I waited about 15 minutes before they were ready for me. The pedicure itself is standard to most others you would get. Where they stand out and charge a bit more for is the massage you get afterwards. You have to leave your pedicure chair and go into a different part of the salon where you sit in a recliner to receive your 20 minute foot and leg massage. I did enjoy this portion of the service. I just wish they could have also finished the polish there also, but instead, you have to the go back up front to the pedicure chair for the polish. The place is clean and well staffed. I'm not sure it would be my normal go-to place, but I would go back and would recommend.

I called later in the day to let them know about this, as the raw skin began to start to feel like it may get infected. My call was answered by a nice lady, but she then handed the phone to the lady who did my pedicure. I wasn't even able to explain what had happened before she immediately started arguing with me about how there is no way she could have hurt me because the alcohol would have hurt it? She didn't put any alcohol on my heel. She put it on my toes before she did the nail polish. The fact that this woman did not even care to hear what I had to say and immediately started aggressively denying anything happening at all is incredibly frustrating and, if anything, just proves that she knows she messed up. At the end of our phone call, I let her know that I was trying to call so that the business had an opportunity to fix this accident, but that since she was not working with me in the slightest, I would be leaving had bad review online. When you are escorted back to your space for your foot massage you will be in for a treat. There will be a wonderful seated La-Z-Boy and a warm blanket ready for you. We each had an attendant massage our arms and legs and feet, while we sat in very comfortable recliners. The attendants also used hot stones, which felt very nice. For the detox part we were hooked up to a machine and our feet placed in buckets of water for 30 minutes. We both kind of dozed off because we were so relaxed. I think next time I'd skip the detox and do more of the reflexology, and maybe add a pedicure! I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really nice experience.
