Don't go here. Prices are crazy expensive (paid $55 before tip for a dip manicure) , and then on top of that they don't even listen to what you want to have done/do as they please. My nails took 1.5 hours and came out messy and my fingers and all around my nails are stained from the polish. I also was spoken to in a condescending tone when I politely expressed concerns about the job/asked questions about the steps of what she had done. I will not be returning. read more

Great nail salon! I have not had any issues with their services so far - my gel nail polish always stays in tact for 2+ weeks. The owners are very nice and considerate. Anytime there is a longer wait than normal, they are extremely apologetic. You can tell they genuinely appreciate their clientele. read more

While the staff is wonderful, the owner is in violation of the law. After coming for a number of years and doing a manicure and pedicure on each visit, I spend over $1,000 a year at Oasis. knew their prices were higher than some salons, but I loved my nail technician. I came in today and find that the owner has added a convenience fee of 3% on all card transactions, including debit cards. I tried to explain that per the Durban Amendment of 2010, it is against federal law to charge a convenience fee, surcharge, etc on any debit card, even if guaranteed by Mastercard or Visa. Nope - she just knew she could and "everyone" was. So ... I'll be turning her into the attorney general's office for violating federal law and because of her greed, she lost my business and over $1,000 a year. By the way, I went to another salon and got the same services for $40 less and no convenience fee or surcharge. read more

Front desk was super nice. Rose was very nice and I enjoyed chatting with her while I had my pedicure. Place was spacious and clean. All tools used had been sterilized, as Rose opened them right in front of me. A good experience. . . I got their card and will definitely go back again. read more

This salon is clean and bright, staff is friendly and are happy to be there. The owner walks around and checks to make sure that customers are satisfied. My favorite technician is Lindy but everyone does a great job. They have mini chairs for little kids that are really cute. read more

I had received a gift card here so I figured I would try it. I've always been very loyal to Idol Nails near Harris Teeter so I was hesitant. My nails look awful though. I got a full set acrylic with gel polish. The gel polish is clumpy on specific parts of my nails and looks like it should be a marble color because of the different levels of polish. It's two days later and the ring finger on my left hand is already starting to lift off. I asked for straight nails with rounded edges and got a PURE square nail. I have toes for thumbs y'all. I've been getting acrylics for almost ten years so I know the difference between a good set, and inexperienced nail tech, or someone who just doesn't care and this is proof that they just didn't care. The place is beautiful with a wide color selection, but due to quality I will not be returning and I've already shown people the work that comes out of this establishment. read more

My husband and I have been going to Oasis Nails and Spa in Wake Forest, for pedicures. The service for our pedicures have been outstanding. On our last visit we encountered less than satisfying customer service. One of the owners, likes to make small talk, although, this time he crossed the line. He decided to make an inappropriate comment about my husband to me. I was speechless and shocked of what I just heard! I gathered my thoughts and brought it to his attention and he laughed like he was joking around. I suggested to him that he should think before he speaks or he will soon see a decrease in business because he is being ill-mannered and stating unnecessary phrases. This place is kept clean and is very pleasant environment. Rose did my dip powder manicure which I had never had before. She was so sweet and she did a great job as far as I could tell - it's been over a week and I still keep admiring it! I feel very disappointed in my time here. It is unprecedented times, but I called 24 hours ahead of time and got an appointment. I waited over an hour after my appointment time to even be served while watching three people who came in after me and my daughters be served. And then, I never saw the list of prices so I felt like they were much stepper in price than a lot places around town. I don't feel like I'd go back. Made an appointment after they spoke very highly of their skills. I got the dip nail polish and a polish change on my toes. The lady changing my polish didn't put anything in between my toes to prevent smudging so they smudged immediately. The person doing the dip left glue around my nail beds, didn't straighten out my cuticles and the top coat was extremely bumpy/goopy. He fixed one hand because of how bad it looked. Even with the color when I asked if it would look sheer and natural vs more white, I was told one thing and it turned out to be another. Do not recommend this place. Just feel like they didn't really want to put any effort in to their work. read more

Found this nail place thru one of those coupon booklets. Figured I'd try it for a pedi. Was glad to know a place nearby was open. Nice salon- clean and looks new. They all wore masks, practiced distancing, took my temperature as I arrived. It Felt safe. Above average comfortable massage chairs. Lots of fancy service options. Good pedi. Until recently this was my go to spot for a pedicure. Great job with a pedicure and leg massage. Due to Covid they have the mandated rules posted when entering . They have you wash your hands and check temp and mask wearing. However, this seems to only apply to those the employees choose to monitor. Two ladies came in both had masks on. The one was getting a pedicure the other proceeded to sit next to her ignoring social distancing, both removed masks and paid no consideration to the staff providing the service or to us who were effected due to their lack of consideration for others close by. When something was finally suggested to put their mask on they both proceeded to loudly suggest others mind their own business and take care of themselves. Unfortunately management on duty did nothing to elevate the situation and in fact I was told no management was on site. Unfortunately, this will me my last time entering this location. Your services no matter how good don't surpass your lack of following the guidelines and protecting ALL customers. Positive for me is there are several other locations on the same street that will be happy to provide me with great service. read more

Seemingly unfriendly staff that huddle around and stare and would rather have conversation amongst themselves than with customers. Repeatedly cut skin instead of cuticles and cut nails so low you can almost see the nail bed beneath. Not recommended. read more

Incredibly rushed to pick out a color. My nails were overly filed and buffed to the point of my nail beds looking damaged. (I got classic gel) She kept cutting my cuticles to the point I was bleeding and she repeatedly applied alcohol and pressed hard against the bleeding cut when cleaning the sides of the nail . My nails look good other than the stain of blood on my finger, but definitely not worth the pain. read more
