Really cool place to stop in even just to check out all of the neat memorabilia that is displayed throughout. Lots of Knick Knacks and items for sale. Their menu is pretty full with various items to choose from , including soups, sandwiches, polish dogs, shakes and ice cream. I had the stuffed baked potato, which was really good as a small meal itself and a fountain drink. The locations currently decorated for the Christmas holiday which is nice. Fun, festive spot. Stop and check it out

I have to admit it was probably a bad decision on my part to order this but you never know, very conservative with the slices of meat compared to most other sandwich shops or deli's, the business is more of an ice cream shop which is very popular here in downtown Clovis, the service was fine and the decor albeit scattered is amusing...maybe just Ice Cream next time

1/18/23 Getting breakfast for tomorrow! Ham breakfast burrito ordered. They don't do egg white only. The worker was nice. I went in to get it. Really cute place. Made up for Christmas. Order ready and handed over. Paid for it & wished a good day! 11/19/23 Happy Sunday everyone! Got breakfast ready per usual & burrito split! My half was good! Hot sauce with it was okay. Not hot at all. Definitely missing the spicy kick! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she wakes up to have hers! Good service & Good breakfast burrito!

The dude and I came to Scoops Soups and more as on 06/29/19 around 11am after going to the Saturday Clovis Farmers Market. After buying a few items we wanted Rolled Ice Cream at Roll me Some but they didn't open until 12pm so the dude wanted me to try a new place to yelp as I never been here before. I do know that they served ice cream made from the cows or sold Fresno State ice cream here one of the two. Upon entering I noticed they had ample outdoor seating which I opt for sometimes especially if the weather is cool. Anywho when we walked in we were greeted by staff. The staff was friendly and I loved the 1950s decor this place had to it as it reminds me of my favorite Cafe in LA. They have a lot of ice cream flavors as well as food items from soup to bagels but their main deal is ice cream. I was conflicted on what I wanted as I was craving a banana split but the brownie sundae with your choice of ice cream sounded delicious so I ended up going for that but hesitate as sometimes too much chocolate along with the brownie is off putting. Which I was right. I got the banana ice cream Sundae which was bomb until I reached the brownie and chocolate sauce. My dude opted for a Breakfast bagel as he knew he was probably going to finish the ice cream and give me the bagel which he was right! He got a cookie dough malt. Due to the brownie and chocolate sauce being rich I ended up swapping. Overall, I would only get the banana ice cream with fudge and walnuts. The bagel sandwich was bomb along with the malt shake. It is definitely a place to grab a quick snack and go back to the 1950s. You will enjoy it. We are outside so my sunflowers that I got from the Farmers Market would not be destroyed inside. After finishing our treats I left my sunflowers as pictured in the pictures and came back a few minutes later and they were still there blending in with the perfect beautiful day. If you find yourself in Old Town Clovis this a nice spot to come by and enjoy some sweet treats!

Walking around in downtown Clovis and wanted a more chill place to eat. I had Polish dogs growin up so thought I would try theirs. It was pretty good. Good serving for the price. Friendly service too.

This cute little shop has welcome signs in a few places. Buuuut....dont let this cute little sign fool ya! Went in with my family on a Sunday afternoon to get ice cream, both cashiers-RUDE! Asked for a banana split, out of bananas lol I felt so rushed to order at the counter after was told there was no bananas. So I quickly ordered a fudge Sunday, the cashier was asking me what I wanted so loud that I think she thought I was across the room geez! My daughter ordered a medium order of ice cream and said she wanted it in a cone, they served it in a bowl... I had to just keep my mouth shut because I was not about to stoop down to that level of embarrassment. But here I am, writing this review instead. It was my first visit here and probably my last. Annnnd...I'm a fur baby momma, but if I owned this business, I wouldn't have my dog looking like it lives inside of my business ZERO stars, being kind goes a loooong ways.

This is a cute little location that fits in nicely with the OLD downtown Clovis vibe. This is the first ice cream parlor that I have been to which offers Fresno State ice cream. That was why I gave it a 4 instead of 3. I had the salted Carmel ice cream and it was scrumptious! The other reason I gave it 4 stars was my boys were able to order Hawaiian Ice. They had all of their favorite flavors. Again, only location that I know that offers yummy ice cream and Hawaiian Ice. It is a bit on the pricey side but about the same as a chain ice cream shop. 2 Hawaiian Ice and a single scoop ice cream was $12.00. The cons of this place are employees are not extremely friendly which I find odd being it's fun vibe and it's ice cream, who isn't happy around ice cream. The other downside was upon entering you get a funny smell. My son gladly pointed out, "it smells weird in here." The smell goes away once you are in the place for 2 minutes. I love being able to support a local business who supports other local businesses! I will be back.

