So thankful for Sanchez coating doing things the right way! We have been having issues with our decking since the pool company had it poured and they have been trying to fix it for months. Even the the spray deck they had done by a different company started chipping right away. It took some convincing but our pool company did what's right and decided to fix it but wanted a different company to complete the work this time so it would be done right. They had Sanchez coating take the job and I'm so happy they did! Sanchez took the decking all the way down past the salt finish, that we were supposed to have (long story) anyways, they spent the time and did it right, they didn't cut any corners and while we do still have a couple of small spots with standing water it's SO much better from the swamp we had. I think without repouring this slab there may not be much else we can do but build up the couple areas, but I'm telling you, a major improvement that the other spray deck company could never have done. I had a couple of issues that they came back and took care of and was so impressed to see that. Thank you! So why 4 stars? Well remember 4 stars is AWESOME!!!! So please take this review the right way and see them as awesome as they are. Just a couple minor things, they over sprayed on our landscape rocks which we just had replaced, it's a pain in the rear to pick them out and get them replaced. It's not just the ones along the edge but the ones in the center about a foot in seems like maybe they put something down to protect just a close area to the concrete but the overspray reached passed. It's also all over the grass and such which I wish they could have cleaned up before the job was completed. Maybe they could have moved the rocks a few inches away before spraying knowing they were going to overspray? And covered more of the area to prevent ruining the rocks? My only other feedback, that is more my husbands, is that they used dark brown coarse sand on the mastic so it doesn't look grey, it looks brown. We have had our mastic redone 3 times before this and it was never brown like this and they always used sand. Before it was always a light grey with a lighter softer sand on top. But again, 4 stars is awesome! I'm super thankful for their integrity and work ethic on this job. 100% I would recommend Sanchez coatings to anyone! I'm also eyeing some of their other work and hope to use them for our garage and other projects. read more

Pipe Creek Tx We had a pool put in at a new house we were building in the spring of 2021 by Texas Pool and Patios out of San Antonio. One of the many mistakes made by the pool company was they we were supposed to have stamped concrete around the pool area. For some reason when we got to town to see the progress, we just had finished concrete. So.. we were told by the pool company they would pay Sanchez Coating to put a layered coating over the concrete with any color or design we chose. This was our only option other than to jack up the concrete and start over. Sanchez Coatings came out and put down the coating with the color and design of our choice, which wasn't as nice as what we originally ordered, but this was not Sanchez Coatings fault. After a little more than a year the coating started chipping off. We called the Pool company and told them about it and they said they would get SC back out. This went on for many months and no one came out. Finally, after many phone calls and many months Sanchez Coating came out and looked at it. They gave me an estimate to repair and fix the problem areas. I told them to give the quote to the pool company because that was between them. The pool company called back and said Sanchez only warranties their work and product for 2 years. A lot of this falls back on the pool company for their lack of urgency and mistake made in the beginning. As far as Sanchez Coatings, make sure you can hold them accountable for workmanship and the quality of their product. read more

We had work done on our patio and pool decking in June 2021 by Sanchez Coatings - over $12,000, so not a small job. In early October we noticed cracks and separation appearing in their work. Since our contract states a 3 year warrant on labor and materials we wanted a consultation about remedies for work that was only 4 months old.
