We finally try a poke bowl in my bf's neighborhood and it's pretty good, but portions wise alot smaller than the other places I been to. The reg salmon is fresh, but the spicy salmon wasn't. It had a off taste to it. but overall everything was delicious and they did packed it up well. I had a large size poke box - sushi rice - salmon - spicy salmon - eel extra portion - cucumber - mango - seaweed salad - sweet onions - cilantro - fried garlic - scallions Sauce on the side - sweet chilli - spicy mayo Bf's order - sushi rice/ mixed greens - salmon - tamago - white tuna extra portion - pineapple - mango - pickled ginger - scallions - sweet onions - seaweed salad - coconut flakes - sesame seeds Sauce on the side - ginger dressing

Regular Poke Bowl - comes w/2 proteins. Here: baby octopus (very good) and spicy tuna (yummy).

So fresh and filling! Excellent poke bowls and boba tea. Their rectangular containers and limit on ingredients chosen differs from most poke spots in the area, but they seem to give more protein including tasty baby octopus (my fave!) and for the base, they offer quinoa, cauliflower rice, and zucchini noodle besides more typical ones. While "mix-ins" are limited to 5 and toppings are capped at 3, they pack plenty of those ingredients. This spot is exactly what this town and my tummy needed! NOTES/TIPS: **Their price points are extremely fair. **Street parking available nearby and municipal parking half a block away at the corner of Essex St. and Main St. by the town clock. **You can choose sugar and ice levels for their boba milk tea. **They're called just "Poke Bowl" on Doordash.

I can't believe Millburn Poke still has so few reviews! We've walked by a number of times over the past few months and it always look so clean and nice inside. I'm so glad we finally placed an order. Ordered online on a Friday night for pickup and had a really easy time placing a custom veggie bowl order (with two kinds of tofu!) and a Honolulu bowl. Prices were really reasonable, the bowls were ready for pickup within 15 mins, and they were packed beautifully. Everyone loved them when we got home, and the food was still hot and tasted very fresh. Great options, fun signature bowls, and awesome vegetarian choices too.

Good food. Good service. The lady helped me create a bowl. I wanted with sushi rice, eel and cooked shrimp and she helped me choose vegetables and others, very helpful. Ingredients are very fresh as well. I guess it could be little overwhelming that you have so many items to choose from. But delicious. Will back there again. I think she helped me pick edmame, kimchi, sweet corn, mango and avocado. They all mixed well. I recommend this place. Something unique to eat, this would be it. There was places to sit and eat, but most of people order for take out.

    Honolulu Bowl (~$18) - with 2 substitutions

Ordered: Honolulu Bowl (~$18): brown rice (+$1), ahi tuna, salmon, avocado, sweet onion, scallion, cilantro, edamame, cucumber, seaweed salad (substituted from Hijiki salad for +$1), masago, onion flake, sesame seeds with honey wasabi mayo and spicy mayo (substituted from sweet shoyu) Aya's take: This is one of the best presented poke bowls I've ever had - and I am a self-proclaimed poke connoisseur. I decided to go with one of their signature as it had most of the ingredients I would've gotten anyway. The salmon and ahi tuna were super fresh, the toppings were balanced, and overall the bowl was satisfying. Honestly, my only complaint is about the service. When I asked about substituting Hijiki salad for seaweed salad (both are types of seaweed), I was given attitude and told it would be an up-charge. For a single item (especially when poke bowls are all about customizations), I thought that was a bit unnecessary especially with the attitude that came with her the response. Despite this, I was fine with the up-charge. It wasn't really about the extra $1 but about how she told me. I genuinely loved the Honolulu Bowl; it was satisfying and delicious but the service was a big turnoff. If it wasn't for the service, this would've been a 5/5 in my book!

Ordered through DoorDash and it was awesome. Really well presented , quality ingredients, and the packaging was really secure. Absolutely will be back!!

I ordered the Honolulu poke bowl (ingredients listed at end) to go. I enjoy trying Poke generally and have found this to be one of the freshest and with the most unique flavor profiles. I would highly recommend the food. The interior of the restaurant is on the smaller side, with I believe art (for sale?) on the walls, but it can definitely seat several smaller parties wanting to dine in, with options to main street-watch by the windows. (Honolulu: ahi tuna, salmon, avocado, sweet onion, scallion, cilantro, edamame, cucumber, cucumber, hijiki salad, masago, onion flake, sesame seeds, honey wasabi mayo and sweet shoyu)

We door dashed some poke bowls and they were actually quite flavorful. The packaging was cute and organized as well. The Thai Tea was good. Order came in exactly how it was ordered! I just wish the sauces were in the bowl already instead of on-the-side. Delicious and proper nonetheless!

