Tonight my neighbor, who is in a wheelchair and orders from Fox's on a very regular basis (They absolutely know to go to the back door to deliver his order!!!!!!) had his pizza LEFT at his front door for over 25 minutes before calling me to see if his pizzas had been left at his front door as the store had closed at 11 pm and he called me at 11:25 pm. Nobody even knocked to let him know they left the pizzas... No notification whatsoever! I took him his pizzas and they were no longer hot and his napkins and plates were just sitting on top of the pizza boxes! I mean this is absolutely ridiculous! He is a Vet! I think as much as he orders from this establishment (3-4 times a week SERIOUSLY) THEY NEED TO GIVE HIM FREE PIZZA FOR A YEAR!!!!!!!! read more

This is the Mehhh of Hendersonville pizza. How is this place still open? The wings are terrible. The pizza is barely average. Just barely. Any of the the chain pizza joints are better. Pick one it's better and the same price. When you eat a pizza and think to yourself papa johns or domino's would be better, then you know the pizza you have isn't that great. Quality ingredients from quality people. Fox's Pizza Den in Hendersonville is so tasty! Sauce is key and Fox's knows how to make a mean sauce. Don't forget if you have a smart card for sumner county you can get a great discount! Perfect for football season! We just got a Big Daddy for only $19! The delivery people have always arrived in a timely matter and been very courteous and friendly. My only criticism would be the young men and women they employ in the restaurant to run the cash register and take phone orders need to be better trained on customer service. To start off, we are frequent patrons of Fox's. Almost weekly as it's my wife's favorite pizza. One of our son's worked for Fox's. One of the brothers who owns the Hendersonville location I had tried to get as a paid coach for a local high school sports team. Well, I ordered a pizza last night from Fox's and did it online. I have a 100% certainty I ordered it correctly. I verified it before submitting the order as I always do. In fairness I did not verify the email receipt that the order was correct. The Pizza arrived and it was not what I selected when I ordered it. I called the store and the manager/owner (same guy I had tried to get the coaching job for) argued that it was MY mistake. He brought up a past incident where a pizza was mis-ordered as proof that it was my error. The best he could do was give me a discount on the pizza to correct the situation. No offer to even deliver it for free. Never-mind that what was delivered nobody was going to eat. What ever happened to customers first? I have vowed to never order food again from Fox's and I will deter friends and family from patronizing the establishment. Customer service is dead at Fox's in Hendersonville. read more

I took the 200 mile drive from Knoxville to Hendersonville today to meet a friend and new TN resident for a party size 30 inch pizza for 12-15 people but today it was a party of 2 and we were hell bent on finishing this pie. It can be ordered as a pizza for many but when its ordered for 2 its called "The BIG ONE challenge" which consists of one 30 inch 12 pound pizza with your choice of 2 meat toppings or 4 veggie toppings if 2 can complete the pizza in under an hour you get the cost of the pizza refunded and a crisp Benjamin!! ($100) with the pizza you are supplied a 2 liter of your choice and the timer is set.....we chose half meat pepperoni and sausage and half veg onion, green pepper, olive and tomato, diet coke for the 2 liter and 2 pitchers of water to keep us hydrated. We did finish the pizza under an hour and were the first to do so im several dozen attempts! The staff was super friendly, the pizza was delicious and I would go back for more but I have a feeling they wouldn't like that. Lol. If ever in Henersonville stop in. They serve a full menu of pasta, salads, sandwhiches and desserts. read more

I just moved to Hendersonville, TN and was looking for a local pizza place to try. After reading the great reviews for Fox's , I decided to give them a try . So, on 5/31/19 I placed an Online order for an Extra-Large 2 Topping Pizza . All pepperoni ,half Sausage and Half Ground Beef, Light Sauce & Extra Cheese. I requested it to be deliver at 5:30p.m.. The Delivery person was very nice( I wish I remembered her name) , however that's more than I can say for the pizza. It was cold and hard as a brick. Immediately after taking a couple bites, I placed a call to the store and had to talk to two different people before lodging a complaint. The General Manager offered to send me out a replacement or give me a store credit. I refused both, after all why would I want to take another chance of getting the same type of sub par pizza. Although I didn't fully commit to the "everything from scratch" option, instead I bought some premade dough from the store but with no luck:/ so I visited the fox den:) the staff was so helpful, told me the exact instructions on how to make my pizza shine! So I ordered two simple pizzas. A Big Daddy and a large pepperoni. They told me the Big Daddy was $18.99 and the large, $8.99. I had a $5 off coupon on the Big Daddy. The guy on the phone totaled my bill at $30+. I asked him if he applied the coupon and he said yes. If you do the math on those numbers and add the tax, it should be somewhere around $25. I just tried this place because they are one of the few places that deliver in the area. Convenience and timeliness aside, the food just isn't that great. I'd say that the garlic parmesan wings were tasty. They arrived hot and while they weren't all that big, I can't really slag them too much. Unfortunately, the pizza (Their namesake) is a completely different story. It's rare that I would say that I would choose Dominos over any place, but I would in this case. The pie was doughy, no color on the crust, and the toppings were obviously not fresh. If you're too drunk to drive to NY Pie and don't care what you're eating, this place will work in a pinch... Stumbled upon this place while learning the area. I ordered a meat Stromboli, cheese bread and antipasto salad, all where great but the stromboli became an instant favorite (blows away Painturos).
