We've been to a few different locations of this restaurant and usually they are very good. This one was ok, but a few things made me give them a lower rating. First of all, they have two lanes for ordering, which is fine, but there wasn't enough space for cars to pull up after ordering. We couldn't see the entire display menu and they were already asking us what we wanted to order. Then after we ordered, we waited in line for quite awhile before we made it to the window to pay and get our food. My husband pulled out his credit card and the worker said they were only accepting cash payments. What?! We don't always have cash on hand. That little tidbit definitely should've been declared before we ordered. By the time we got to the window, we were stuck in a line with no way to get out. Fortunately we had enough cash to pay for ours. When we got our food home, they had messed up the dressings we'd ordered and only gave us one fork and one napkin. We'd both ordered extra protein and the chicken was yummy. As always, the salads were huge, fresh, and filling. We didn't particularly like the dressings, so we used our own. read more

Salad and go is the latest in this restaurant trend of drive-through only ordering where there's no dining room no walk up inside counter. There's an outside counter and two drive-through windows. They're open for breakfast and serve coffee and breakfast burritos. In the afternoon they have tea and lemonade available with salads and you can have your salads wrapped in a tortilla. Ever since I tried this place I find their menu perfect for for a healthy way to get greens. I go at least three times a month. I just love it. read more

Dont get me wrong I love salad and go and i get it at least 3 times a week, at the 22nd and Kolb location which is amazing, this particular location, on pantano and speedway, on the other hand... let's just say they need to pay more attention. I hardly go to this location but the last 2 times I've gotten salads from them, first they forgot the dressing and second they forgot the protein. And is hard for me to drive back another 15 mins one way to go ask for my chicken. Seems like they need personnel to pay more attention at the orders they are making. read more

Salads are good; but choices are limited. The salad dressings are not so great. Next time, I'll get no dressing and provide my own!

These pictures are worth a thousand words, see below. Customer service was horrible, Caesar Wrap with chicken was horrible and was inedible. Chicken was not chunked like,the picture on their website, it was like this mush spread. It had no dressing, and it was missing the Parmesan cheese. It was not a "wrap" it was an open tortilla with the salad and chicken mush just plopped in the center and then wrapped in the foil/paper. I put some on a plate and tried to wrap some up in the tortilla that was leather-like and too tough/hard, and that is why it wasn't wrapped like a wrap should be. There was also a strip of plastic mixed into the salad too! Ordered on their website and arrived 5 mins AFTER the pick up time and it wasn't ready, in fact they hadn't even seen the order come in and told us to go park in an adjacent parking lot and they would bring it out. After another 15 mins waiting and seeing several more people go,through the drive thru and also people picking up from the pick up window, I walked to the window and it was still not ready. I asked why it was taking so,long when I had seen 4-5 people get their orders through the drive thru and she said "you came too early to pick up" I reminded her that I had ordered 1/2 hour ago and she said they were "working in it" I then said just refund me and cancel my order and she said she couldn't because they were working on it. A few mins later, I asked her how much longer and she said 'I told you , we are working on it. Then another employee told her it was sitting there - SMH. See the photos below of what we ordered and then what we got - I picture is worth a thousand words..... needless to say we won't be back for more inedible food that we had to throw out. I know that visiting a restaurant within a couple days after opening is risky. Here is some advice for this location: when it comes to a Cobb salad, slice your egg a few times rather than just in half. Slice your quarter chunk of an avocado up instead of the solid quarter. When the salad calls for blue cheese crumbles, it should be just that and not a round ball scoop of blue cheese mushed together. I've gone here a few times now, and the salads & wraps are huge! I honestly prefer the wraps over going and getting a burrito now, it is healthy and delicious, and the salads are my favorites, they are great portions for the price. I personally use the app and do custom salads, and I always order the blueberry basil lemonade which is super delicious. I tried the cucumber lemonade, and it was a little too sour for me but still good, and the frozen strawberry lemonade is my boyfriend's favorite. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star review is the employees do tend to be forgetful, one time they forgot my soup I ordered completely and I never did get a refund on it, and other times they have almost forgotten drinks or one of the wraps we ordered. Usually as long as I double check the bag before leaving everything turns out fine and if something is forgotten it's usually always already made just forgot to put it in the bag at the window. Visited this restaurant when it as quite new. I ordered 3 Cobb salads. One had the core of the lettuce. Very unappetizing. Also the chicken was shredded. I have had this salad at the Speedway and Craycroft location. It was delicious. read more
