If you've lived in Arizona for a while, you know car batteries don't last long in this heat. We all have to replace them every so often, and Mike at AutoZone made it easy! He helped me with my warranty and installed the replacement battery. Super friendly, great conversation, and just a really nice guy. Five stars, Mike! I really appreciate all your help. read more

Went in for a check engine light Jaxon was so kind helpful, and courteous. I really appreciate it all of his help top-notch staff!

Fantastic experience every time I go in. Even when it's hot outside, they go above and beyond to help you out. Thank you, Wayne!

Wayne helped me with finding wind shield wipers, he tried a bunch until they worked. Super helpful!

Customer service save you time and head west down Warner and go to the other AutoZone there very helpful staff and they actually wanna help you and greet you every time you come in the door. This Autozone right here which is literally two minutes from my house, the young kid working there is nothing but a smart ass. I was looking at the spray paint and looking for some other stuff around the store. I was in there for 20 minutes and they didn't once ask if I needed help and there was no one else in the store. I gave the store a second chance and that's the last chance I'll give it. read more

Wish I could give this specific location a 7 star review! Tony gave me great advice on detailing my car and went out of his way to compare products so I purchase the best item for my budget and vehicle. This store definitely stands out from the other Autozone stores in the area. Please do not get it confused with the one on East Williams Field. read more

Isidoro was amazing! I rolled in at 9:50pm, with a mostly dead battery (cause women, I know), and he had it changed out, and had me on my way before they closed at 10! Great, quick work! Thank you! read more

200% recommend! Amazing service EVERY time! I recently had issues with my starter but thought maybe I should check the battery first. Sure enough, that was the problem! This most recent visit absolutely rendered me speechless with the platinum level of service provided. Isidoro Aguirre (the sales manager I believe) provided exceptional service that I thought was a thing of the past until now. He is an honest hardworking man and his dedication to customer service makes this AutoZone location an absolute shiny diamond. I can't recommend enough! Thank you Isidoro, and thank you AutoZone for hiring such a diamond in the rough! read more

I come here for all my auto needs . Great customer service and quick service. Highly recommend this location

Our 98' Toyota 4runner A/C air was not blowing cold air and needed a recharge. Used YouTube for some options and suggested A/C Pro recharge purchase at Autozone. Staff was helpful and explained how to check A/C with digital gauge and if low add more of the A/C pro, started checking in the parking lot, and staff member Michael was very helpful could see us trying to figure out the gauge and came out to help explain the process and assist us. Excellent customer service, helpful and knowledgeable. So thankful for his help in this AZ heat to properly recharge our AC! read more

Don't waste your time going to this location. My car was making an odd noise when I pushed the start button. It's a 2014 with 82,490 miles on it so I anticipated that something was going bad. My brother in law suggested a fan may need tightening or it could be the starter. He recommended I go to autozone so it could possibly be diagnosed. Did I expect them to be experts and tell me a full breakdown of what's happening with my car? No, I did not. But what I did expect was an effort. I spent more time in line with one customer already in progress of checking out than I did speaking to the lazy/useless so called associate behind the counter. I told him why I was there and about the weird noise. He asked if my engine light stayed on and I said no and he immediately dismissed me. I told him I recorded the sound so he wouldn't have to walk the unimaginable 20 steps to my car and he again said he can't help. Even if he could have helped, he made it quite clear he was not interested in providing any kind of customer service. There's nothing worse than being a single woman and feeling helpless and at someone's mercy. This is why so many people never ask for help! I drove away considering heading to the dealership to buy a new car so I wouldn't have to worry! But I'm logical, my car is paid for and it's got low miles for being almost 7 years old. But there is a light at the end of my tunnel! I usually take my car to firestone on Higley near Baseline but I've always known them to be closed on Sunday. I took a chance, drove by, garages were up, a family was outside and they were open!!!! Turns out all this girl needed was a battery. Reading through the low rated comments for this autozone location the battery seems to be the theme. A battery...it was all most people needed. Get a clue autozone! To sum it up, don't waste your time with this store. Read the reviews and you can see the bar experiences are all similar. AutoZone needs to invest in customer service training. Had the lazy kid not dismiss me immediately and showed some basic human compassion that would've gone a long way. Instead I went to my trusted Firestone store and they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Best $130 spent in a long time! read more

