Finally tried! I was so curious to see what the hype was about. All of a sudden you see Salad and go everywhere. I learned they offer breakfast burritos but not after 11:00 so ordered the chicken Thai wrap. Delicious!! Super fresh and crisp. The chicken was tender and the sauce was excellent. Apparently any salad can be made into a wrap which is convenient for on the go. Service was friendly and fairly fast. Looking forward to trying the other goodies. read more

No idea why they have 2 drive thru order kiosks when they are not capable of processing more than 1 order at a time. Waited for the car in the other lane that arrived just before Mr to order, pull up and pay, and have their order handed out before the gal finally came on the speaker and said are you ready to order. lol I though she was making jokes. But she was not. No courtesy sorry for the delay etc., just a "are you [finally] ready to order as if I had been the delay. read more

This location has been open for about a year and they were celebrating their anniversary by handing out coupons for a free breakfast burrito. I was pleasantly surprised by the choices they had for vegetarian options and we ordered the Mediterranean and the Fiesta and they were both delicious. The service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere was very clean. read more

The menu offers different types of salads, wraps, or build your own custom options. The cucumber mint lemonade is nice and I typically go with either the Greek or Thai salads. Well I would love to give this place 5 stars ... but they gave a vegan , real chicken . Whoops ! Big whoops , I had to drive all the way back to get a new order and I will say they exchanged without any fuss. read more

Update to prior review: They seem to be taking the feedback seriously. When I went there last night to give them another shot, I was pleased to see a small handwritten sign that stated what they didn't have. I made my selection accordingly. Great food for a great price! We love coming to this location. They even threw in a little treat for our puppy in the back seat. Their lemonade flavors are always delicious and the breakfast menu is fantastic-- we just wish they offered it all day! read more

I've always loved salad and go and this one is no different. It's like all the other locations, small building with drive thru or walk up window. This one has a two lane drive thru. I ordered the Autumn Harvest and it was so good, as always. The service was a little slow, but I believe that was because this location was brand new and there were a ton of people in the drive thru. I'm so glad there's one on the east side now! It will definitely be a weekly visit for me. read more

Drive thru Food was DELICIOUS Had new rotisserie chicken fall wrap with Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes and oh my it was so good. I normally don't do fast food but love this healthier option when on the go! Definitely would eat there again and hope this stays in their menu as year round staple! I'd send a photo but I ate it in car while in between appointments but presentation was just as delicious And drive thru service was so polite and fast and for fresh food it was all around awesome read more

Salad and Go varies depending on the location. This particular location seems to fall short over and over and over again. The basic concept is, you order a salad and you get a dressing. However it seems to be an issue with the employees here, to actually put the dressing in your container. Today was the 5th time I have grabbed a salad for my wife for work and when I get back I realize there is no dressing in the container. I have become accustomed to checking but I was in a hurry and forgot. Now I have a salad with no dressing. Other issues are, inconsistent portions. One day you will get a normal salad and the next day the salad fills half the bowl. I've also had salads with almost none of the protein, chicken or steak. I really want this location to succeed but if this level of service and quality continue I doubt it will last. There is no excuse for this low quality of service and this location is probably the slowest in town. Also, make sure you have your credit or debit card before you leave. I repeatedly have to ask for it after I get my food. read more

The Old Vail road location messes up every single order. Its frustrating and leaves one with inedible food. I got the Thai salad with balsamic vinegar that was terribly disappointing. It was supposed to be peanut salad dressing next I got the beat goes on and they didn't include the candied nuts which is a premium ingredient and cost more another time. Went with seven people in my family. Ordered everything and it came to the windows in unbelievable time. My suspicion was that it was pre made,after viewing i found the greens were turning brown and wilted. I'm pretty sure it was all from the day before All of us had diarrhea from this meal. They opened a Salad and Go on Houghton and Mary Ann Cleveland recently. We like the previous visits at other locations around town so we thought we would try this one. We usually get the wrap and split it. We chose the Cobb Wrap but without the Blue Cheese and added Chicken. It was good, bit I think they still have a ways to go to reach that special raring of "5". I "stretched" the rating to a 4 since I thought a 3 was too low. I sure they will make it ! Service was just fine and it looked just like all other Salad and Go with the extra drive thru. The Cobb salad with Steak (extra charge) had barely any steak. . My wrap with chicken had 4 pieces of chicken the size of a dime. I've been to other locations and the portion size of protein was great. They also didn't have any frozen drinks at 12:30 pm. read more
