Our server greeted us and offered to take our drink orders. The drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive, alcoholic and nonalcoholic alike. The Sangria is poor quality.... So I would advise to stay away. Our drink and food order was put in at the same time, however our food took an hour and half to come. Not only did it take that long to come, every single dish arrived lukewarm and purely cold. After asking the server to take it back, it took an additional 25 minutes to return to the table. Unfortunately, all of my friends were pretty much done and watching me eat my food only. The ambiance is pretty aesthetically pleasing, nice interior and great vibe. That's what is unfortunately bumping this up from a one star review. Our server was tolerable. She didn't seem too interested and was just rude when simply discussing our experience.
