This is super unfortunate. I usually love this place. I ordered pizza tonight and found a charred roach on my pizza while I was eating it. I immediately called the store and the manager on duty was extremely unpleasant, refused to refund me, and adamantly denied that there was anything wrong with my food. If they wanted to apologize and send me another I could have worked with that. Because I do love this place. But the poor customer service put a sour taste in my mouth....not to mention the ROACH I found in my food. Beware. They might be good, but your food also might come with bugs and they'll do nothing for you. read more

I was ordering a pizza for my next-door neighbor, who mowed my yard for me. I was thumbing through Yelp and found this place. I've never ordered from here, so I thought what the heck. What I ordered was a sausage thin crust pizza. Well, you can see in the photo that I received a Sausage-less burnt cheese pizza. The only thing I liked about it was that it was cut in little squares and it was thin crust. Needless to say, I'm not giving this to my neighbor. I won't be ordering from here anytime soon. The good thing I can say about this delivery was that the delivery time was correct and the grubhub driver was very nice. read more

In Nashville for my wife's 60th birthday. Ordered on our last night in town. Had the cheesy breadsticks and meat lovers pizza. Pizza arrived nice and hot and in the timeframe they stated. Pizza had good flavor and good amount of toppings. The dipping (pizza) sauce for the breadsticks was really good. Would definitely recommend them. We ordered online and got a 10% discount and they only charged $3.99 for delivery. Much better than most delivery apps read more

OMG!!!! Best Pizza I've ever had! Honestly, I travel all the time and as of now we're working on a project in Nashville and decided on In & Go pizza. So good we decided to call them and thank them for such an awesome product. The garlic Parmesan wings were absolutely perfect as well. We had a XXLarge sausage Pepperoni, onion and Jalapeño with extra sauce. read more

We loved this place as the recipe was delicious and flavorful. I recently ordered the same thing as before (large veggie, looked so colorful packed with veggies ) only to find out it has green and black olives, onions and some scattered bell peppers (not on every slice) . Hubs told me the owner changed and I can totally tell by the colorless pizza I received. Was my go to but considering else where. read more

The pizza is delicious and fresh. They take pride in their work and show you the pizza before you take it home.

The service was not great. When there are two people in the place I expect to be acknowledged. The one person in the back was the only staff I saw. The pizza was ok but not my fav. The front of house was more of a waiting area than a dine in restaurant. Try it but don't be confused by the name it is not an old pizza parlor by any means. read more

This is my absolute favorite pizza. I always get Alfredo sauce, chicken, mushrooms, peppers and onions. THEY NEVER MISS!!!! It's amazing read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. This places customer service is horrible. Sent a pizza with no sauce and was undercooked. The owner is rude and doesn't stand behind the product. Don't order from here. They won't replace a pizza they messed up on and certainly won't try and make it right. read more

My husband decided he wanted "a snack" at 11:30 at night. That's quarantine, baby! So I hopped on DoorDash to see who was still delivering, but everyone was closing in 30 minutes and I didn't want to be THAT person. I kept clicking to see if anyone was open later and Pizza In & Go caught my eye, delivering until 12:30am! I'm definitely more okay ordering an hour before closing than 30 minutes. Wary of late night delivery places after an exceptionally mediocre experience with Till Five, but not wanting to waste too much time, I hastily piled on some toppings and hoped for the best. I was half-expecting to get a phone call from DoorDash that the restaurant was actually closed, as had happened to me in the past, but no, there was my contactless pizza, left at my door, right on time. Armed with paper towels and prepared for the worst, I crept open the box and peeked inside. And there it was -- pizza! Perfectly browned and gooey cheese, crispy-edged pepperoni, not skimped on toppings pizza! I still can't believe it! The texture was pretty perfect and it really tasted like someone put care into making it, even though we ordered an hour before closing. (Sorry!) Very reasonably priced compared to other pizza places in the area and a welcome addition to our delivery rotation. read more

Great food and great service. Cheese sticks were Devine and it was evident that the owner, who checked on us during our visit, cared about quality, taste and Value. Highly recommend to anyone who likes a great pizza! read more

This was our first time at Pizza in and go, but it won't be our last. Amazing pizza and amazing service. We were greeted when we walked in, and made to feel welcome. I will come from egypt just to eat the pizza again ,perfect the best pizza I have eaten in my life

We ordered the Calzone with pepperoni and the garlic bread. The calzone was edible, all we could taste was the cheese, pepperoni was almost nonexistent. The garlic bread at OG is far better than here. We will try the pizza next time, but not the calzone or the garlic bread. read more

Quick and great pizza! The service has always been amazing as well! Always my go to local pizza joint

First time to try via Grubhub.Order took 2 hours. The driver texted me when he arrived and they had not even started my order an hour after being placed. In addition the food was marginal at best. Dont think I will try again read more

The pizza was okay , but unfortunately the delivery time was totally off. I ordered from an App , it was marked as delivered but was not delivered on time . I contacted and was told I would receive my pizza in a few minutes . The pizza was not delivered until 30 minutes later, without explanation or anything to rectify the issue. Very unprofessional! read more

I had a delivery order, primarily out of their mileage zone... but it was worth it to pay for.. they have custom pizza which is great for me because I order mine with white sauce, not a lot of places have it or just taste bad.. but this place was AMAZING. Just wanted to update my review. We've now ordered take out pizza from Pizza In and Go about four or five times (this last time I got some buffalo wings as well) and while I love both Slim and Husky's and Starwood, Pizza In And Go is quickly becoming my favorite for pizza in the area. Everything is always fresh, the restaurant is always clean, the family that runs it is very friendly and most importantly the food is consistently great. So psyched that we have so many great family run restaurants in the area and Pizza In and Go is among the best. read more

Hot and fresh, first time to be timely delivered by Grubhub. Very good and will order again.

Not black owned first lie! Food is decent but service has been lacking. Went there three times and it got worse. I definitely wouldn't be back. Called in my order waited 30 minutes pulled up and had to wait for 30 more minutes. All while customers were getting their food. I finally canceled my order after the service was ridiculously late with my order. read more

Food is amazing!! I've had the cal-zone and the Stromboli. The first time I had the cal-zone and it was perfect! The dough is tender, fresh and just the right amount of seasoning. I took my son and we both had stromboli. He said I'd love it so tried it. After the first bite my son was very happy already talking about he would have to bring his wife and son. Mine, of course, was as great as before. Went back later that night and got another stromboli for supper that night. To me they are huge but leftovers are perfect the next day just wrapping in foil and bake at 350 degrees until warm. You can not go wrong here. Someone was eating pizza and it looked good too!! read more