The first time I tried the tonkotsu ramen as takeout and gave it 2 stars. The noodles were soggy from the start and the broth just didn't hit the depth of flavor I was expecting. It felt like something was missing. This time, I dined in and ordered both the spicy miso ramen and tonkotsu ramen, plus a side of chicken karaage. Eating onsite made a difference right away, the noodles held up and the overall taste of the ramen was significantly better. The spicy miso ramen was good, but I was honestly hoping for a stronger miso punch and a bit more heat. It leaned a little milder than expected, though still enjoyable. The tonkotsu this time was better balanced than my first visit. The chicken karaage was good as well. Crispy, light batter, juicy inside really solid fried chicken. I personally would've liked a squeeze of lemon and maybe some Japanese mayo on the side to elevate it even more, but that's just preference. Overall, I feel like this place redeemed itself on a second visit, especially dining in. I'll need to come back to try more of their specialty ramens.

Located in the Barnyard shopping center this Vietnamese restaurant is a little dated, but don't let the decor deter you. The food is in incredible! I ordered a large bowl with thin sliced meat balls along with spring rolls for the table. First off, I should've gotten a small bowl of pho, the large bowls here are massive. I had plenty of leftover for the next day and the day after! The broth was delicious with deep rich flavors and the noodles were slightly al dente, which I loved. I couldn't help myself and active point picked up my bowl and just started sipping the broth. My wife ordered the same thing as I, minus the meatballs and she too, could not get over how much flavor the broth had, almost like they had been slow cooking this for the past three days straight. The spring rolls were 100% handmade and the filling inside was delicious. We did bring our kids with us and we're definitely nervous because they are very picky eaters. They do offer a kids menu, but there isn't much to it. It's basically rice broth and your choice of meat. We ordered my 4-year-old daughter a small bowl of rice with broth and chicken; she loved this and kept asking for more! My son (7) went big and ordered pho with squid... he inhaled everything! Even asking if we could order more squid on the side to which we did and he ate that as well. This was huge win for mom and dad, now we can do pho to the family dining out rotation. This is a family own restaurant and the staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. We have practiced this each time coming in, but today after sitting at the only clean table(with some to be cleared off) a couple came over to the empty table and stared at us pretty weirdly before a server rushed over and told us to move because its for them. By the time I had filled my drink and walked back to the pickup counter, my sandwich was already done! Apparently, online orders have to be made close to the pick-up time so they sit for too long. So, if five or more people order a sandwich for pickup at 12:30pm, your ass is waiting and walk-ins get taken care of first! They gave me a large tuna portion for my sandwich. It was very fresh and not too heavy on the mayo either, which can create a drippy sando. Loved all the toppings except that they put pickle spears on their sandwiches and not pickle chips... why? The sandwich came on dutch crunch bread, which I normally love, but it was hard a little hard to bite through. The crust was more chewy than crunchy, but still soft on the inside. Decent prices, a huge menu, and they offer most of their sandwiches in wrap form as well.

My memory is shot. I don't want to be handing out 5 stars so easily but I think they deserve it. The restaurant is very clean, and I love the little Asian lanterns they have, all different, above each table. Plenty of seating. When we got there (a little after 5), there was only one other table occupied... by the time we left (6:30), every table was nearly taken. Our waitress, as well as the other on the floor, were both very welcoming and friendly. They handled the service remarkably as a team. The fact that they were a packed house and still were very attentive with us, checking how we're doing, checking on our water refills... these are the little things I appreciate most (and, of course, good food). I got the Pho with the Fatty Brisket, my friend got just the Steak Pho. They have a bar against the wall with all garnishes you may need to grab what you'd like. This is pretty smart... It saves them from waste. Instead of giving people items they may not use-- they would just grab what they'd like themselves. My friend grabbed her goodies, I prefer mine as is. To me, if your broth is good and doesn't require me to flavor it... I'll eat it just like that (unless I feel like adding spice). I've only ever been to a few other Pho places where I had to season up the broth myself...definite no no for them. All my friends who have gone out to eat Pho with me know I eat it just how I get it. Pho from my Mama is a different story though... I put the works (not because it's not flavorful) but, it's just different. Moving on... They also have a Teazona in their establishment. I've tried a few different drinks in the past but came to regularly deciding on the Tiramisu Milk Tea (no flan for me, light boba). Make sure to shake it well. You can also let them know your preference on the level of sweetness. We both got this tonight and it nearly tipped me over on the full scale. Couldn't finish it. Everything was really good though. Pho was the perfect choice for this weird, gloomy weather we've been having. The price is a bit up there but that seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. But-- for the portion, the quality, and the service? Worth it.
