I asked for a veggie four square with pepperoni and sesame crust...I got a greasy crust with a few pieces of pepperoni (see pictures) I also ordered a greek salad and got no dressing and I asked if it were in the bag and they assured me it was...duhhhh It said under new management, pfft The automated system got the order right, the printed receipt got it right but the workers either can't read or just did not give a crap what they put out. I'll preface this by saying I hadn't had Jet's Pizza in almost a decade before my most recent experience. I called and ordered a supreme, half with no onions. What I received was half sausage, green peppers and banana peppers, half cheese. The guy was very friendly and helpful when I initially picked it up and they were more than willing to make it right when I called back. It was my mistake. I didn't know that they have a pizza called the Eugene Supreme which was the half with sausage, green peppers and banana peppers. However, for the second order I was very specific in stating I wanted a pizza with all the meats and all the veggies, half with no onions. The lady on the phone said, "Oh, you want a Super Special." Ok, if you say so. The second order was pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, green peppers and onions on half. Since there was no sausage, I knew that wasn't "all the meats" as I had specified, but I wasn't going back for another remake. Later I looked up on the website and found they have the Jet 10. I usually LOVE this jets and have experienced great service in the past, but this visit was something else. Upon walking into the store, immediately I could hear yelling/arguing coming from the staff. I get everyone has hard days, but while I was waiting for my pizza I was genuinely uncomfortable by the amount of yelling going back and forth that I almost felt unsafe. I also noticed NONE of the employees were wearing hair nets which.... is a little concerning coming from food service. However, the pizza was DELISH, they never fail at making a good pizza, and when the employees did address me they were polite. I just wish the environment they work in and how they treat each other didn't seem so hostile. :( read more

When I arrived to pick up my order, the cashier was in training - her trainer was instructing her with his mask on his chin, breathing all over her and anything the at or near the register. During my visit, the manager came out and wore NO mad, NO gloves. He began prepping orders, retrieving drinks from the dispenser and coaching his employees face-to-face, at one point even leaning in over one of their shoulders. Anyways, I see a lot of negative reviews here and figured I'd chime in because I've never had a problem at this location! I just went the other day to pick up my online order and everything was perfect. After reading the reviews here I was going to double check that they included the sauce I paid for, but I saw the lady grab it. When I got home and opened the box, there was already a sauce in there so I actually got double. NEVER GO HERE! Absolutely awful location. I used to get Jet's all the time growing up in Michigan and living off West End, this was by far the worst one I've ever had. It was burnt all over, had ZERO flavor, and had some cheese thrown on top. When I called in manager Mathew told me too bad that's how they make the pizza over there and hung up. If I could go lower than one star I would. I ordered Jets pizza online on March 14th for delivery. It didn't tell me till after the order that it would take an hour and half to get it. As if that wasn't long enough it too TWO HOURS!! I ate something at my house before I even got the pizza. They contacted me on the 20th saying they would give me a credit, which I thought was a good way to resolve my issue. I was hesitant to order again because of how long it took, but on April 30th, I figured I have a free credit might as well use it. I called only to find out that they didn't have my credit and they keep telling me I just have called the wrong store or number. I told them it was this store and the right number because I still had the voicemails saved. Will, the manager, kept saying it was wrong instead of just telling me to bring in the voicemail. So I told them I would just go somewhere else. If you want pizza that doesn't take 2 hours, and a store that actually honors their credits. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Do not order from them. They use an ordering company called Slice and they both take your money. I ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago. Got an email saying my order was canceled b/c a food item was out of stock. I didn't receive a phone call or anything asking for a replacement option. I was charged $28 for 1 pizza and an order of wings I never received. Called both Jets and Slice, Slice said my funds were released but I never received my refund. We ordered several pizza's and cheese bread items on 2/27/2018 at 5 pm. At 7 pm we called the store to find out what happened to our order. At that time, we were told the order had been cancelled because we were outside their delivery zone. We live one mile from the store and have had pizza's delivered from them five times in the past. It would have been nice if they had called us to let us know that their delivery zone had changed and that they were cancelling our order. Will not order from them again! read more