So I've been going here regularly. Today was the last time. Yesterday, I ordered a poke bowl with sushi rice teriyaki chicken and avocado with sauce on the side. I picked it up and it was exactly as I e ordered in the past. Today I ordered the same thing. When I left there was no sauce on the side, even though it said it on the receipt. But instead it was on the chicken. I was going to have them remake it and said I'll take it. She gave some excuse that I ordered wrong. I've been ordering this way for months. I should've had them remake it. When I ate it, more than 75% of the chicken didn't seem cooked. Almost like they used the sauce to cover that up. The chicken was crunchy not soft like when it's cooked all the way through. I ate some chicken, spit most of it and ate the avocado and sushi rice. I'm done with this place and eat here at your own risk. I don't recommend it.

Poke bowl with tofu, salmon, and tuna.

Very filling poke bowls. They give lots of choices and proteins. It is very quick service and the environment is very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nicely sized portion of poke bowl.

To-go custom poke bowl with 3 servings of salmon. Yum!

Had a great Honolulu bowl. Just asked them to skip the onions and replace with mango. Yummy. Can't wait to to takeout again.

Not that much fish and tiny portions for the price. Also not that flavorful. The spicy tuna didn't look exactly like tuna.

When it came time to pay, I specifically asked to pay with cash to avoid the 3% credit card fee. The employee rang up my order at the counter, and after handing him a $100 bill, I noticed on the receipt that the 3% fee had still been added. When I politely questioned the charge, he voided the transaction and re-rang the order. This time, I noticed additional items had been added that I never ordered, increasing the total. I questioned it again, explaining that the order was incorrect and that I was being overcharged. Instead of correcting the mistake, the young man behind the counter became rude and sarcastically said, "What, you can't afford a credit card fee?" At that point, I canceled my order and asked for his name so I could speak with a manager later about his behavior. He refused to identify himself. I took photos of the receipts and of him so the manager would know which employee I was referring to. My children had already opened their drinks, so I told them I would, of course, pay for those. However, the woman and the young employee behind the counter refused to give me the change from my $100 bill for the drinks unless they were allowed to take a picture of me. Meanwhile, the employee continued making comments such as, "What, you can't afford a credit card fee?" I've never experienced such unprofessional, disrespectful customer service. Making mistakes is one thing, but mocking a customer for questioning incorrect charges is completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend checking your receipt carefully if you choose to eat here, and based on my experience, I will not be returning.

The menu had mostly Hawaiian options to choose from. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I had the customizable poke bowl ($15.95). There was a number of different options to choose from with different proteins, toppings, sauces, etc. I had a base of brown rice with avocado, cucumber, sweet corn, edamame, mango, ahi tuna, spicy mayo, ginger, wasabi, jalapeno, green onion, and cilantro. This was nicely done. Everything appeared fresh and it was a good size portion. I would have just liked to seen a little more ahi tuna present, but besides that, very pleasant and filling. I also had the spam musubi ($2.95) and a side of macaroni salad ($3.95). The musubi was okay. It was a little dry. There needed to be more sauce present. The macaroni salad was a heaping portion, and it was tasty. There looked like a lot of mayonnaise present, but it was not too overpowerful as some type of sugar seemed to be incorporated to balance it out. Regardless of what it was, the salad was flavorful. Will I go back? I would.

The ordering process is seamless, you can either head to the front counter or use the iPad stations for a quick checkout. I went ahead and ordered the House Special Poke , it had tuna, shrimp, salmon, assorted veggies, ginger, and crispy onions (and of course the rice) . Although the digital ordering system didn't allow for any topping swaps or add ons, there is a comment section at the end of the purchase. To drink, there are tons of fun options like bubble teas and milk teas where you can adjust the sweetness and choose your preferred boba. The real star of the show is the steamed shrimp dumplings. You get eight pieces per order, which is very generous since they are stuffed with shrimp paste and served with a light, sweet dipping sauce. The service is excellent; the staff is happy to provide containers for leftovers, and there is a convenient self-service station for water, silverware, and napkins.
