I ordered tater-tots which were super greasy & dark as if the oil they were cooked in was old. Ended up throwing them away after eating 3 of them. The custard is amazing. The food is cooked to order. The customer service is always amazing. The store always looks clean.

I have never experienced such disregard and incompetence. I work in fast food so I typically am very understanding and empathetic towards other employees, but this was beyond not okay. We SPECIFICALLY notified them that one of our shakes was for someone with a deadly peanut allergy. We asked if they could please change their gloves and clean the machine. The cashier was incredibly dismissive and said "ya ya there's no nuts in the chocolate shake". We again said we understand that there aren't nuts in it, but would like them to change their gloves and clean the machine. She said yes. We waited 30 minutes, got our shakes, and went home. At home my roommate (who is deathly allergic to peanuts) drank her shake only to find that it was chocolate and peanut butter flavored. I am absolutely floored at the carelessness and lack of transparency. If you cannot keep track of an allergy then you need to tell the customer you cannot accommodate them. This was completely unacceptable and scary. Do better. read more

Surprisingly not bad! I've driven by this location a lot on Broadway and finally got to stop in and try it. Downsides: outdoor seating only. You can also miss the turn off since it's pretty quick off the main road. A little pricier than I expected. For a meal and a second burger, it cost us ~$27. Upsides: Decent burger. If you like smash burgers, that is the style of the burger type. The classic comes with pickles, mustard and onions but if you want a typical burger with the "fixin's", it costs a little more. We didn't try their ice cream or milkshakes but they look tasty! For a little extra, you can upgrade your fries to other types, including onion rings. We got the onion rings and they were pretty good, not too greasy, crunchy and a good amount in the bag. You can also order online for pick up or go through their drive through! read more

Food good Service great super friendly Ambiance-let's just say you don't go to Freddy's for ambiance. Ok, if you go to Freddy's you will get a very specific ambiance. It's a 50's throwback vibe. But if you go that route why not add little jukeboxes at each table? Go all in just saying! Oh and I really like the location, seems super quiet place, not super busy. I'm a big foodie and go usually to the broadway location and love it! but decided to try the new one closer to my side of town. i got there at about 9 pm and noticed the young lady Johanna was more focused on closing early than customer service. I sat close to register and she told me and other ppl over and over again she was closing in 30 min which took away from dining experienc. I got one more item to take home to go before closing and she rudely reminded me I need to leave because they were closing. she was aware my second order was to go but continued to remind me and other customers a 45 min early. She really can use some customer service skills or training because a person like her can scare of clientelse. Nobody should have to eat in a rush 45 min prior to Closing or be rushed. All customers took their food to parking lot just to finish up. With combos not being cheap she shouldmy treat customers in that manner! I love the new store but not customer service so I'll be headed to your broadway location from now only. I visited this location for the first time last night and I can truly say that this Freddy's is the best once in town! The staff was happy and extremely polite. Starting with the guy who took my order, the guy who gave me extra condiments, all the way to the girl who picked up my trash, they all did it with a smile! They served us very well! The burger was over eight bucks but the patty... no exaggeration, I've seen sheets of cardboard that were thicker. And it just had pickles and onions thrown on, I had to ask for lettuce. LETTUCE. The food was good and the staff was friendly, but I did not give 5 stars because I think maybe there needs to be more training at this new location that recently opened. I don't think employees should wear disposable gloves at the cash register. Taking money and giving change and then going back into the kitchen and work with food with those same disposable gloves. Maybe they were short on staff and the kitchen worker had to be cook and cashier at the same time, but that is why the gloves are disposable. Everything else was great. read more

We're always suggesting Freddy's at work, we had gotten some yesterday and the food was delicious, everything tasted amazing. The service was spot on even though they seemed short staffed, they continued to maintained a positive attitude. The food was fresh and it was quick. Shawn and his crew really made the experience awesome and welcoming. They worked really hard, we will definitely be coming back again, very soon!!!
