Food was really good. We got a kani salad which was massive, my GF got a spicy tuna roll and a California rolls. I got the Yummy Roll (I think? Shrimp tempura, kani, crunch, and eel sauce). We both came away saying we'd get them all again. Seemed to be decent quality seafood, no fishy smell or taste. We did a pickup order and decided to go with a platter, which we thought was well worth the cost for the amount of sushi given. We also kept some on the side to eat later on. The sushi platter had 25 sushi pieces plus the rolls we ordered and we thought that was great! It was prepared very well and packaged just as well. The staff was kind and diligent in their work. The shop also has a frozen yogurt and bubble tea selections. Quite a bit going on here. Only a handful of tables to sit and eat at and there were tables outside for use. I could see us getting a smaller meal, maybe a lunch, and eating outside quickly under the sun. Definitely coming back! read more

Swung by this place to get a small sushi platter for girls' night and was glad I did. Upon entering, you immediately notice the selection of frozen yogurts - yup, apparently this is a new thing. The staff were super nice, chatty, and welcoming. They offered a medium free yogurt because I spent enough to earn a free one. I was happy to get dessert on the go too! The sushi was very good! Tokyo Sushi is a solid sushi spot in the neighborhood! We ordered two party platters here for a family gathering and I was impressed with how fresh and well-prepared the rolls were. Placing our order over the phone was a breeze - the woman on the line guided us to select a number of rolls and sashimi and even gave us a few recommendations that ended up being solid picks. There was a wait of around forty minutes for our platters, but the resulting dishes were gorgeous, and most importantly, tasty. The folks here are as nice as can be and while we placed a to-go order, it seems like a postprandial froyo might be a great perk of dining in. This is one of the only places in the area for frozen yogurt and what I come here for most of the time. They also have bubble tea. There's a credit card minimum of I think $10 so remember to bring cash if you can't meet that. I enjoy their onigiri which they always make fresh, I usually order several for a quick bite at home. I wish I knew about this place sooner! Its nice having such a high-quality sushi spot (with affordable prices) within walking distance in town! And somewhere with a wide variety of bubble tea options is always exciting too! My friends and I placed a pretty big order online, and it was ready in anout 20 minutes! My husband and I ordered take out here. He walked to pick up since it's right there for us. For out of towners or that don't live close by there is street parking for an hour and a half or public parking available free for 3 hours in a lot. My husband spoke with the owners, they opened about two and a half weeks ago! He said they were very friendly. Shout out to Jackie and Michelle! I ordered us the lychee milk tea with lychee popping boba. I love that we are able to just walk and get great bubble tea instead of driving to Bergen county. The presentation of the sushi is just as great as it tastes. We got the Godzilla Roll. It was close to closing time so we hopped in on ordering quick. It appears to be that most people come here for their sushi and bubble tea. But I was in the area and wanted Froyo and saw that they also serve that as well. They had a decent amount of froyo flavors. They also had 2 sections for toppings for the froyo. Everything was self-served. I liked that there was a seating area ( indoor and outdoor) to enjoy your froyo as well or whatever else you purchased. I just wish the toppings had some sort of shield to protect them. One of the areas with the toppings seemed a bit disheveled as well. Nonetheless, my froyo was good, and the toppings tasted fresh. read more

We took out tonkatsu ramen from Tokyo Sushi last night, which was delicious! That said, I'm a bit of a ramen snob after traveling to Japan 75 times. I've also enjoyed ramen from some of NYC's best spots, including Ippudo It was nice that they package the broth separately from the noodles. The broth was very tasty and the pork was done perfectly. We didn't eat right away so the ramen noodles began to stick together, our fault. I'd like to come back and eat it on-site to see if I can bump their rating up to a 5. Interesting mix of menu options... they have frozen yogurt, they have Bobba Tea, they have sushi, and they have ramen noodles. I gave it 4 stars because we loved the FroYo, and the Bobba Tea was excellent! The sushi was "okay"... fresh fish etc but a little too much mayo in some of the rolls we ordered. The "spicy" tuna etc were not really spicy. We did not try the ramen because 3 out of the 4 choices had a pork broth, with no option to substitute vegetable broth: All in all, a fun place to stop in for Bobba and Fro Yo. I will probably go elsewhere for the sushi though. read more
