Although the Sanchez Coatings crew was delayed a few weeks (because the company was backlogged with work), Yolanda kept us informed on application activity and got the job started just as soon as was possible. When the crew arrived and started working, we were amazed at how quick they were able to protect the house exterior walls (ensuring that everything was protected from overspray), applied an awesome basecoat and texture, and then applied the color seal. It definitely looked incredible and exceeded our expectations. Yolanda and the Sanchez Coatings crew were very professional and courteous, and paid attention to detail from start to finish. I would give Sanchez Coatings 6 stars if I could. Having spent over a decade in development and construction business I have seen a lot; this company is great. They measured accurately, gave good recommendations and completed the work ahead of schedule. In particular I was impressed when the crew lead on-site sought me out to ask if I really wanted to only texture up to the wall or if I would prefer to go 2 inches up the wall to the bottom the hardi-siding, which definitely looked better. Most of all they were professional and the craftsmanship great. They taped and masked everything ensuring no overspray, they were polite and courteous even when my chocolate lab ran back forth through the wet leveling compound they just laid. They cleaned up everything when the work was complete. Scheduling is a critical component of construction that should not be confused with availability. Sanchez showed up when they said they would and finished the job a day early. But keep in mind this is not a dominos pizza, it does require some amount of advance notice (perhaps only a day or two, but maybe more if they are busy). We recently had Sanchez Coatings refurbish our pool deck and patio. We were very particular about selecting a contractor because we have been very disappointed in the past. We had several contractors give us a quote and Sanchez Coatings was very competitive. We had numerous cracks in the concrete and wanted them repaired and hidden when the project was completed. Yolanda Ortega came to our home and listened to our concerns, explained the process and submitted a timely bid. A two man crew, Libni and Elario, were on the project from start to finish. They were hard working and professional. The area was sanded, prepped and painted in our choice of color and finish and completed within 4 days. I would recommend this company based on their professionalism, ease of doing business, and for taking the time to educate the customer. My original pool deck coating was starting to peel off and exposing the concrete underneath. I only knew I needed to get it repaired but had no clue on cost, options or level of effort. The company that built the pool were using the big national coatings company but we just couldn't get the look we wanted within our budget so we decided to look local. Our sales rep, Steve, was awesome in going through all the options and matching what we wanted within our budget. We contacted Sanchez Coatings to apply a coating to our still bare concrete back porch. Yolanda came out with samples talked us through the process and produced a quote in a day. They scheduled us about two weeks later. The crew led by Jose L. finished the work in two days. They covered walls and composite deck very well so there was no over spray etc. The two days was one day more than expected, but still in time to have the porch usable again in the weekend. I had the crew from Sanchez Coatings resurface my driveway. Prior to them coming in, I had some extra concrete poured to create a walkway to my backyard. The result was functional, but not comparable to the original driveway. The professionals from Sanchez prepared the existing concrete so it would not only match, but they recut the expansion joints and blended both concrete as one.
