Kinda disappointed. Honestly, the only thing I liked about the place was how pretty it was on the inside. LOTS of seating. Huge tables. Counter seating. A quiet nook. But that's where it ends. They had ONE worker and God bless her, she was doing EVERYTHING. I can't fault her for my order taking forever as she was the only on there and there was lots of people. My Ube Latte was so mid. Overly sweet and artificial tasting. It came out waaaay ahead of the rest of my order so I couldn't even enjoy them together. And my bubble waffle that I almost walked out on because it was taking so long was dense, soggy, and run-of-the-mill. Nothing outstanding. The prices are ok and there's free 10 minute parking but you'll be there a while waiting for your food.
Small to medium venue on a small side street heading towards a main street. Limited metered parking directly near the business, normal amount around the corner. Mellow vibe, warm color themed interior, mellow yet upbeat music. No issues with the staff. The tea selection is comprised of all of the teas in the canisters. They also have a separate bubble tea menu, fruit tea, frappe, coffee & espresso, & a couple of pastry options. Nice location, very relaxing vibe. Great place for boba in Cranford, NJ! I love this place when I come to visit! I have tried the mango iced tea boba but definitely prefer the mango slush because it's thicker and tastier in my opinion. The boba is also made so well and definitely adds great flavor to the flavor that they have. I recommend for anyone that is in the mood for boba in the area

Love the ambiance of this place. When we came in it was after dinner so the place was quiet, I had taro , to be honest I've tried so many places who serve taro so I have a lot to compare to and and I would say theirs is too sweet and I didn't like the taste of the taro itself. Probably the kind that they used. But I did love the mango pearls. Both adults and kids love the bubble waffle . And the ones who got coffee said, theirs were good too. Overall fun place for a group of people who'd love to get desserts or coffee after a good meal.
I came here to do some work early, around opening. I tried to order a bubble tea but the tapioca wasn't ready yet so I ordered a coffee. The coffee wasn't ready yet either but he made it fresh for me so I wasn't complaining. They serve and sell La Colombe coffee, which I like. But the beans that they do sell are a little old. I ordered a bubble tea later, and asked for it less sweet. He said they usually do two teaspoons and made it with half a teaspoon for me and it was perfect. A nice place, parking is a bit meh though. But overhearing conversations, I could tell that the owner really cares about the comfort of his customers. He was relating that when the younger patrons come in after school, he's fine if they're a little loud, a little messy, they're kids after all. But he does ask them to be quieter if he notices customers are doing work or are bothered by the noise. I really appreciate that and would definitely come back.
Came here today to celebrate my 11yr old's success in school. Virtual learning is hard, but he did a fantastic job! We stuffed ourselves with: Bubble waffle with vanilla ice cream, Oreo crumbles, chocolate chips, & marshmallow drizzle Bubble waffle with chocolate ice cream, Speculoos spread (cookie butter), bananas, caramel Honey dew bubble tea Coconut bubble tea Everything was awesome!!!
The tea here was nice, although I didn't like the bubbles （tapioca) much. The bubbles were too tough for my preferences. Fortunately the tea flavor was nice... the perfect level of sweetness. I also appreciated that they didn't overload it with ice. The place itself is nicely decorated with a lot of seating, so it may be a good place to hang out. However since it's in downtown Cranford, you will need to locate and pay for street parking. They have a loyalty card for frequent guests.
I wanna give a big shoutout to the young woman at the counter with dark, closely cropped hair! I told her that I never had bubble tea before and she talked me through what I should try first with immense expertise. Secondhand tip for other bubble tea first-timers: don't start with the tapioca pearl bubbles. They had a wide range of options for bubble tea, coffee, tea, as well as an assortment of desserts, along with gourmet waffles that are apparently coming soon to Cafe Teasia! From these options, we determined that I'd probably like a creamy drink as opposed to fruity. I tried a 16oz Iced Matcha Bubble Tea with Yogurt bubbles ($4.95). Ultimately, the flavor really wasn't for me, as I found the matcha to be a bit more bitter than I'm used to (usually I get an iced matcha green tea latte with vanilla syrup from other coffee shops, so this was just less sweet than what I'm used to I think) and the bubbles were a bit alarming to slurp up. Regardless, I think my experience is just because of my personal preference, and through no fault of the cafe. It's so adorably decorated inside and they have such cute tables outside that I plan to return again to sample their new waffle dessert once it comes out.
Owner was very nice when we came in! My friend and I came for bubble tea and he let us know we can mix the flavors! Which I never personally tried mixed bubble tea! I got the mango and peach flavored bubble tea with mango boba and it was amazing! Very clean, quite and nice place to be with friends. Have a good variety of sweets to eat.Would be going back
Quick & friendly service! We had the brown sugar & the almond boba teas. Both were delicious. You can also get extra tapioca bubbles for 50 cents!
Can't wait to come back here! We stopped by for coffee and ended up eating a bubble waffle with ice cream for breakfast. The caramel macchiato was great, and I loved the options available for the bubble waffle. I panicked and only ordered Nutella and caramel sauce, but there are so many more add-ons to choose from. It seemed like there was only one person working, so I was impressed he was able to speed through the line. There was also plenty of space inside to enjoy our food and drinks. Next time we have to try the bubble teas!

