This coffee shop has so many different flavors, and you can customize your drink as much as you want. I highly recommend looking at their website beforehand or having an idea of what you want before heading over. When I went, I didn't see a visible menu board from the back of the line, so I pulled up their website on my phone while waiting. It's a drive-thru-only concept, and the staff takes your order on iPads as you move up in line so your drink is ready right when you reach the window. This made everything go by super fast and smooth. I ordered the iced Banana Bread Mocha Latte, and it was delicious! This is the perfect spot to get into coffee if you aren't a huge coffee drinker yet, as the signature drinks lean on the sweeter, milkier side. Because everything is customizable, you can easily add extra espresso shots or ask for light milk, but their preset recipes are definitely on the sweeter side. Overall, I had a great experience and have already been back. It's definitely worth checking out, especially since they have so many other fun energy drinks and refreshers!

Twice now, I've ordered their signature Pistachio Latte, and both times they didn't have the pistachio ingredient. Instead of informing me before making the drink, they simply served me a regular latte without the pistachio flavor and that too wasn't great. If you're out of an ingredient, the right thing to do is tell the customer and let them choose a different drink or cancel the order. Serving a regular latte while charging for a signature drink is misleading. I hope they improve their customer service and are more transparent with customers in the future.

That said, it's overall a pretty solid spot to get work done. Parking in downtown Summit is a pain in general, I usually just park in the lot and walk over. Limit is at 5 hours and you will have to walk back if you want to extend it. There might be parking available by the cafe, but I'm personally less confident on how long you can to stay before getting ticketed/booted, so do so at your own risk.
