already need a fill in. My nails aren't even on both hands and one nail is crooked. Same with my friend. her nails are uneven as well and she needs a fill in already and it's only been two weeks . I suggest not going to this place if you want your nails to last a while before a fill in. It was an horrible experience and on top of that she cut my finger too. We are never going back there. Poor quality of Gel polish and Powder Gel (Dip) polish. Two weeks ago I got the powder dip gel on my nails. It lasted less than one week and it started to Chip off. I returned back to the nail salon and they fixed it with no problem. Yesterday I went back and got the powder (dip) gel taken off and got regular gel polish put on my nails. And the very next day my polish started to chip off my nails. Number (203) gel polish. I'm totally frustrated with the poor quality of products and will not be returning. Highly upset bc they are very close to my house and the staff is very friendly. But I can't keep wasting money on poor quality service. read more

I paid $35 for a pedi and it was 30 minutes of nothing and Jackie talked about me and my friend in Korean , I could tell it was something about us taking a lot which we weren't! Very rude ! Please never go here for eyelash extensions. I did, and I literally had my eyes glued shut. I was offered no discount, no sympathy, and no refund. I paid $100 to have my eyes literally glued shut and then ripped open without any warning. In fact I didn't know my top and bottom lashes had been glued together until she started ripping them apart. I'm in so much pain and spent three hours taking the eyelash extensions off at home with coconut oil. Unknowingly, my mom and I came here on day three of their opening. We saw the 20% off sign and decided to try it. We both got a manicure and pedicure. The place is huge! Seriously there are so many chairs and stations. It's clean, smells good, and is gorgeous. Huge chandelier in the center of the room and you could tell they thought things through. We enjoyed our services and the discount. The staff were all very friendly and caring. However, the pedicure didn't last as long as it normally does. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT GO HERE. Worst service and worst manicure I have ever had in my life. If you enjoy oddly shaped nails that all look different from one another, polish that does not go down to your cuticles, and every nail being a different length- this is your spot!! I came on a very busy day (with an appointment) and was ready and willing to be patient. My nail tech WAS NOT, she was eager to churn out every single customer possible as quickly as possible and did not care a bit about the quality. She did my nails in half the time it has ever taken and it looks like it. There were no open seats so she had me hang my arm off the side of a pedicure chair and half-assed them in poor lighting until a table became available. Then she threw the paint on and called it a day. I tried to point out every flaw and she just validated that that's how they were supposed to look and refused to fix them. I paid $50 for my nails to look worse than what my three year old cousin could have done. I tried to voice my concerns to the manager and she simply offered me 20% off my next service. When I tried to have her look at my nails and understand why I was upset she pretty much said it was my fault for not telling the tech more clearly what I wanted. There's no way I could've possibly been more clear, I've been getting my nails done the same length and shape for a decade and have always described them the same exact way and NEVER had this result. WHY would I pay even a discounted rate for this to happen again?? Apparently they "can't do" refunds. I was leaving publix after getting a few things and I saw that this nail place right across the parking lot was open. I decided to take a gander and I have to say I'm very happy that I did. As soon as you walk in the doors it's like a different air hits you. It smells amazing and the place is immaculately cleaned. I just came for a quick mani and it was exactly what I needed. When I sat down the only time I had to get up was to wash my hands. Each station has its own space to dry your nails and if you don't prefer the UV lights they have fans they provide for a natural dry. They also have hand warmers at the station for the paraffin treatment. I haven't had a pedi yet but I scheduled one for Saturday and I am very excited. There are more than enough stations and pedi massage chairs so I don't believe wait time will be long if there is one. Oh! And each polish is organized by color with regular polish and the gel of that same brand & color! Where will you ever find that?! Nowhere so make the right choice and chose Heritage Nail Spa! I've tried both nail places in the Heritage area (near Harris Teeter & beside Walgreens) and they don't compare. The prices here are worth every penny! read more

I have been getting my nails done at Heritage Nail Spa for awhile. I have been to several places throughout Wake County but always end up coming back due to the convenience of the location, the hours, the prices and the general overall quality. However, today was a different experience and it will be my last. I went to get a pedicure. I got there between 3:30 and 4 for the "Ooh LaLa" pedicure. I picked out my color, got seated, started reading my book and everything was going fine - the pedicure was mediocre but I've had worse so I was going to live with it. At the end, the employee asked me if wanted to sit there and allow my toes to dry. I told her yes, I gave her my card to pay, signed the receipt, placed my purse on one of the arm trays and went back to reading. It was around 4:45 at this point. About 5 mins later, another employee walked up to my chair and told me that I was going to have to go sit somewhere else because she needed my chair for another customer - she was saying this while she was picking up my purse and lifting up the arm of the chair so I could move. I was dumbfounded. There were at least two other chairs available in the salon and at least one other person who had been sitting there as long as I had been waiting for their toes to dry too (I know how long this other customer had been sitting there because she was right beside me). I gathered my purse and my book and left. I walked out to my car, backed out of the parking space and drove past the windows of the salon and the other customer that was beside me was still sitting in the chair - they hadn't made her move. Now, I am not writing this because they asked me to move due to a waiting customer. I would have been completely ok with that request had I been properly asked, there were no other available seats, and I was the only one waiting for my nails to dry. I am writing this because they told me to move due to a waiting customer when there were open chairs and other customers who were sitting waiting for their nails to dry along with me - but I was the only one they approached. The employee who approached me with this demand was rude at best and clearly, had no customer service experience. This is the first time that I have ever experienced anything like this before at this nail salon but it will be the last. I will not continue to give my hard earned money to a place of business where the employees display this type of behavior towards their customers...especially when there are nail salons at almost every shopping center in Wake County. read more
