We had the absolute best experience at San Tan Ford! From the moment we arrived, Ellie went above and beyond to make the process smooth and exciting. She had all three vehicles we wanted to test drive ready to go, answered every question with total confidence, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Ellie's energy, hustle, and attention to detail truly made the day unforgettable, she's an absolute rockstar! Another thank you also goes out to Ryan, Justin, Jerry, and Shane. Special shoutout to John for making the entire dealership experience amazing, his team is fantastic. The usual "dealership stigma" just doesn't exist here, we felt zero pressure, just great people helping us make the right choice. We drove away in our dream Raptor with happy tears and huge smiles. The whole team treated us like royalty from start to finish. We can't recommend San Tan Ford enough, thank you for turning a car-buying experience into a memory we'll never forget and life long customers!

Purchased new commercial truck from Santan in 2023. This truck had been retrofitted with a water tank through a relationship with a local truck upfitter. Less than 50 miles on the truck and the transmission and PTO failed. Ford would not honor the warranty, their upfitter would not honor the warranty. This left the customer with a $15,000.00 repair bill. The legal filings will be forthcoming, but it is important to know that if you buy an upfitted commercial truck from Santan and something fails, it probably will not be warranted by Santan or their contracted upfitter.

Gouged on labor cost, they charged me to remove door panel unnecessarily to replace side mirror

Unprofessional and poor communication with the sales dept. Ultimately lost my business to Toyota!

My wife and I worked with JD, new car salesman, and he really made the car buying experience as easy as it could be.

I purchased my vehicle for $36,000 in April 2025 and have experienced ongoing mechanical issues, including repeated starting problems and system malfunctions. The vehicle has been in the shop multiple times for the same issues, sometimes for extended periods, yet the problems continue to reoccur. In December 2025, I spoke with Peter Melilo and told him my obstacles and he informed me he would work with me to get the best trade-in value possible and asked me to keep him updated on the vehicle issues. I followed up by email and also left a message for the General Manager, Lashawn, but never received a response. When the vehicle had issues again in January 2026, I called and requested to speak with another manager. Daniel came on the line and stated he wanted to "make this right" and get me as close to a wash as possible by potentially overvaluing the vehicle. Based on that conversation, I went into the dealership on 2/14. However, I was offered only $24,000 for a vehicle I purchased for $36,000, despite the ongoing unresolved issues. At this point, I am now in arbitration and, if necessary, will retain an attorney to pursue a full resolution. I feel misled by the promises made and disappointed in the lack of follow-through and communication from management.

I bought a used Chrysler Pacifica from enterprise car sales in Gilbert. Within less than a year,…read morebut fortunately, while barely still under warranty, the transmission completely went, requiring a full replacement to the tune of nearly $15,000. Not quite a year later, we are again experiencing engine issues and the passive idol system through which the car shuts off went out of traffic. Light is completely disabled, and the car won't turn over. Today I had to have it towed to my mechanic. Considering I put about $7000 down and financed another approximately $24,000. I should not be having these problems within about 18 months of the purchase. The warranty is expired and it is on me, but I do not want others to make the same mistake I did. I have learned that there was information about the condition of the vehicle that was not shared with me and now because of its condition, I am underwater on my loan. I would never, and I emphasize never buy a car through enterprise car sales again. They make the stereotype jokes about used car salesmen seem very appealing. I feel that I was duped and got stuck with a lemon.

The reality is, everything is for sale - for a price. Everything…read more I am currently renting a car that I want(ed) to purchase. I told them that even though it is on the higher side of miles and has some dings / dents I wanted pricing and to likely buy it. It took two full business days to give me a BS reason for a "no" and the usual used car salesman attempts to sell me something else. Don't assume people are stupid or are still buying the COVID nonsense. I'm not interested. I also already got a loan and purchased a vehicle (exactly what I wanted) for a better price than they were offering on an older vehicle with more miles. This all occurred in less than four hours without my leaving my desk today. Don't waste your time.
