Gong cha is a pretty solid and reliable spot to get some tasty bubble tea. They have both regular and milks teas and very good boba. The cups are pretty standard as well. I have had great experiences here and do enjoy their different types of teas. I also like you can customize the teas to how you like. There is something for everyone here. I highly recommend it! Their star fruit tea is great!

Like every other Gong Cha I've been to! Quick to order and quick to receive my bubble tea. All good!

I've been wanting to try bubble tea for the absolute longest so I figured it was time. There were 2 ladies working in this establishment when I arrived to place my order. I placed an order for 2 of my children and myself. I've never been to a bubble tea place before nor have I ever tasted it. I asked questions and still had a bit of trouble understanding how ordering works and what comes in the tea. The one young lady appeared to be slightly frustrated with me and my questions. Once I explained to her that I've never had bubble tea, she seemed to soften up a bit. The other young lady was very kind and patient from the beginning. Her name was Mia. I bought 3 drinks - a total of about $20 because I had some extras mixed in. Unfortunately the order got mixed up and I didn't realize it until I got home. Tasting the tea was interesting. I liked that it was creamy and sweet but I did not like the bubbles. Fun fact: those little bubbles are made up of tapioca. It's a starch packed with sugar and calories. Some 16 oz teas containing as much as 440 calories depending on what's served. After tasting just a few of those not so tasty balls (they taste like flour *yuck.*) I poured my tea out. My son agreed. He did not like his bubbles in the tea either. My daughter on the other hand was drinking a citrus drink no bubbles. She was okay with her drink. All in all, I would not buy this tea again. It's overpriced, and doesn't appeal to my taste buds.

Gong Cha's my go-to Boba place. Consistently great drinks, and quick service. My favorite drink is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Regular Sugar, Light Ice, and pearls.

Meets ALL of the hype around this store. I got the Earl Grey bubble tea and was WOWED with every sip. Not too little or too much boboa and did not feel overwhelmed by the flavor. A great addition to the scene in downtown Millburn. The shop uses fresh tea leaves that you can see stored in beautiful glass cases and reassures you that they use the best ingredients. Super authentic bubble tea! Easy to order, pick up, and COVID friendly :)

I love their boba. The strawberry milk tea is fire and the boba pearls are amazing. I also love the star jelly and coconut jelly.

Being that this summer has been absolutely sweltering this year, soft ice cream always seems to be my dessert of choice on those unbearably hot days. This place in the middle of Westfield is very clean on the inside, really nice and luckily on the day we visited, there was nobody inside so we were attended to immediately. They have multiple flavors of soft serve ice cream, At this visit we decided upon the monster cookies and chocolate soft swerve swirl. We thought about their other desserts, but ultimately decided against it but the mason jar sundae looked amazing. The ice cream itself, the chocolate was silky and smooth and absolutely as soft ice cream should be. The monster cookies tasted okay, but was a little gritty for soft serve. Maybe this flavor would work better with some of their other desserts, but as stand alone soft serve, it just was not it. I've had monster cookie adjacent ice creams usually as hard ice cream, and maybe it works better that way. Overall, solid, definitely would try their other flavors and other extensive desserts available.

Everyone must try the Saigon special sandwich. I'm a foodie and a picky eater, I can tell from the ingredients of the sandwich that this restaurant genuinely demonstrates craftsmanship in how they prepare their food! Saigon special sandwich is the MUST ORDER! I highly recommend it! The curry beef over rice(I forgot the name) was great as well. Mango pudding is not good, it is heavily artificial flavored, avoid it if could.

Parking can be a bit tricky given its location near a major road, but there is metered parking right out front. One thing I really appreciated was the thoughtful packaging. Instead of wrapping everything in paper/foil (which traps steam and softens the bread), they use takeaway containers that keep the banh mi bread crispy and intact. The portions are generous! I don't think I've ever had a bahn mi with so much protein! I personally asked for extra cilantro on some of the sandwiches which is why the cilantro looks so obnoxious in the pictures. Everything was solid and satisfying! The lemongrass chicken bahn mi stood out with its aromatic flavor. The Saigon special bahn mi though, could've used a bit more presence from the mayo and pate to enhance the flavors. Sounds weird, but surprisingly, the sardines in tomato sauce bahn mi was better than it sounds. It was savory and definitely worth trying if you're feeling adventurous. The summer rolls were fresh, clean, and a great complement to the sandwiches. My only note: I wish the pickled carrots and radish had a bit more tang. They leaned mild rather than punchy. Overall, a reliable spot with thoughtful touches and flavorful options. I'd come back again.
