It was done in a day and the drop off and pickup was seamless. Right after I was able to install larger tires. It went from stock tires (245/70/16) to 265/75/16 Nitto Ridge Grappler's that have the slightest rub at full lock to left under power (non issue for me). I've done a couple trips now and all I can say is I wish I had done it sooner. On the way to work this morning found out I had a flat. After getting my car towed back to my place, scrambled to find a shop that could either patch my tire or swap the tire with a backup one we have. Was very stressed that I wouldn't be able to find a shop that could do it in a timely manner. Got a hold of someone at Savant and they were available to have the tire dropped off, despite the fact that they were booked all day today, and they'd let me know when they were done. When i dropped off the wheel and tire, AP came out and asked me what was going on. After telling him, he said he could swap out the tires on the wheel right then and there! 10 minutes later he was done. I had Bilsteins 6112 and 5160, Freedom Off-Road UCA, Coachbuilder Rear Shackles, Talon's Garage Skids, Method MR314, Falken AT4w installed. Wow-- they are exceptional. I called for my bf to get his brakes fixed on his car whilst he was at work and I am so glad we decided to come here. Right off the bat (even from the phone call) the customer service was great and friendly which made me feel extremely welcomed! This review is long overdue, and I'm sorry that it took so long to post it, Savant Auto Works, delivers quality and affordability in a world where that's almost nonexistent anymore. Call these guys up to get my train horn installed on a new truck and I'm pretty picky about who I used to work on my stuff and right from the gate these guys were friendly and got me an appointment pretty much the next day. I talked to wayne on the phone to set up an appointment and get a price from him. Not only was scheduling the appointment easy but their price point for the work that needs to be done was also amazing. This is my first time coming to Savant and it was for a last minute tire repair (nail in tire). I was panicking about a place for tire repair but it was already almost 5:30 PM and the first place that came in mind was American Tire Depot. I contactedTire Depot and they said they couldn't take me as it was late in the day and would schedule me for tomorrow. I happened to stumble by Savant via Yelp and found out they were located down the street from me. By this time it's 5:45 PM and they told me that they can take a look at it. Turns out Jessica and Rylan (and Nova ) saw the nail and saw it was an easy fix and they would be happy to work on it. They made the stress go away and was very quick about it! I reached out to Savant Autoworks for a suspension upgrade. They were quick to respond, helpful, and had an unbeatable price. I purchased bilstein 5160/6112s, old man emu rear springs, pan hard relocation, freedom off road bullet UCA, BMC, viper cut, and nitto trailgrappler 295/70/r17. I had them install method 312s 17x9 with-12 offset that i had purchased before. At the time, there was a black friday deal for a free viper cut with the purchase of the BMC, and free install when you get the freedom off road billet uca. But it gets better. They offered a discount on the UCA on a special they were running. The whole set uo took a day to install and looked amazing. Before the discounts the break down of price was all comparable or cheaper then other shops i had received quotes from. I will DEFINITELY be going back for all future installs. I recently had some unexpected car related issues to see to and Savant made it manageable for me to tackle a few things I had on that list. My 02 Toyota 4Runner desperately needed new tires and Ryan was super accommodating in giving me quotes for several different ones that would fit. After choosing a set of wheels/tires he helped me make an appointment for last Thursday afternoon. {Unbeknownst to me my car battery would decide to die the day before my appointment. Luckily Ryan was also able to place an order for a new one to be delivered the day of my appointment!} On top of that they assisted in figuring out my check engine light code and ordered the part to help fix it another day lol. A year ago today, on Black Friday 2022, I brought my recently-purchased 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk to get some Chief Products parts installed. I had rock rails, sump plate, transmission plate, and rear bumper guard installed. I brought it in on Friday and was able to pick it up the following evening. Everything went well, from getting a quote and making an appointment online with Jessica, to AP and Ryan being extremely helpful while I was there initially, and one other time when I had to go back in for a quick fix on one of the rock rails. The install crew did an amazing job and I will definitely go back when it's time to install a roof rack, RTT, and maybe a front bumper or other lower front protection. As promised, I brought my 4Runner here for the suspension install because of the service I received from my BMC appointment. I thought the service I received from my initial appointment was just an "introductory" service; I I thought wrong. Savant AutoWorks is the real deal. They even price matched the tires I was planning on purchasing online because of the sales going on for November! That made everything easy for me to just bring in my suspension parts without tires in my vehicle. As usual, I dropped off my 4Runner in the morning and picked it up at night. I was so happy with the outcome and it was like what I pictured when I bought the parts. The following day, I noticed that I was having some rubbing on my right fender so I called the shop. AP was quick to apologize and was told to bring it in so they can fix the rubbing. AP trimmed the right fender more to get rid of the rub during full lock but he heard some more rubbing so the 4Runner ended up needing more chopping. Totally my fault because I didn't mention the spacer I was including on my build which made my offset even more aggressive. I also want to add that during that time, Primo noticed the spring settled a little low and AP called me that they are going to raise it a little bit to level it out (thank you Primo!) Lastly, during my visit I had a small chat with Jessica. I explained to her that I have more plans for the 4Runner in the future and she told me whatever parts I need, they should be able to get it for me for cheaper than the regular price. Jessica also gave me a quick background of Savant and culture. I was impressed by them and they made me feel home. Thank you so much Savant Autoworks. About 4 months ago, I began my search to have my 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy lightly modified. After much research I found that there was only one option by Truxxx and their 2" spacer lift kit. With little know how and the tools/time to do it myself, I started contacting multiple shops around the LA/OC area. I requested multiple quotes but one shop stood out almost immediately, and that was Savant AutoWorks in Los Alamitos. From the moment I sent my quote, it was only a few minutes that I received a reply from a person named AP.I also worked with Tony. Both were very helpful! I asked if they were able to install a customer supplied lift kit. Before even saying yes, they went above and beyond and did research on my behalf to ensure I had the best option for my Palisade. About half an hour later, I was told that the kit I was looking at was the best option. I said okay, and sat on it for a few months. I was not pestered or bothered. I finally came to the conclusion that I wanted this lift kit installed and I immediately called Savant and asked for multiple quotes on tires and wheels to go along with the lift kit. I ended up with the KMC KM716 Nomad in 18's and with Nitto Nomad Grapplers in 265/60/18. Their prices were competitive and less than the big box chains like TireRack and Americas/Discount Tires. Again, they went a next step to ensure my choice was fit my palisade with the lift kit without issues. I went forward and paid for the tires and wheels and made an appointment. Due to living in Torrance and working, they allowed me to drop off the palisade the night before to be worked on the next day. I was sent status updates pictures throughout the day which did nothing but get me even more excited. Later today, I was called and told my vehicle was done. They performed a post install check to look for any weird noises and rubbing and they found zero as expected. I am very, very happy with this shop, and am glad that I found a trust worthy installer that I surely will be using in the future, and no doubt will be recommending others to. I am blown away with their customer service, attention to detail, and patience to answer all my questions.
