Favorite breakfast spot in the Venice area. Always welcoming and friendly. Food never disappoints. Great people watching too.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! Love stopping here when I get in town. Give it a try if you can.

Wood grilled bad service? Check. Lack of creativity? Check. Beautiful views? Check. It's unfortunate that everything in Boston is owned by one of the 3 restaurant groups. Their goal is to inhibit competition by buying up all the good locations. No one that works at these restaurants care about anything other than turning tables. Total diner culture. It's a clear anti-trust issue, but Boston is a transient city so no one cares. read more

The food was okay. It's a nice place and the staff is very friendly, but the food is probably not worth the price.

I went with a group of girlfriends for my birthday and loved it! The service, drinks, food and views were excellent. I highly recommend coming here and trying the espresso martini flight! I can't wait to go back! read more

SAVR - Espresso martini flight, oysters, tuna tartar and buffalo mozzarella! So so good! - American Near Me - Boston, Massachusetts

Food was not tasty at all, but expensive. Drinks were good. I won't recommend this place

What a little gem this restaurant is. Not only was the food delicious- the service was top notch. Would most definitely dine there again

The restaurant is beautiful! A bar on each floor, good ambiance, can be a good romantic or social setting! The servers were wonderful, very attentive, they gave us enough time between drinks and apps, but were still attentive enough that we never felt forgotten. I had the Branzino fillets, very good! Rich and buttery sauce, i would like a little lemon but that's just personal preference. The bar made me a delicious mocktail as well which I appreciated! 100% recommend!!! read more

The food was great! I had the burger and a mimosa, both were great! The ambience was nice and the view of the harbor were also really nice! The service was good, nothing out of this world but still very good! Overall it was a nice Friday lunch! read more

While walking around the Seaport we came upon SAVR, inside of the new St.Regis condos on Seaport Blvd. We did not have a reservation, but they accommodated us upstairs in a lovely booth overlooking the harbor. Started with the potstickers (YUM!) and fried clam special (OK). The comp warm bread with oil was delicious we saved it to dip into our Soups of the day (YASSS). Beet salad was gorgeous to look at and even more delightful to eat! Our table shared some bucatini pasta special with rock shrimp (Tasty!) and burgers. (Meh). Service was quick and friendly. Menu has plenty of choices if you are looking for meat, fish or veggie. Open windows allowed the breeze to flow nicely throughout. Enjoy! read more

I came here for my birthday back in January and really enjoyed it. The resturaunt is on the water with a dim light atmosphere. I had the espresso martini sampler to drink, as this was one of the reasons I wanted to come here. Unfortunately, I was let down by the sampler. None of them were bad, but none of them I would want to order on their own (especially at the $20+ price point) The sampler price I believe has been raised since I went there as well, but I may be mistaken. For appetizers, we had the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio and the app size of the Lemon Ricotta Ravioli. The beef carpaccio was nothing to rave about. It wasn't bad by any means I've just had it better other places. Flavors were a little muted. But the ravioli was good die for. I like to get homemade pasta wherever it's offered so I knew I wanted to try one of the pasta dishes they offered and loved that they had smaller versions of each as well. I'm not a big ricotta person, but this was absolutely delicious. The lemon was not overpowering, but blended beautifully with the creamy ricotta and earthy herbs. I only got this based off of other reviews and I'm so happy that I did. Now it's your turn to try! For my entree I had the Brick Pressed Chicken that came with fingerling potatoes. This I was also pleasantly surprised with! It was a large portion of chicken which was encased in a crispy skin. The au jus was herbaceous and flavorful, a little salty, but brought so much to the dish. The service was good, our waitress was kind. We had the crème brûlée for dessert which was good but again nothing to rave about. I would come back here to try the brunch or just for the ravioli! read more

I went out to get a bite Saturday night with my daughter. We sat at the upstairs bar @ Savr. From the time I walked in the staff was gracious and super friendly. The bartenders and general manager were great! We were undecided on exactly what to get and the bartenders recommendations were spot on. We had the lobster scallops pot stickers to die for. I had the small version of the Pappardelle and the lemon ricotta ravioli. My daughter also had the lemon ricotta ravioli. Food was outstanding! We had an espresso martini (Best in Boston Fact) and a Seaport sour. Absolutely delicious! We ended the night with two desserts the honey lavender crème brûlée and the chocolate pot decreme . Staff was genuinely friendly and had great conversation leaving to a great night and experience @Savr! read more

