September 8, 1:50pm We met 2 other couples(who recommended this place) for a late lunch and I was excited to try a different pizza place. We like planning on meeting before or after any lunch rush. We go inside and there's one person at the counter talking to an employee and a few people were leaving. That left the 6 of us as their only dine in customers. I skimmed over the menu and picked the personal super supreme. All but one of us ordered personal pizzas, and the only different type was a large 2 topping. A few of us ordered super supremes but one was supposed to be on a thin crispy crust(trying to watch carbs). After waiting about 20 mins, the waitress cones out with one and already seems confused but sat the pizza in front of a guy in our party. He is being polite, as he's the only one with food in front of him. About 5 mins later, another exact same kind came out(mine). So now there's 4 ppl still waiting. No biggie. Right? Anyways, the 2 couples who recommended the place said that has never happened before. It was about 15 mins from the first pizza to come out to the last large 2 topping. I was going to wait until everyone got their pizza too, but they all told me to go ahead. And you don't have to tell me twice! I included a pic of my personal pizza and it fed me twice. They put a ton of toppings on it and it only costs $14. I took half of it home. We didn't make a big deal about the pizzas coming out one at a time. We just figured that maybe they only had one oven on. None of us were in any type of hurry. My husband never got his thin crispy crust and one of the pizzas was supposed to leave off the pineapple(which I didn't realize, came on the super supremes, and is delicious!) I just felt that there was a lot of miscommunications happening and glad there wasn't other tables to add to the confusion. I had to try those funnel cake fries. They didn't disappoint either. Might've been a little too greasy, but brought back some childhood memories of the fair. I like them in stick form too. They were easy finger food to share. 3 stars, should be 4 though. That $14 personal 10 inch super supreme is a good value when you're stuffed halfway through and take the rest home for later. Our server was nice enough but there was too much confusion with who gets what. I'm retired from F&B and it would be easy to have a numbering system when taking orders so that the waitstaff doesn't have to start auctioning food. They should come out of the kitchen and know exactly where to put the food. It's a small restaurant and if you need help teaching your staff a numbering system, I'd be happy to help. It will cost you a pizza though. Just contact me and I can give you a quick run down. I don't offer my services free to anyone, but I don't like complaining unless I have a solution. read more

Great pizza. Got detoured off I24 in PleasantView due to accident and happened across Firecracker. Had the supreme thin crust along with the fried Zucchini. Pizza was tasty and zucchini tasted fresh. Service was good. Not a fancy place, but Would definitely recommend. read more

We are new to the area and my husband wanted pizza. He likes to go with what he knows so wanted to get dominos. I don't like dominos and also like to try new places. we got dominos the first time we ordered pizza and then I told him I wanted to try this place next. He was so happy we did! He loves the cracker crust. He does a cracker crust with pepperoni. I like a thicker crust so do their hand tossed. I don't have a set kind I like so I've tried a few different toppings. The meatballs were good the first time but the second time they had a pretty hard crunchy outer layer. Idk if they fried these things or what but after that I swapped my order. The next time we ordered I asked for sausage, peppers, onions and pineapple (I know I know. I love it tho!) I didn't think to check the pizzas before I left. I got home and instead of pineapple there were mushrooms. Normally I don't care if I get the wrong order. I'm not picky and eat almost anything but I was super looking forward to the pineapple and more importantly I'm allergic to mushrooms so I called and told them and they said to come back and they'd have the right one ready. They did and were super apologetic. I had brought the original wrong one back with me. They asked if anyone at the house would eat it. It's just me and my husband and he hates most vegetables so that was a no. I will say the cracker crust, based on my husband's pizza, is inconsistent. Some times it has been perfect and others it's pretty burnt. I imagine with it being so thin it's hard to keep it from burning. I'm sure it bakes quickly. Service is always fast and friendly. One other negative is there was one time I called to order pizza. I called twice. No one answered. I assumed they were busy and just couldn't get to the phone. We live close enough that I could be there in a little over 10 min so decided to just order there. When I got there there was a note on the door saying they closed early because it was supposed to storm later that night. I wish they had posted it somewhere online so I didn't waste the trip. This place is pretty good! It's a locally owned business and I like that. We got a cheese pizza with the cracker crust. We also got a super supreme w/ same crust and the fried zucchini app! That's really good! Their ranch is pretty darn good too. The last pizza we got was mushroom / black olives / tomatoes and pepperoni. I will say the mushrooms are canned mushrooms. They should switch to fresh mushrooms. And the guy that took our order did not have have very good customer service manners. But he was young. We asked him if we could do a buffalo chicken pizza and he said not tonight. SMH- The wait for 3 pizzas and an app they said was 1hr and 40 mins on a Wednesday! So def order way ahead. We picked it up and I took pics of the inside. Cool vibes. They do have a cool little bar and beer and the bathrooms were clean. Lots of TVs too for watching sports. We got 2 mediums and a large and a zucchini app for 66$ so, not bad but not great - we will def go here again though! read more

I'm going to say it didn't disappoint you, the food is great, fresh and tasty. The service is great as well, the staff very nice and accommodating. We ordered take out for a hand tossed large half & half pizza. What we got a more of a medium cracker crust (that was burnt) pizza. The guy on the phone even repeated back the correct order. For $17 isn't it. Luckily we're hungry after traveling all day so we'll still ate it but we pass through here a lot and won't order from here again. read more

Came here because of all the good reviews, what a mistake and a waste of money. I got a pepperoni pizza on the firecracker crust and even though I was the only person in the place at the time my pizza was cold. As far as the taste of the food the sauce tastes like it's made from dish soap and the pizza overall is no better than something you can get at a mall food court. The server was friendly and seemed to be the only employee working at the time. I think they are going for a let's hangout in my undecorated basement theme the vibe in there is as bad as the food. Great pizza option for Pleasant View! Always hot and fresh. Wings are great as well. The eat in option always offered great service.

The workers were polite and inviting. The restaurant was small and clean enough. The afternoon sun was beating in the windows. We were fighting off flies. Not tons but enough to keep us annoyed. They had live music, loud tv with ufc fights going on and lots of people. It was loud and the more people who came, the hotter it got. That being said, the food was good. (Pleasant view location) My husband and I were happy with the food we ordered. A bit pricey but what isn't nowadays I guess. However, we probably won't be dining in again and will stick with to-go or something. It's very much a "you ain't from around here" vibe and get stared at by a bunch of guys who are clearly the regulars. What a friendly place! We sat down, ordered a pizza and a calzone, and were completely enchanted with this cute little restaurant! The food was great! (Get the calzone!!) Love firecrackers!.... Not the pleasant view location. I ordered a personal pan pizza and my wife ordered wings . The server we had from the start she was really young and had a really bad attitude and very short with me and my wife, She didnt communicate or check on us , firecrackers wife checked on us. The server only asked us one time after I was finished eating my entire pizza , she said " has anyone checked on your wings"..at this point she did come back with my wife's wings and said " a huge order on wings was placed before yours , that's why it took so long. My wife has 6+ years of service industry and understands that happens. But just communication about why it's delayed would have been nice instead of her walking past us several times. not bashing firecracker himself or his wife at all but the last few times me and my wife came here, the servers have been terrible service. Taking extremely long on checking in and bringing out food. We much rather drive to joelton to get great service and food. We understand she's new and young but being part of the hospitality industry don't be annoyed that customers ask for things, ( drinks, ranch, forks... etc) in conclusion we love firecrackers and him as a person and his wife!
