I guess I give this place overall a 3.5, instead of just a 3. This place caught my eyes as an asian…read morerestaurant in the area and relatively good ratings, but felt that everything was pretty average. I went with a group of 3 and all ordered ramen and the karaage appetizer, but the karaage was just slightly crispy and barely had any flavor, the sauce really saved that dish but definitely would pass on that dish. All 3 ramens were average. The pork cha shu was tender though which was the highlight, but overall broth was pretty standard. Particularly my miso ramen didn't have that much flavor. Service and staff was a bit slow, but food came out pretty fast. Overall not bad, but will probably give this place another go sometime and try some of the other dishes.

I ordered a black garlic ramen and a kids meal (katsu) for my son, they came pretty quickly and they look delicious!! My son's katsu is super hot and crunchy (he said he doesn't want to eat it prior the food come, and ate 1/2 of the chicken!!) that means did you great!!! Rice was a little hard to be honest and corn was ok.. I kinda put them in my ramen.. the black ramen was good.. lots of spinach and thick piece of pork (chasiu).. soup was thick but not too thick!! Noodle was cool perfectly.. only thing is I have to pay to get the egg, but it was cook perfectly!! My son agree since he ate the entire egg.. would definitely come back again.. I wonder if it would get super busy at lunch time since they don't have too many tables (10 maybe), they might be a line out the door.. but 11:30 was a great time!! And parking is just across the street!!

Since it's my first time I was kind of confused as if they are open since the place was kind of dark. It always connected to the Japanese restaurant next door so I was not sure if I was in the right place. Anyway the lady walked out couple minute after and she let me sit wherever I want with my son, we ordered the classic tonkotsu ramen and pork chashu bao.. both are very tasty and they came out fairly quickly!! Would definitely come back again!!!

Terrible experience overall. We had long ticket times…read moredespite being the only customers in the restaurant during lunch. We ordered the duck bao buns, which were very bland, served without any sauce, and one even had a bone in it. We also ordered the pork belly ramen and seafood ramen, seafood ramen priced at $28 . Unfortunately, these were served in a way that felt unsanitary, with the waitress's thumb touching the plates and inside the bowls. It was very strange and honestly pretty gross. The seafood ramen included crab legs, but we were never offered a crab cracker, and the scallops were overcooked. The broth was decent, but nothing mind-blowing or worth the price. The seating was also uncomfortable. They use high armchairs that felt awkward and impractical. On top of everything, I couldn't get a receipt because they had run out of paper, and I later realized I was double charged for the meal. The one positive is that our waitress was very nice and polite, but unfortunately that wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience. We won't be coming back.

Save your money and order from somewhere else. Drive an…read moreextra few minutes and get good kosher Chinese elsewhere like Teaneck or West Orange. The food is disgusting, the staff and owner are beyond rude and it's clear that they don't care about customer satisfaction in the least- a huge red flag for a food establishment. I hate to leave a bad review and don't often do it, but this one really deserves it. I ordered a dish that I have ordered a million times, did not get what was supposed to come and was yelled at on the phone by the owner telling me that she refused to refund me the money for that dish because if I have ordered it in the past I should have known what I was going to get?? She also told me that the "noodle" dish wasn't supposed to have noodles because this is America and not China (what??) and that the free noodles that come with the soup should be eaten with it in place of them cooking me any noodles. It was floating cabbage in a thin sauce and nothing else. It's really embarrassing that they would feel the need to yell and scream at a customer over the phone because they are trying to order a noodle dish for their kids and actually get what it's supposed to be. Personally, I would have just refunded the $12 or whatever back and moved on politely to any customer if it were me, but now they have lost not just me as a customer but all the friends and family of ours that I can assure you will not be back after hearing about this. The conversation ended with her yelling at me, telling me I was wrong and then very aggressively hanging up on me. Definitely look elsewhere for great food and service..you won't find it here.

This is a nice quiet spot, nice atmosphere, great service from the waitress. I started off with the chicken dumplings, probably the lowest rating food I had. I'll give it about a three and a half, that's because it was a little too wet. The chicken was solely in the middle, so there's a lot of dumpling, not a lot of chicken, i did enjoy the peanut sauce. Then I had some sambal sauce, vegetables, chicken and white rice on the side. Now that was really, really good. Nice and spicy, a great mix of vegetables, very fresh, very filling, super surprised by that. This establishment honestly deserves to be a lot more crowded than it actually was. It was very empty in there, I was the only table in there. But overall, just great service. In addition to that, I was also able to spin a wheel for spending over 60 bucks and got myself a free drink the next time. Highly recommended, pop out if you're in the area. Great overall. .5

The vegetables are always fresh, the curries and food are consistently DELISH, the portions are the perfect size, and their brown rice is the best I've ever had -- not the typical flavorless brown long-grain rice, it's dark brown, hearty, and yummy. My favorite dish is their Thai red curry with tofu, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu! My mom Sonia and our family are huge fans and always stop by when we're around. Kevin, the owner, is so friendly and always makes time to greet us and those who pick up food. We will forever and always be back. Highly recommend checking them out.