A lovely place for Brunch in the heart of Seaport district. The restaurant is quite big and right next to the water. It has two levels (but they did not open the second floor when we visited. I think the view will be much better on the second floor). The food was quite excellent in general. We had seared pork belly (my favor), half dozen of oysters (fresh), chilled poached shrimp (good), Berkshire pork chop (excellent), scallop & shrimp risotto (excellent), beef tenderloin benedict (good), and lobster mascarpone chive omelet (good). The service was top notch! Also they had great coffee. read more

Love, love , love this place. Wish it was down the street from me (Brookline) , we would be hitting it nightly! Love the vibe. Service is terrific with great recommendations. Not actually Gluten Free! As someone with a gluten allergy, I was very excited to try the GF options that Savr offers on their menu. Unfortunately, it was very apparent I was glutened after a visit in November. I chalked it up to potentially the server not taking the allergy seriously or a miscommunication. However, after going to Savr this evening (4 months later) and trying two different menu items, repeatedly flagging the GF allergy, an assured multiple times the food was GF (by server and manager) I was once again glutened. As someone who frequents other Boston restaurants and orders GF items all the time, I have yet to run into this issue anywhere else. It's really disappointing for a restaurant as "high end" as Savr, to not take dietary and allergy issues seriously. The food is 100% not worth it and clearly not actually gluten free. I'm truly shocked the menu states "GF" and while I won't be going back to Savr, I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please let this be a cautionary tale for anyone who is actually Gluten Free. read more

Great food and even better service!! Mario is the best server they have. Great environment

This place was not worth the hype. Drinks are super expensive (and weak). The 22 oz. Ribeye was flavorless and we had to add salt. Portions are small. Overall, I would not return. read more

Came in here tonight for a quick drink, and the atmosphere and service made us stay for dinner which was a great move on our part. We had the pleasure of being served by Siobhan, smart, funny, and efficient. She knew the menu back to front and made some great recommendations, the Chicken "meat"" balls are like nothing I have had before, they are hard to describe but do yourself a favor and order them. I followed that up with the prime rib which was a serious cut of meat and cooked to perfection. As we were leaving we had the pleasure of meeting the owner/manager David very refreshing to meet someone who truly cares about your experience and your opinion. Overall a random stop in turned out to be a great night and somewhere that I will definitely return to and recommend to friends. read more

Do NOT go here if you want to have a conversation with your table. The restaurant is terribly designed as the sound is SO LOUD throughout the restaurant. We were seated upstairs which I think is one of the quieter areas as it is not next to the downstairs bar. But honestly, we could not hear each other and had to shout at each other if we wanted to say something to one another. What a way to ruin an expensive dining experience. While the food was good, there are certainly just as good restaurants where you would be able to have a much better dining experience. I truly hope I save someone from having the experience that I had at SAVR. read more

I had a wonderful experience. The staff, the food, and everything else was on point. I can't wait to go back.

First time dining at this beautiful restaurant. Our meal was excellent and the service was great. Definitely will go back.

Food was as expected for the price and was good but by no means exceptional. Restaurant seems disorganized. Servers were nice, if exhausted. Views are good at the one end that has views at all. Ambience was poor. We had made reservations and had asked for a quiet table but were seated in a bar area surrounded by very loud, obese, shrieking customers wearing grotesquely loud, tight clothing. Definitely will not be back - not our scene. read more

We had a reservation at 7:30 and didn't get seated til 8:15. When we asked the hosts multiple times for an update they just said the table still was not ready. Finally, we asked the manager to step in due to us waiting so long, and he jokingly said "I will kick the other people out." Just not the time for sarcasm...they made it right with a couple free appetizers. The food is slightly above average but nothing truly special. In general this place has a few kinks to work out with it being new. Location is amazing and has a great view of the water. Lots of potential, hopefully with more time they will start running smoothly. read more

This was a trigger for me but also very bad service all from a manager. Food and service (from waitress) were good. I wanted to touch upon the manager who decided to take my drink away. No sign saying no outside drinks so I thought it be ok to bring my tea inside. The tall manager lady(easy to tell who it is, she kinda mid) The hospitality service when addressing issue was like a mother telling her child no. and follows up with saying I can buy an iced tea instead. How about just leaving my drink there or offering a better solution. From there it just ruined my mood and taste for the rest of the meal and even the servers noticed. PS: don't touch an Asian man's tea. read more

My introduction to SAVR was courtesy of a neighbor who works as a concierge at one of Boston's high-end restaurants. I have thanked him several times already for putting it on my radar. Recently I took a close friend, and then my daughter and her partner to celebrate their respective birthdays, and both times it was the perfect choice: excellence on all fronts, from cocktails to desserts, the service to the view. This is a special place that is just right for every occasion whether memorable or ordinary. It's Tuesday, grab a friend and go. Tuesday is reason enough! read more
