Every single time I come in here it's as if I've deeply inconvenienced the servers. And I'm not alone. I witness other folks agog at the lack of courtesy shown to them as they order pay and receive their juices or smoothies. When ready, They don't call the receipt number just the drink name so customers who order the same thing have to figure out who gets first dibs. They need 2 more people on staff for Saturdays. I like their smoothies. The banana peanut butter and yogurt combination is a favorite. Last time I got a juice, I called it in and had to walk in to pick it up. I wish they did curbside pick up instead of having people wait inside. Other then that, everyone is wearing masks and gloves (at least when I walked in) and for the most part, people order ahead of time and only walk in to pick their order. The Açaí was very sweet and artificial tasting, the fruit was soggy and felt like it had been soaked in sweeter, and the granola felt stale and gritty instead of hearty and crunchy. So sad. I was pleasantly surprised on how delicious and vast their menu was. Smoothies, juices and pitaya & acai bowls. Their prices are moderate and staff is very friendly. They do not have inside seating (you can stand and use a counter) but they do have a few tables outside. It's a great alternative to a greasy dinner. Lots of families and teens go here. I went here with my daughter based on the good reviews. The place reeked of Clorox. My eyes were stinging. I checked out the veggies and decided to pass on a veggie juice drink. The carrots had so many white spots it looked like mold. The spinach looked dark and old, as did the other veggies. I'm not sure if I saw the two young ladies wearing gloves so I can't comment on that. My daughter got some Oreo drink and she liked it, but I forbade her to get anything with veggies in it. This was this past Friday, February 21st. I was turned off. My daughter, being a teenager, didn't seem to care that the veggies all looked past their time. I worry about possible e-coli. I have been going out of my way to pick up a juice or smoothie after work. There's something about the taste and will vouch on how they are freshly made. The bonus is when I'm craving a juice for lunch, I call in for a pick up and I'm in and out of this juice bar in minutes. A few days ago I tried one of their specials called Green Avocado and that was EVERYTHING. Clearly, I have a newfound love for this spot. But, what I don't understand, is why it takes so long to complete your order....at times they look like they are just running around in circles getting nothing down. Ok let's start with the quality of the smoothies / juices : I have had smoothies and juice from their cranford and Madison locations . Both were very good no complaints . Now here's the bad part ; today I ordered a juice with an extra boost in it . There was only ONE employee on staff who knew how to make the drinks . She was already making 2 açaí bowls for someone . Seeing that I was waiting , she called a trainee to help . That wasn't such a good idea . The trainee didn't wear gloves when she picked up the beet for my juice . Tisk tisk . After the employee saw that the trainee was slow she put her on dishes and hopped on my order . In total it took about 10 MINUTES to make one stinkin juice . They really need to hire some more people here . And the prices are pretty steep , over $7 for a juice with a boost in it . read more

as a bit of an açaí snob i can usually tell if places are using real açaí or sugared down processed açaí, ie what most chains use. from the coloring and taste you can tell it's real açaí sweetened with what they list in the base. the fruits they used were exceptionally fresh and it felt like the bowls were made with more care than most establishments. it's nice to be able to watch them make the açaí base with the blender rather than just scooping a pre-made base into the bowl. while i stopped in several families came by with children ordering them organic juices and what not that were kid friendly. they have a well stocked menu of options as well as allow the ability to personalize any of your juices or bowls. a great little spot to stop at and get yourself some delicious as well as (corny as it is) nutritious. read more

I have the 4 berry smoothie which was the perfect creamy consistency. My wife had a strawberry and something which was also very tasty.
