Haven't been to Sal's in years and so glad we stopped in! They recently remodeled and it looks great! Service was fantastic! I can't remember the girl who was our server , however she was awesome, attentive and so sweet with my kiddo! We did a 1/2 cheese and 1/2 veggie - it was delicious! Sauce was really well balanced. Sometimes veggie pizzas can be soggy but this was perfect! Cheese pizza also wasn't too oily which was great! All in all - great food, service and ambiance. It's BYOB with a corkage fee.

Another place to enjoy during my travels! A small mom and pop joint with genuinely great service and amazing food. I ordered meatballs for appetizer, a slice of meat lovers pizza, lasagna, and tiramisu for dessert. Yes I ate it all by myself! The meatballs are hearty and very moist, swimming in marinara and mozz. Truthfully I've never eaten meatballs at any restaurant this moist and flavorful. Perfection. Pizza: New York style, thin and foldable. Big slice and delicious. Lasagna: not frozen! NOT stouffers! This is one raises the bar for anyone attempting to offer lasagna. The pasta sheets were light with a delicate chew. More filling and sauce than pasta, best balance in my opinion. The serving is big enough to fill a normal person's belly. But I'm not normal and enjoy eating very much. Highly recommend this dish. Tiramisu: not frozen!!! Not store bought! This dessert topped it all off for me. You know how some tiramisu you order is like a cake? Not the case here, homemade with legit lady fingers and dark chocolate/espresso topping. My favorite part about it was that I could still taste the coffee liqueur used to soak the lady fingers in. IYKYK Don't think twice about coming here, just go. Enjoy the hole in the wall atmosphere and amazing staff. Then devour the delicious food offerings.

Struggling to understand how this place is even in business. Paid $9.99 for trash white bread with literal squares of cheese barely melted on it and labeled as "garlic cheese bread". As well as a salad that was $9.49 that was barely chopped lettuce with three fat slices of tomato and three fat slices of cucumber and a package of store bought ranch. The pizza was not fully cooked and was just decent. The delivery with fees made the whole ordeal around $75 for an absolutely trash meal. Please save yourself the trouble and get fast food, it's better I promise you.

Please tell me y'all are seeing this picture of this burnt, stale, cheap, dry bread with a piece of burger cheese slapped onto part of it...how can they sell this for almost $10! If I made this at home I'd be embarrassed with myself, so why the heck would I overpay a professional and drive to this dive to pick it up? Like this post if you agree!

Lacked taste. Wife had some noodle food which we didn't enjoy. My fried squid wasn't fried very well and didn't have much squid. The bread they gave was tasty though! People we know love the restaurant so perhaps it's just us. Went home that night and made a great noodle meal with De Cecco noodles and sea animals which wife and I ate till stuffed.

This was the email I sent: "Two friends and I had a 7:15 PM reservation at Culaccino on January 10. Our server was Lee. Things started out fine, but we found ourselves quickly being subjected to Lee's somewhat aggressive approach to service. He honestly was the least personable server I've ever experienced, and had a very condescending manner. A misunderstanding occurred on my friend's order. She was brought a dish with pork in it, which was not what she ordered. Mistakes happen, but Lee was not at ALL nice or accommodating about it, laying the blame on her, and bringing it up multiple times during our meal, with a snarky and resentful undertone. After we paid, he walked up, dropped our checks, and walked away without a word. It was the first time in my life I've ever been tempted to leave zero tip. My conscience for some reason would not allow me to follow through on this, but it was as undeserved as any gratuity I've ever left. We wanted dessert, but we ended up going elsewhere due to how we'd been treated. We also had no clue we would be charged $6 a person for water! Perhaps something that could be mentioned during the ordering process. I've honestly never had a more disappointing dining experience. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant and had hoped to come back for a date night, but our experience left such a bad impression, I can't imagine spending additional money here. I'm not sure if other diners have had this experience with Lee, but we certainly did not feel welcome or valued as customers and felt it was important to make you aware." The food was fine, but most dishes needed salt- so basic. The lack of response from management, however, really says everything one needs to know about Culaccino. I'd truly recommend spending your dining dollars elsewhere.

We went early and snagged seats at the bar to kick things off with cocktails, which turned out to be a great move. The bar staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel welcoming right away. I started with an Old Fashioned made with Sazerac Rye--excellent. Smooth, well-balanced. In the summer months, the outdoor seating is a great option too. Once seated at our table, we dove into appetizers. There were four of us, so sharing was the name of the game. The White Truffle Garlic Bread was a standout--warm, aromatic, and downright addictive. We also ordered the Italian Meatballs (two per order), so naturally we got two orders. Big flavor, perfectly cooked, and definitely worth it. Add in the Wild Shrimp Scampi and the Calamari--both cooked just right--and we were off to a strong start. For my entrée, I went with the Ricotta Cavatelli. It was rich and comforting with just a subtle hint of lemon. I usually lean toward spicy dishes, so this was a departure for me, but as a crab lover, I really enjoyed it. That said, if you're looking for heat, this isn't the dish for you. We also had the Sunday Night Lasagna...on a Wednesday. Rules are meant to be broken. It was hearty, flavorful, and absolutely delivered. Dessert was a must--and North Italia did not disappoint. The Tiramisu is non-negotiable. The Salted Caramel Budino was so good. The Hazelnut Torta? Fantastic. And the Salted Caramel Gelato--just get it. Trust me. Last but definitely not least, our server Matt was amazing. Great personality, attentive without hovering, and really added to an already excellent experience. North Italia delivers great food, a fun atmosphere, and top-notch service. A place I'd happily return to again and again.

Our server was great but the management really needs to get servers better aprons. I looked around and most servers had holes in their waist aprons and they were really dirty. Also one of the dishes was so hot, the server was covering her hand with her sleeve to place the dish on the table?! It was odd that her sleeve was inside our dish bowl - very odd. The food itself - was okay. We had the Shrimp Scampi and Beef Carpaccio which was good. Arugula and Avocado salad was nice. We had the Ricotta Cavatelli dish with shrimp and crab, it was tasty. Drink wise, had the Neapolitan. Love dirty martinis and thought it would be similar - nope, it was okay. All in all, it was a decent meal but for the price it was just okay. Wife says the lavender lemon drop was a hard pass, but ordering instead a standard lemon drop, she loved it. It was especially nice that it came with a sidecar on ice to refill her glass with cold lemony goodness. Wife also didn't particularly care for the chicken marsala, commenting that the sauce was thin and lacking flavor. It is worth noting though that if you want the marsala and are ordering before 6pm, the happy hour priced version is one breast instead of two, and still a generous dinner sized portion. I was excited to try the new hot chicken pizza, and was disappointed. The heat level was good, not knock your socks off hot, but a decent bit of heat. Unfortunately the chicken was dry; the chunks of breast meat overcook on the pizza, it would be much better if they'd use thighs or even chop up one of the fried tenders they put on the hot alfredo. The crust, very thin, was crunchy on the outside, but raw underneath. Despite these disappointments, Amerigo remains on our after work short list, it's a warm, friendly and pleasant space, though we're much more likely to stick with the bolognese and spaghetti on our next visit.

I was hesitant to order, by the name of it. I thought it may be too spicy, but it's not spicy at all. It has the best flavor, and I have to admit I order the salad sometimes just because I have such a craving for that yummy dressing. I've never had anything like it, anywhere else. The grilled cheese sandwich is different too. It's served on Challah bread with garlic butter. It has bacon, roasted tomatoes, sharp cheddar cheese, and avocado.
