    Catering order Assorted half sammys

Top notch fresh food. Owner personally delivered our catering order on location. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to get some lunch. They weren't busy so we went right up to the counter. Being newbies, we needed a little extra time and the young man was very friendly and knowledgeable. I opted for the sandwich soup combo. Their BLT avocado sandwich was good. The only thing that could have made it better was if it was toasted. I chose the New England clam chowder. I liked it very much. It was very flavorful. Hubby enjoyed his salad and clam chowder as well. Their mandarin cardamon tea was delicious!! I enjoyed this place very much. I loved the quickness as well!

    Tiny salad

Ooof. Where to begin? This place is basically on par with hospital food. It's like Subway, but for salads. It's all low quality. The "grilled chicken"? If it doesn't come packed in plastic tubs, I'll buy some ocean-front property in Arizona. The apples were squishy. Not in a "oh, is this supposed to be applesauce" sort of squishy, but in a "this is at least a week old and possibly already chewed upon" sort of way. They were out of two of the dressings. There are signs up which offer allergy-free alternatives, but when you inquire, it takes four employees to think to ask the manager, because nobody knows the answer. The size of the salads is on par with a side salad, not an entree. With that in mind, the pricing might align more around $6 or $7, but $12 for a tiny, gross salad? Absurd. Perhaps most telling was my exit: the (I assume) owner asked me as I was carrying my trash from the table, "how was everything?". I shrugged, frowned, and said, "Meh." He nodded, turned, and walked away. This place is just another example of Williamsburg restaurants that capitalize on tourists, knowing that they don't need high quality when visitors aren't likely to return. As a resident, I can tell you that we won't be returning. Perhaps most telling is the fact that after spending $30 on sad salads, my wife and I went to the Cheese Shop to grab something else to eat, because our "lunch" left us still hungry.

    Avocado cobb, with a roll!

Good salad spot in Williamsburg. They just opened, but the salad was great! It's also one of the only spots in CW open on Mondays, so props to them for that. Hoping that they'll add online ordering soon . I tried the avocado cobb, with a roll, which was yummy, since I didn't feel like creating my own, but they had a lot of interesting toppings I'd like to check out in the future (like roasted brussels sprouts ). They also had like 5 soup options, and a menu item where you can do a half sandwich and half soup.. totally doing that next time!

The food here is amazing. I've been three times in a row this week, and plan on going again tonight if you eat in they give you huge metal bowls. The croutons are amazing and they have many different choices for toppings. Customer service isn't the best but the food is definitely worth it.

Hands down the best restaurant in Merchants Square, Colonial Williamsburg. Great healthy options. I recommend the Avocado Cobb Salad.

Great mgmt - had an issue & Tom the manager was so kind & helped me with everything today. I've only ordered from the menu (not the frozen foods yet), & so far almost everything I've gotten has been absolutely delicious: - Bowls that you build with ingredients you like that have an amazing Char grilled flavor: * Carb - I like the base of potatoes * Protein - Love their chargrilled shrimp * Veggies - I get mushrooms, zucchini, & asparagus * Sauce: Love the sweet chili sauce - not too spicy. - Turkey burger: Very very good and has such a good flavor with that chargrilled taste. - Sweet potato fries: The flavor is good, but they I wish they were a little bit more crisper. Still recommend tho! - Mac & cheese: Not my fave as noodles were gummy & not much sauce, but could be because it's more healthy, ha ha. - Turkey burnt ends Cuban sandwich is amazing. I got the chipotle ranch on the side, so good. The turkey has great flavor & super moist, & the flatbread is soft and fluffy! - Milk Chocolate Buckeyes in the open frig (rt of register) are to die for! They're the best thing to have when you're craving something sweet, esp if you are a big peanut butter fan like I am. The staff is always helpful & nice, & mgmt really cares about us customers! Highly recommend!

Meals are not prepared on site; they are frozen and shipped from NC. Also when you order the meal plan ahead of time, the meals are not necessarily labeled! It was hard to remember what i had ordered looking through the frozen meals. Finally when i signed up, I was offered an introductory discount, and when i applied it, this was never honored. i mentioned it to the Manager/Franchisee, and every time i brought it up, he always had another excuse why the system would not let him apply it. Anyways overall it filled my need for a few weeks, but I do not plan on patronizing this location again!

I had breakfast at Honey Butter's, had my laptop with me and worked while I was there. My waitress, Aliana, was wonderful. She was delightfully happy and very responsive. She made a great recommendation for my omelet (three cheese and add sausage) and had a smile on her face the entire time. You could hear her joy when interacting with the other customers as well. When I work at a restaurant like this I make sure I am not there at their busy time. I arrived around 9:30 am and left around 11 am. Aliana checked on me periodically and kept my coffee hot the entire time I was there. The food was also superb (with the exception of the biscuit). The omelet was hot, the combination of cheeses was great and the spinach was sautéed and distributed throughout my omelet. The potatoes here are wonderful. They are cooked in a butter garlic sauce that add to the flavor, but doesn't overwhelm. They are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft in the center. I just wish the biscuits were better. They always get hard after about 10 min with a stale consistency (but don't let this stop you from enjoying everything else!).
