First time visiting this location and it exceeded our expectations. We are usually frequent…read morevisitors to the west location on Wednesday evenings for half off pizzas. While that location has its benefits, it's super far from our house with traffic. Decided to check out the south location and we are so glad that we did! It wasn't overly crowded, got there around 5 and had plenty of seating available without still being "empty." We usually preorder our pizzas/call ahead just with the amount of kids that usually are eating with us but didn't do that this time. We ordered 3 pizzas, hot honey, pepperoni and sausage, and just cheese. Also, ordered a house salad with grilled chicken. We could barely set up the table before the salad and pizza came out!!! It was amazing. So fast and fresh. Their pizza is some of the best in town!!! So flavorful and filling. After eating because of the location we were able to walk around the shops and play on the playground that they have at the outlets! It was a great experience. This will be our new go to location!

I immediately called the store and the manager on duty was extremely unpleasant, refused to refund me, and adamantly denied that there was anything wrong with my food. If they wanted to apologize and send me another I could have worked with that. Because I do love this place. But the poor customer service put a sour taste in my mouth....not to mention the ROACH I found in my food. Beware. They might be good, but your food also might come with bugs and they'll do nothing for you.

What I ordered was a sausage thin crust pizza. Well, you can see in the photo that I received a Sausage-less burnt cheese pizza. The only thing I liked about it was that it was cut in little squares and it was thin crust. Needless to say, I'm not giving this to my neighbor. I won't be ordering from here anytime soon. The good thing I can say about this delivery was that the delivery time was correct and the grubhub driver was very nice.

What a nightmare. Looking at it made me gag -- it was swimming in a pool of multicolored goo, and the cheese on top looked cheap and wasn't even melted. I waited until 8:20 and called. I was on hold for over 30 minutes so I started driving to the location. On the way there, the system dropped the call. I called back and someone finally answered. All they said was, "Hello." I had to confirm it was Marco's. They said, yes and asked why I was calling. I said that I wanted to know why tracking shows my pizza in the oven for over an hour with no further progress. The response...,"Weren't you supposed to pick this up?" "No. It was clearly a delivery order." "Well, you are going to have to come get it." I couldn't believe he had the audacity to say that!! He went on to say their system with Door Dash was not working and they had no drivers at that location. There should be updates for the customers!! They should not be left in limbo!! They only offered a refund. However, I did not see the refund on my account. I continued on to the location to make sure I got my refund. I was told it would be 3-5 business days. I said that is unacceptable and I want it now. They refused. The system conveniently charges immediately but can't refund immediately??!! The manager was not on duty. They would not let me speak to the manager and the manager made no effort to talk to me when a staff member called them. The staff had zero empathy or concern. They would not look me in the eye. They only kept making pizzas and tried to brush me off and make me go away. This was one of the worst customer care experiences I can remember in a long time. Absolutely horrible!!! I can accept problems. No one is perfect, but someone has to own them and makes a conscientious effort to show care and concern and improve the situation and resolve the issue. There was zero!
