First I must say they do a great job with your nails. Just plan on being there at 2 hours. I've been there several times and I'm always there at least 1.5 hours just for a fill-in, got a pedicure and fill-in and was there for 3 hours. The problem isn't the services you book the problem is they keep talking to each other and playing with their phones. The first full set I got from here I fell in love. From the shape, the color, speed of service, friendliness. Everything all around was great. I have never in my life revived so many compliments on nails before. BUT I would just like to say I have been a loyal customer for around 3-4 months now. Make an appointment. You'll be much happier. Every single time I've made an appointment, my chair has been open & waiting for me. Now, to the work. Recently I pretty much sliced my entire tip of my finger off in a door. All of my nails, INCLUDING the one that got chopped off, stayed FLAWLESS Through being slammed in a door, covered in blood, gone through surgery, the polish stayed exquisite and Undamaged. I was in town for a wedding this past weekend and happened upon T Nail Spa -- it was in walking distance to our hotel. I walked in without an appointment and they happily accommodated my daughter (she's four, so it was a quick polish for her) and myself for mani's and pedi's. Nancy handled my services and was so great- she is friendly, easy to talk to, and she shaped my nails perfectly. I picked a salmon color and it was really thin, so she made sure I had enough coats to make the color pop. They seemed very busy and ladies even promised to come back later just to get a seat, so I'd recommend making an appointment. read more

T, the owner, is amazing with nails. Not only is she skilled at her craft but she is knowledgeable about nail health. I walked in with "a mess" from another salon and without any negative comments, she took my nails from rags to riches! walked into a friendly environment, everyone wore mask / social distance. Waited about five minutes chose my color was offered something to drink. When the nail tech Nick was ready for me he asked what I would like done. I chose a full acrylic set with gel polish. I told him I would like them to look super natural, he said okay. We had a good visit to T Nail spa. My gel manicure lasted almost 4 weeks, the polish still looked great except for the growth of my nails. The staff was very friendly with regulars and the lady that helped me was talkative but not too chatty. I would highly recommend an appointment, though. The salon was well staffed, there were just tons of customers there! Also, if you are looking for a relaxing spa experience, this isn't it. The salon was very crowded, which I attributed to a lot of regulars coming in. This place is perfect for you if you like lively salons. Overall, a good experience with staff that did an excellent job. I would potentially go back at an off-peak time. read more

New fav nail salon. The most impressive part was how comfortable I was. Each chair has a pillow to rest your back on and I always find myself leaning forward for the nail expert, so I really appreciated this. Everyone is super friendly and even the customers are nice. Their color collection is AMAZING- probably only the second nail salon I've​ seen with such a wide selection. This is the rudest nail salon i have ever been to in the 20 years of going to a nail salon. They do nails when they want to. I went in at 4:50, they don't close until 7 and she tells me that I came to late. Not sincere or even a decent apology at all. They do great work but at the expense of poor customer relation skills. Every time I have been here I have had a good experience. Pedicure, manicure, French polish - all great. Ask for Diane - she always remembers me and is so sweet and personable. Every time I am in there as well there is always a bunch of regulars which is a great sign of a good nail salon. Prices are moderate and not as expensive as some others which is nice. This place looks nice but 24 hrs after getting my nails done ..my nail on my right hand was hurting from the technician cut too close to my nail bed and I have a swollen finger with a abscess oozing with pus. The pointer finger on my left hand cracked the gel under the polish and at first the nail tech wanted to just put glue over the top of it...never again will I go here!! I'm going back to my REGULAR nail salon MG SPA NAILS on Litchford Rd. Raleigh. I've never had any problems out of them over there...always very nice and professional and EXTREMELY CLEAN!!
