Long over due review here, but the guys here deserve all the credit to their quality of work. Got a set of new Enkei wheels and tires at an extremely competitive price compared to many online stores and shops last year. Mike and Tony demonstrate their expertise in the import tuner world. They were able to fit my slightly aggressive wheel set up with the ride height of my car to avoid rubbing under my wheel wells. Recently had my car raised on different springs for comfort. Again, they were able to align the car correctly. I've been to many commercial tire shops and they could never get my steering wheel and direction of travel straight even after numerous trips for adjustments. The LSD/TireMack team was able to source a set of tires that was sold out everywhere! Their prices for parts and labor was fair. They were friendly and really went out of their way to locate the tires for me. A lot of other tire shops pretty much didn't bother returning calls when they told me they'd "call me back". I came to TireMack on a recommendation from a friend. Checking out a new mechanic is always pretty sketchy so I made sure to ask around for an honest place. Well that's exactly what I found here at TireMack. I was greeted by Mike at the front desk, I explained the issue that had arouse earlier that morning with my vehicle. Mike took the time to come out and run diagnostics- he explained what the possible issue could be and even took the time to test drive my car. In the end all was good after he cleared some codes. I don't know if it's customary to charge for these types of services else where but Mike didn't charge me a dime. It's refreshing to find that all the positive reviews about this place were legitimate. I needed an alignment for my car. I found them on Yelp and headed down there 2 hours before they closed. They had a lot cars lined up and understandably, they couldn't squeeze me in. I met Mike and the rest of his friendly staff. With an appointment, I came back the next day. Mike's professionalism and customer service was second to none. His knowledge about my car gave me a lot of comfort. I had them also do a transmission oil change. They gave me a package deal/discount which was awesome! After the oil change, a test drive was done to make sure that the alignment and everything was in order. Once the transaction was completed, he thanked me for my business and hoped that I'd comeback for any other work that I may need. Today was one of those really tough Mondays, during which one thing after another was just weighing me down or not going according to plans. This included my trip to the vet, two buildings down from TireMack. The vet visit was pretty rough as is, but when I got back to my car with my 40-pound husky... I found out my battery had died. I was already frustrated and emotionally exhausted from my difficult morning, but the car battery dying just felt like the icing on the cake. I felt pretty helpless (cue "why me?!" meltdown), especially in the nearly 100 degrees weather. But I did find some hope after realizing that the street I was on had maybe 10+ auto repair shops. I walked out to the sidewalk, 40-pound husky in tow, and went over to TireMack, simply because it was the closest. I noticed the place was small, but the guy out front immediately smiled and nodded his head to greet me. I then went inside the shop, where I met Don. I awkwardly asked him, "Uhmmm, do you guys jump cars? My car battery died a couple of buildings over." Don asked me to wait a sec, and he made a quick phone call (to who I'm guessing was another person at TireMack) to ask if he/she had a jump cable. He got off the phone, and said he can walk over to my car. When we got to my car, he pulled out the coolest gadget that somewhat resembled an external hard drive with jumper cables attached. I may not know much about cars, but I was pretty impressed by this device. Needless to say, Don got my car battery jumped, and my big husky friend and I were good to go. Don was super sweet, and didn't even charge me for the service. I know it might seem like something menial and it might even sound a little cheesy, but what he did was more than just start my car for me. Considering what I rough day I was having, Don just felt like the Good Samaritan I needed to meet to be encouraged. If this is the type of people who work at TireMack, I would have no doubt that they are a business that runs on integrity, professionalism, and good old-fashioned kindness. I have been buying parts and oil from these guys for a while now. Decided to have them check out my Dodge 4x4 before a long trip. Ended up getting new tires, new shocks, alignment, chassis lube and oil change. All done in one day! Couldn't be happier with price and quality of work. Mike had let me know that my battery was a bit weak, so I ended up going to place where I had it warrantied, this in turned saved me from being stranded with a bad battery while up in the mountains on vacation. LSD Motorsports has provided me with a pleasant experience every single time I've taken my car in. I've gotten my transmission/differential fluids done here previously and just recently suspension work/alignment, and was extremely pleased each time. Mike Son's customer service and work expertise is second to none, he is professional and very down to earth at the same time. He's also an awesome dude to chat with who will listen to your needs and give advice on what he thinks can be tweaked for the better. I appreciate that he is one of the rare mechanics I have encountered that are honest and not there to make a quick buck from you (I'm in Sales and know when people are trying to play me). He will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy before taking off, even staying after work hours to make sure you're fully satisfied. By the time my car was done and I was heading out, I felt like Mike was a friend first and mechanic second, which alludes to something I feel is somewhat rare in this day and age. A+ for Customer Service. Pricing here is very fair and once again the work done here is top notch.
