    CRAB RANGOON!!!!!!
    Anna K.

I don't normally go to "fusion" place but this spot you can trust and to go! The cute bartender with nice nails was so sweet and she makes perfect cocktails! :) Friday night around 9:30 pm, We sat at the counter bar and the place is lively and fun! There are variety of food and I wish I could try more of them. Their deep fried dumplings are so good! I recommend crab Rangoon was so creamy and tasty!! Will find more flavor next time xxx

Great happy hour with $10 daiquiris and appetizers. I ordered the oxtail short rib dumplings and they have great flavor. They also had a little spice in them which k really appreciated.

Our waitress's name was Hannah, and she is the best. She gave us amazing service and clearly explained all of the food options. Everything our group ordered was flavorful and delicious. All of the food was fresh. When each dish arrived at the table, it was piping hot. The drinks were strong in the best way possible. Inside the restaurant, it was lively and fun. The music was great, but it was low enough to have a conversation. I will be back for sure to try more menu items and for brunch.

I really enjoyed this place with my friends. We got free shots just for being there lol the DJ is AMAZING! Was jamming along the whole time. The food was really good too. I had the BLT and I added avocado and a fried egg, absolutely complaints, I finished the whole sandwich. This is my second time coming here and I will return again. Our server was great and attentive.

Cons: They were out of multiple brunch cocktails which was disappointing. And we had to hunt down our waitress for the check even though the place wasn't busy. Pros: food was very good, staff was friendly and had lots of recommendations

Sally's is always a pleasant experience. The people here are wholesome and friendly. This place is full of culture and packed with flavor. Service is friendly and attentive, which adds to the overall experience. I did run into a hiccup with reservations. we booked for 11:00 only to find out they don't open until closer to 11:30 or noon. A bit confusing, but the manager handled it nicely and let us sit a few minutes early after we waited nearby in the neighborhood. But we were super hungry after traveling such a long way. Small mix up, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I'd still go back for the food alone.

Great food. Great service. Amazing music. Good vibes. Everything I had was delicious. The drink "girls dem sugar" will have you seeing double so take it easy . Soo delicious. The jerk chicken ramen will clear your sinuses in the best way possible! Overall great spot . This is my second time back in one week.

There were so many things I loved about this spot! First, the server. Californian bartender who was super social & personable. Speedily took our orders & served drinks despite food taking a while to come out. Introduced us to other regulars without being pushy. Made me want to stay and order more drinks, which I did! After the second Girls dem Sugar I should've wrapped it up, but another & shots came my way so this review can be biased. Thank everyone that I ordered tostones (which were perfect with the lime sauce), lamb wontons (which were in a spicy sauce) & guac. The tostones and lamb were really filling so I couldnt eat more but I really got the Carib-Asian vibe. The only thing that couldve been better was the space. Cute/bright look but it it needs a little tlc. Great place to go solo & talk with others.

    JERK CHICKEN RAMEN TOSTONES

when i came here we both ate the jerk chicken ramen. it was delicious 10/10 the broth was rich flavorful, the chicken was nice, tender had a good jerk flavor. the tostones are nice they were crunchy on the outside soft in the inside, i personally really enjoyed the sauce it came with; my boyfriend didnt. the unlimited mimosas are amazing they had many different flavors! the ambiance is stunning they have really good music playing the place itself is gorgeous very pretty, aesthetic for photos. if i can give this place a 4.5 instead of a 4 i would. the reason why a 4.5 instead of a 5 because the service was super accommodating we sat outside then got too hot moved inside then the table we were sat at was broken? like it wasnt stable so we asked to move again and they did which i really appreciated but when we sat outside they forgot about us no one came for a good couple of minutes i will say though we took a while to order because the menu is very diverse i wanted to try everything lol but once someone came she said brunch is over and we can place our food at 5 and walked away which meant we had to wait even more we didnt want brunch we wanted the ramen also we ordered a drink called casa amor but they gave us a piña colada instead i brought it up to another bartender and she said the other person was new the ingredients ran out and if i would like something else which was nice and one of the waiters let us know that our limited mimosas time was about to end asked us if we like to get one last pitcher which i really appreciated

I'm came I saw and I'm not going back!Loveded it yes but lord too much salt on the pork belly! The service is great The bartender puts way too much ice in your drink. By the time you take 3 sips the drink is done . I had to order 3 drinks to get a lite buzz oh and I took a shot with the waiter. Smh! I complained so the shot was a freebie. I should've stuck with the appetizers and had no dinner Stuppppsss! I'm vexed about that. Well let me know what you think . It's a neighborhood favorite it seems. Bye

Brooklyn Summers! Came to Sally's as a friend hosted a Birthday there. It's a cute venue ik the neighborhood and I believe it's free to host an event there. We were in a section inside and some tables . There were tables outside as well. My intention was to come and get drinks and bites. However service was not the best and left a lot to be desired. We were initially sitting at the bar in front of the bartender who took a bit to acknowledge us. Then I was told by other guests that there were signature drinks the Birthday girl had. So when I finally could ordered one , the watermelon spritz. It was refreshing but wasn't my favorite.. we were then told we had to clear the front of the bar area and go to the corner so that other patrons could order and sit. I kid you not, we took up majority of the restuarant. It was weird to do. We moved and then the bartender never came our way to get more drinks for over 30 minutes. So we knew ordering food was not happening. I would give it another try maybe . I have heard its a cool place and yesterdays service wasnt the normal, the staff just wasn't a vibe.

Have never been for…read moredinner so can only speak for the lunch vibe, but I have found the service to be great and the lighting is nice because there are floor to ceiling windows. The menu is pretty diverse with various appetizers, sushi, and also ramen/curry so your standard izakaya fare. One of my favorite dishes here has been the chirashi. The fish was very fresh and it's pretty affordable. I've only ever been here in groups of two and I probably would recommend it for smaller groups because the space itself is small and most of the tables are two-seaters if I recall correctly.

It's been open for a few years, so clearly it has a good enough formula to keep the neighborhood happy. I have been here once before, but returned last week after dining several meals at Tomoni in Jackson Heights. Apparently, the owners are friends. Nonetheless, I needed to make the comparison. After my first few bites of their Tora Don and Chirashi Don, it was clear that this restaurant has the better quality seafood. Each slice of sashimi had vibrant colors, clean taste, and the proper texture. Tomoni is not bad, but fall slightly short of this caliber. With that said, there is an even farther gap between their rice quality. Though Tora is very good, Tomoni produces nearly perfect texture and acidity for my taste buds. Other than the best omakase restaurants in NYC, Tomoni shines as one of the best versions of sushi rice in the five boroughs. Service is good and space is cute. If I have a craving for some decent Japanese food, I would drive 20 minutes here for a meal anytime.
