Every aspect of this business is fantastic. The staff is kind, have a blast and enjoy each other. It's delectable and is exactly what you were craving. read more

Great little ice cream shop right on the main road in town. Staff was very accommodating with my daughters nut allergy and helpful, Inside was clean and there are a small amount of tables to sit at. The best part was I thought it was very well priced. Def give it a try, read more

Nothing tasted fresh in-house, small portions but huge price tag. Just a fad of a place that is mediocre at best

Love the ice cream pies and box of cream sandwiches with chocolate chip cookies. These are the best desserts for any event but especially for a birthday or BBQ! read more

The ice cream was delicious without a doubt. But I really loved that the owner was super helpful in helping me choose an allergen friendly ice cream for my son. Loved the different options and the staff was very friendly. read more

Great ice cream just don't understand why the inside is constantly not open. When it's super hot outside we would like to enjoy an ice cream while sitting at a table indoors but for some strange reason they consistently are closed inside. You need to order from a window. A good amount of flavors with the usual suspects. My fave is Moosetracks. They have some amazing ice cream pies that we have ordered for parties. Definitely the best ice cream in Chatham/Madison. Would be 5 stars if it was open inside! ENJOY! read more

Ordered a custom ice cream cake from here. Ordering online was very easy. I also called the store to ask some additional questions and they were very helpful and nice over the phone. The cake was ready on time and looked beautiful. They do an excellent job with decorating the cakes. And it tasted delicious too!! Pricing is very reasonable, I compared with other local ice cream shops. I will definitely be ordering from here again! read more

Literally stood at the counter for a solid minute with no other customers and 3 employees behind the counter, and not a single employee acknowledged my presence or offered to serve me, despite my even making eye contact with 2 of the 3. Never going back, as that lack of attentiveness is deplorable, especially when there is plenty of local competition. read more

A homemade icecream spot with staff that treat customers like family :). All flavors are exceptional. Deer tracks is my favorite flavor. Really shocked at the low prices for auch quality icecream! read more

Loved visiting this ice cream shop. I tasted 2 flavors and went with cake batter, it was delicious and had chunks of cake in it! I got a kiddie cup which was more than enough because I got 2 big scoops! I love that they offer so many flavors including vegan options. It is located directly next to the Chatham library and there is indoor and outdoor seating which is perfect to sit and enjoy your sweet treat. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone with a sweet tooth. read more

We grabbed a quick after dinner ice cream while in the area. They serve Gifford's ice cream from Maine. Despite looking small, the place actually has a fair amount of tables inside and looks like it has a whole other side of tables though that was closed the day we visited. It also has some seating in the park next door. Huge selection of ice cream, soft serve, allergen free ice creams like vegan, nut free, lactose free, and all the topping! For the hard ice cream, they even had a list of ingredients for each flavor which is so helpful due to my son's egg allergy. We got a chocolate peanut butter and vanilla soft serve. The chocolate peanut butter was so fresh and creamy, tasted like quality ingreidents. High marks! read more

Since moving in town, this spot has been our go to ice cream location. There are picnic tables and seating to the right of the building. A lot of seating to sit and enjoy your ice cream on warm days or nights. What caught our eye was that they serve Maine ice cream! We love our Maine trips so the toasted coconut and the camp coffee lured us in! During the summer time, they close inside and you can order around the side window. Staff is very friendly and sweet. The ice cream here is a must try. My family loves the sundaes, Washington Ave --- has coffee (I'm a sucker for anything coffee) and Wickham Woods (strawberry ice cream with pound cake bites) my daughter loves it. read more

Scoops is a total gem in Chatham! My go-to combo is Wild Blueberry and Triple Chocolate--fruity, rich, and insanely good. The flavors are bold, the texture is super creamy, and the staff is always friendly. Love the local vibe and outdoor seating too. Easily one of my favorite spots for ice cream! read more

Cute little ice creamery on Main Street next to the park. Glad we decided to try it after our dinner. The blueberry cheesecake is probably the best cheesecake ice cream I have had. It actually tastes like cheesecake and it's rich but not heavy. The southern peach was refreshing but I think we made a mistake but getting both in the same cup. We think the cheesecake overpowered the peach. There are a few tables and benches outside. The service is also great. read more

Cute business! The are Covid conscious by having an outdoor window to order. You can still try samples and they have outdoor seating. Now for the ice cream. I got The King's Road and subbed Butter Pecan for the ice cream base. All I have to say is, CREAMY, SWEET & SALTY GOODNESS. read more