I asked for recommendations with flavors I want and they delivered. I wanted something with caramel, brown sugar, iced and not sweet. So she made: brown sugar light iced latte with salted caramel FOAM! It was perfect!!!! Ambiance is also decent. Not bad. read more
I'd just been unceremoniously tacitly rejected as a solo patron at a local ish place named after a severed appendage. A famous one, I hear! But every door that closes gives us an opportunity to go somewhere else. Cafe Teasia this arctic Sunday night during the fallow holiday period was surely spartan ,modest in size and devote. There was a fellow with a backwards baseball cap on speaking with another someone far away on a laptop, mimicking the illusion of companionship. Another pair playing at the same human game we all play at was doing it in person as a couple or couple to be or two who were to have but these evening. The beau or fella was brashly loud which soon grew charming as I recalled when I used to try to wow girls with tales of meditation tricks and bragging I'd be dead in 2031 when the next Avatar comes out (or the equivalent in my time). So here I was coming in out of the cold playing the same innocent game for human connection. I wish I could warn him that her politely laughing may not be a good sign! Or maybe assure him it is - ah, but who knows what love is or indeed even what fun is. All i know was the last joint wasn't putting out any such vibe. Ah the severance. So I got two coffees to go because that's what coffees are for. But I also got my first ever "bubblentea". The mango bubble tea had these little pearl-like bubble balls that mash like tiny grapes in your mouth. Delightful candified moment. But here's what I'll always remember. The second i walked in, the cashier warmly greeted me and welcomed me with but three patrons here on a Sunday night - and the heat was out. She wore a coat. I didn't remove mine. Love this cafe. The girls are always very friendly and helpful with any questions one may have about the menu. Got a blueberry scone that tasted nice and fresh. The drinks are fully customizable with different milk options, great for those with dietary restrictions. I got an Ube latte with oat milk and my daughter got a hot chocolate with oat milk, both very delicious. Cozy, chill place for a coffee. read more

It was a okay for me. Came here specifically for their shaved ice after looking at all the pictures and reviews on yelp but after we paid our meter and parked, was told they don't serve shave ice for the season. Boooo!!! Got their waffle instead with ice cream and strawberry and that was okay. They are known for their bubble tea which we did not try but I wonder if they use real ingredients like Kung Fu tea instead of fake artificial powders like a lot of bubble tea places The place had a few nice and cozy seating for hanging out otherwise read more
I was so excited to try their bubble waffle, but didn't have time. I got their regular bubble tea with tapioca, I wish their bubble tea tasted better, mine was more milky. I didn't taste the tea at all, it was too much milk on it. Overall good experience, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. read more

this place sucks! I came all the way here because of all the reviews and the "delicious" photos of their bingsoo and turns out they're done for the season! So I ended up ordering just one drink, which is their fruit tea lychee and it was ok, a little too sweet! P.s. they don't clean after each customer, so I find that so not sanitary, especially during covid! I honestly don't recommend this place, better find somewhere else that's clean and better service read more

By far my favorite coffee shop in town. Not only is it in the perfect cozy corner spot, it's got the calmest vibes. The staff who work there are by far the kindest and it's so nice to be greeted every time by a big smile and people who genuinely are happy to see me. We started coming here for their bubble tea which I personally think is the best, but their coffee drinks are seriously good. They have the best low fi/downtempo playlist and it's never too noisy here (unlike other local shops). I am looking forward to trying their waffles next. read more

The line was long at around 3:30pm and there was only one person doing everything. She was poised and efficient. I really admire the way she handled the many orders coming in. She had a system of taking 3 orders at a time, before moving on to the next customer, being calm and focused all throughout. My taro bubble tea had the right sweetness and I enjoyed the texture of their tapioca pearls and the finely crushed ice. I didn't mind the wait, since it was also a good place for reading; nice atmosphere and surprisingly the wooden chairs were comfy. read more
Unfortunately, I'm reducing my rating due to their inconsistency. Not sure what happened but this past month and half that I've been going.. staff is not friendly, tapioca pearls are not fully cooked. They should be big soft and chewy pearls- not hard and tiny little pearls. The inconsistency I noticed seems to be with the evening, 2nd shift staff. Not sure what's going on.. but I do hope there's some kind of change. Sadly I won't be returning. read more

When searching for a good bubble tea spot cafe teasia came up! You can get it cold, hot or frozen. They also have other types of teas and they also have waffles with ice cream ... YUM! The shop was cute and cosy as well. Will come back! read more

I like the set up of this café it's very cute. The tables are wooden and it has dim lighting, it's a very relaxed vibe/ambiance. The employee was very helpful and the service was fast. There's parking in the front, on the side of the street. read more

I've been craving something sweet and this was just the place to go! I got a chocolate ice cream with the bubble waffle as well as some other toppings and it was just enough to satisfy my craving. I also got a lychee bubble tea which was great - it wasnt too sweet and the bubbles had a good consistency to it. The place was also clean and had enough seating for you and your friends! This is def a great spot to hit for dessert or drinks! read more
My absolute go to bubble tea place! The place is clean, nicely presented, and the employees are always super nice! The prices are fair too. My only complaint is that you can only do less sugar on the black milk tea bubble tea, I'm pretty sure that means they use power for the rest of them which kind of sucks but I think that's how it is with most bubble tea chains. But they also have other options like waffles (which are really good according to a friend) and Japanese style snow ice. Definitely come give this place a try! read more

Their ok, just average. Definitely has room for improvements. We did like the bubble waffle with ice cream. Unfortunately, the mango boba tea was too sweet for my taste. They also serve good coffee and tea here. read more
