I started with the Collagen Beet Iced Latte and it was absolutely perfect as it came smooth, slightly earthy, and balanced with no need for added sugar. The combination of smoked pastrami salmon, herbed cream cheese spread, arugula, cucumber, pickled onion, capers, microgreens, and a lemon twist on sourdough was spot on. Each bite had that perfect mix of creaminess, tang, and freshness, tied together with their signature toasty seasoning.