Quintessential local ice cream joint located right by the park, almost an ice cream tradition for local Chatham residents. We enjoyed ice cream on a hot Sunday afternoon post dinner at a local restaurant, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, thanks to the kids who ordered but couldn't finish the ice creams so we ended up finishing them Highly recommend stopping by if you are returning from the library and in mood for an ice cream, a single scoop for 3.20$ a bit smaller portion though but a quick service place as long as there is not a huge queue lining up. Hoping to try other flavors next time. read more

Stopped by this place after coming from Namkeen. I live 30 min away and wanted ice cream before heading home. Luckily I stumbled upon it as I was walking yo my car. The place had a decent amount of customers for a rainy Friday evening. As I entered the door, I read the menu on the right. They had a ton of delicious options. I wanted the banana pudding flavored ice cream and the strawberry cheesecake. I asked to sample both but they ran out of the strawberry cheesecake. The banana ice cream was sooooooooo good i got a scoop. It was rich, creamy, had a strong banana flavor, with cookie pieces and whipped topping mixed in. Omg it was delicious! A good way to end my night. read more

Owner is always super nice whenever I go he always puts a smile on me and my kids face! Also the ice cream is amazing and great quality. It's very clean there and lots of options to choose from. Coffee ice cream taste testing with my 11-year old nephew. - Food: Strong coffee flavor; delicious; for the coffee lover - Service: Quick, friendly - Ambiance: Charming. - Price/Value: Excellent! The junior size was $3, and was perfect for the two of us to share as this was our third stop with one more to go. read more

We love scoops! Located in downtown Chatham this shop faces a small courtyard next to the library. It is the perfect spot for ice cream when the weather is nice! they have plenty of outdoor picnic tables and a small park nearby for the kids. You can also stroll downtown Chatham which is a cute town made up for 3-5 blocks of shops and restaurants. The ice cream itself is delicious - we love the vanilla waffle cone and the special blends (we tried a seasonal one with apples which was great!). its on the pricier side but for the quality and environment is totally worth it! read more

Came here this evening after grabbing some pizza next door. This place was absolutely yummy! We ended up grabbing a large (3 scoops) with cotton candy, mint chocolate chip, and fly fishing fudge on a waffle cone. My cousin ended up with a medium (2 scoops) with peanut butter cookie dough & regular chocolate chip cookie dough. We were all big fans! The ice cream itself was rich and creamy. My bf and I both loved the cotton candy and mint chocolate chip the most. Cotton candy was just a nostalgic and cute option that turned into a good surprise with how yummy it was. The mint chocolate chip had a great mint flavor and these giant chocolate chunks which we both loved! The fly fishing fudge was okay; we felt it was a bit too chocolatey with not enough m&ms or cookie dough. Doesn't matter because we'll definitely come back to check out the other flavors. My cousin loved his peanut butter cookie dough & the regular one. The seating outside is also super cute. There's ample seating with some pretty lights. Definitely a great date spot (especially with some strong dinner contenders right around the block). The cherry on top of this experience was the customer service/workers were so nice!! I can't wait to come back and enjoy more flavors. read more

I found this hidden gem on Main St (Route 124) in Chatham. They have an extensive variety of different flavors; customer service is excellent, and of course, their ice cream & sundaes slap. Serving Gifford's ice cream. Not homemade, but a pretty decent brand. This location has at least a dozen or so flavors and you're sure to find at least one to your liking. The staff is polite and courteous. The price point is a touch high, but not shockingly so in this space. The outside windows--one for order and pickup respectively, make for an excellent set-up for social distancing in these days of COVID-19. Also, they are adjacent to a small park, and there are several seating options for you to enjoy your frozen treat outdoors. Street parking as well as nearby lots are available. read more

Best in class...probably the best Ice Cream store in New Jersey. Awesome selection, reasonable pricing and DELICIOUS.

Ice cream was amazing! Peanut butter pie! The young girl who helped me was a different experience. I don't know if her house just burned down or some terrible tragedy because she didn't smile, didn't even look at me, nor speak and abruptly walked away right after I paid. No spoons. She looked very upset and something was obviously very wrong. Very very bad customer service but it was that bad I can only assume something horrible happened to the staff person because otherwise there's no way someone acts like that. read more