Unbelievably nice, helpful employees. Came in with a 2004 Honda with 230,000 miles on it. They helped with diagnostic, installing new battery, but it was more than that. He explained everything, discussed the alternator and starter and how a bad battery could cause a bad reading on those parts. Just so so nice!! read more

This review is for Kyler. Although busy with another customer he knew we were being helped by someone else but he came over and assisted us, taking care of our issues and going the extra mile when he did not need to. He took the time to educate us on what he was doing and he was very thorough with his job and technique. So happy there are still " Kylers" out there. Thanks so much!!! read more

Went into AutoZone this afternoon. Some utter douche went off on an employee about a battery. The customer even threatened to hit him. The Autozone employee handled it like a champ. Kept his cool and gave the guy the tools he needed. Impressive read more

Went to this Auto Zone hoping to get some sort of assistance only to be disrespected by the manager or whoever was working the front today. I walked in and asked if I could get my battery checked and before finishing my sentence the guy said no. He made a really lame excuse about not being able to leave the other guy alone and I said ok fine so I went to look at batteries until he eventually decided to help us. As we're out there checking the battery he mentions something about the alternator and being that I'm not well versed in cars I didn't know what he was talking about so he proceeded to pretty much tell me to, "Open a book what is this world coming to you have a car like this and don't even know anything about it!?" In the most degrading tone. Packed up his stuff and pretty much went inside. I was honestly left in shock at the level of disrespect. read more

Kunle was super helpful in providing me the results from the scanner. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Leonard was horrendously condescending and unhelpful. Every other autozone I've been to, the associates have been kind and go out of their way to assist the customer. Leonard couldn't even be bothered to assist me with the simplest task of replacing a keyfob battery. Baffling that he could be in the position of Manager. The other two associates seemed to want to help, and even seemed uncomfortable with how I was treated. I hate posting 1-star reviews, but this was just ridiculous. read more

My husband and I went to this location to purchase a new battery for my Jeep. My husband purchased the battery and when asked if they change the battery we were told no. Since the battery is inside the Jeep they will not change the battery. I understand we are in a pandemic, but seriously?! You can have us exit the vehicle and open all the doors, and disinfect the inside. Next time just use Triple A. read more

Came in today to replace my battery. It was a little busy but I didn't have to wait long. Stephan asked right away if I had been helped. We found the correct battery for my car and he informed me about the mail and rebate. Very helpful and professional. He even assisted me with switching out my battery in this horrible heat without any hesitation. Sweat dripping and all he took care of it in a jiffy! I was in and out of there in no time. Thank you for turning an inconvenience, into a simple and easy errand. read more

Ordered a part that was listed as being delivered the next day and 3 days past and I called to find out why delay. I was told the part had to be special ordered and that the person forgot to contact me to let me know. I asked to cancel the order and was told that it could not be cancelled because the part was being shipped within a week. I relied on getting the part next day as I was told and I took the car apart in preparation for getting the part. Now I have my car taken apart and sitting for a week in the driveway. Very poor service and communication and I am not happy. Now I have no car, and have to wait and order a part locally from a different supplier for more money. VERY UNRELIABLE STORE AND VERY POOR COMMUNICATION ON A DELAY THAT IF KNOWN, I COULD HAVE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE, AND MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED FOR A PART I DONT HAVE AND A REFUND IS REFUSED. read more

We came to get a rear wiper blade and they didn't have it in stock, and neither did any of the auto ones for the model car we have. But Mark was so awesome!!! He found the exact part on amazon and gave us the info, even though autozone won't be able to sell it to us. Obviously it stinks we couldn't get it here but the fact he went out of his way to find this for us on amazon was A+ customer service!!! read more

This is my top choice for replacing my car battery. I bought a battery from an Autozone in Chandler a couple years ago. I visited here in Gilbert when I began to have battery problems. I was a little perplexed because it didn't seem that my battery should be dying so soon. And I didn't have a receipt or anything to prove it. Good news! Autozone had my account in their system and a record of when I bought the battery. Yay! (Doing the happy dance.) The records said the battery had a few months before it was set to expire. Since it was still under warranty, I got a new 2-year battery for free! They installed it for me and everything. PLUS, they will discount my next battery purchase because the previous one was defective. Yelp, you heard it right! So Cool. So Awesome. What was especially sweet is that I didn't have to ask for all this. I didn't have to whine or throw a tantrum or demand to see a manager (All actions I wouldn't have taken anyway, but you know what I'm sayin...). I have to say, I think I trust Autozone. I am hesitant to say this because I was taught NOT to trust mechanics. So we'll see. But as far as batteries go, they seem to be the real deal. Like I said, this is my top choice for replacing my car battery. read more

It took a couple tries to get my engine started today. The battery was 3 years old, so I stopped by this afternoon to have it checked. Cory did a quick diagnostic check that indicated the battery needed to be replaced. I intended to bring the new one home and install it myself, but Cory said he'd replace it right away and save me the trip returning the old battery. Over a hot engine and 110 degree heat, he had it replaced in just a few minutes. Special thanks to Cory for making this a quick process! read more

Had an amazing experience this evening. My battery was dead when I woke up - finally got it jumped and drove it over. They tested the charge level of the battery and let me know I could leave and maybe be OK, but not guaranteed. Went ahead and got the new battery. What a joke this location is. There are LOADS of other places... AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TOTAL SCAM! I walked in to a very angry old man who's probably made a lot of bad decisions in life and knows absolutely nothing about vehicles, off to a bad start. Now, I basically know nothing about cars either, but I've lived long enough to know when I need a new battery... especially when I repeatedly told the angry balding guy that it was a 2020 model and I had accidentally drained the battery the previous day requiring a 'jump start'. He fumbled around, brought out some machine and told me I needed a whole new alternator. I of course didn't accept this opinion based on the advice of a disheveled balding man who works at autozone in his 60s. Take my car to the dealership, they replace the battery... brand new car, is brand new again. Glad I didn't spend thousands of dollars and hours of time replacing a brand new alternator. Terrific advice and care coming from this place! COMPLETE SCAM and watch for the old balding guy, nervous type, you'll notice him... he's a bit testy and od read more

I went in to Auto Zone today and again was well served. I needed to change out my windshield wipers and asked them to check my battery as it seemed to lag a bit. I engaged in a conversation about the best windshield wipers to get for the AZ heat. I often buy the least expensive and they dry out fast. After consulting with Isodoro, I made an informed decision and he also replaced my battery, free of charge, as it was under full warranty. I appreciate good service and getting help with my decisions about my car without someone trying to drag me to the most expensive option. Thank you, Isodoro! read more

I will never be to this or any other Auto zone because of my last experience. I have never had such a bad customer experience in my whole life. I went in to buy a battery for my car. I never asked for help but the manager went out anyways to help anyways which I thought was cool. This is where the story changes. As she was putting it in my car she full on hits my taillight, and breaks it. She never even looked back or apologized for doing this. After she connected my batter she said im done and took the cart and walked towards the door. All while not looking at me. So I stopped her and asked what she is going to do about my taillight, she said nothing and opened the door to go inside, once again I stop her, when asked who I can talk to she said no one im the manager today. When asked for GM or owner name she said I dont know and walked inside. I will never be back I wish I could give zero stars read more

So my car battery was dead for some reason and I went to this auto zone and I took in my battery and they check it and they say it was no good and with the warranty it had they did not hesitate to give me a new battery and the employee was so kind and with a A+ Attitude I don't remember his name but if I go back I will ask for his name thank you so much sir I recommend this AutoZone read more
