This is a quaint little juice shop. Very small you order and take your drink or food elsewhere. We ordered two drinks mine the orange was a small 12oz get better juice and the smoothie was a 20oz tropical wave. The smoothie was sweet and tangy and extremely filling. My juice was good but definitely needed more ginger. I will say service seemed overwhelmed as there was one guy working and get didn't seem to enjoy the mid day rush but he kept up with all the orders as they came. The only thing that was a tiny bit of concern for me was in between my smoothie and juice the man working only rinsed the blender pitcher out with water quick and reused it so many not the best spot for anyone with serious food and cross contamination allergies. Prices were a bit on the higher ended but it made for a good snack to hold us over while in summit. read more

Omg amazing!!! I drove an hour for a doctors appt in Summit and got hungry so I stopped here for a smoothie and some grapes. I got the monkey business smoothie and it was DIVINE. Also the grapes were sooo sweet and delicious!! The guy who made the smoothie was very very kind and sweet. I loved his energy. Great start to my morning! Thank you so much! Huge problem. Look at the picture I posted called "bad allergen mistake." Under allergens it says "almonds, eggs". However, in the ingredients it says "sour cream" which contains milk. Also, in this banana bread, there are chocolate chips. I am allergic to dairy and missed this mistake after taking a bite and realizing this. This place needs to be extremely careful when labeling. Very upset as I called 3 times after getting home and no one picks up the phone. I will never return again. read more

I ordered a juice with pineapple, lemon, ginger, and kale. I asked for a juice and he gave me a half juice half smoothie concoction. I didn't feel like going to another juice spot so I just took it and didn't tip. I regret that. The kale is old. It has a real funky taste to it. Hardly no pineapple if any. I'm really upset because I ordered the largest size and it's gross. read more

My brother in law got a Mango Berry smoothie, and I get the Passion Fruit one. Both were delicious! We also got a pumpkin ginger bread, which was rather expensive for a loaf at ~$16 but supporting local businesses is totally worth it. The only reason I took a star off is because if you ask for water as the base to your smoothie, it's straight tap water that isn't filtered. Not ideal.... Otherwise this spot seems great:) read more

If I'm going to be honest, I came here strictly because of their name and because me and my boyfriend were both craving a smoothie. Great little spot with a decent amount of selections. Service was a little slow despite us being the only customers at the time and the place was a little cramped but we both enjoyed our drinks. read more

I love the intentional use of space, the best soups and sandwiches as soon as you walk in. The fresh juices. The friendly owner and staff. So I tried to be SUPER healthy and got the High Test which contains their famous Green Light. It was WAY too healthy for me. I think for cleansing juice heads its probably GREAT but for me their was WAYYY too much going on. The parsley was wayyyy too overpowering. I tried my husband's Monkey Business smoothy and it was DELICIOUS. The consistency was perfect and I think it's all about the yogurt and almond milk. I will definitely be back for something that doesn't contain parsley. read more

I love this hole in the wall juice bar. The owner is a delight and really knows his stuff. It is worth going there just to glean some nutritional information from him. The juice selection on the menu board is staggeringly long and they will do any combination you request. They will even add a supplement of your own if you bring it in! If you're doing a cleanse, just call ahead and they'll have all of your juice pressed and ready for pick up. The only drawback is that the ingredients are not organic or not expressly stated. I have asked the owner and he has yet to be able to source the ingredients reliably. For the green juices, this is really a big deal because many of the ingredients are sadly on the dirty dozen list. If you're like me, this place is great for a quick stop but I prefer to juice at home only to ensure the kale and cucumber and apple are USDA organic. If you don't care, get your juice on here...they're very good! read more

Been juicing for 7 days now. I've made all my own at home and come up with some losers and some winners. I tried one of their beet juices and - well - had the beets been cleaned it would have been on ok juice. Not great. The dirt on the bottom was poopie. read more

Wow the variety of smoothies, juices, and other healthy add ons is overwhelming. I ordered a medium passion twist smoothie for about $6.50 I think and it was absolutely delicious. You could really taste the freshness of the fruit and the consistency was perfect. It's a tiny little location in Summit ideal for quickly stopping in to grab something as there is no seating inside. They also have some soups and sandwiches I noticed. I do think it was a little pricey. That would be my only complaint, otherwise a great place for a cold refreshing drink. read more

This place has the best smoothies I've EVER had and the largest variety of flavors I've ever seen! It's seriously unbeatable. The food is really good too especially their breads, the juices are amazing, the smoothies are the PERFECT consistency. The Juice Caboose is an awesome place that makes quality, healthy (or unhealthy, if you'd like) shakes. I came here with my wife yesterday for a quick trial of the joint, and we were NOT disappointed. It's extremely tight and tiny, but that doesn't affect how good their product is. I got the Monkey Business, but substituted the chocolate out for PB, and added a scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein. The woman whipped up the extra thick and creamy shake (due to the fat-free frozen yogurt) in no time, and it tasted great. Mixed perfectly, blended well, and a great consistency. I was surprised at how good it came out, and will be stopping back here for sure. They're also very open to any changes you'd like to their offerings, which is what I do often. Additions and changes aren't an issue, so you can tailor your shake to whatever you'd like. If you want a great shake and a really nice customer experience, the Juice Caboose has your caboose covered. The negative is it takes a while to get your shake. I've waited 5-10 minutes with only one person ahead of me, so don't expect it too quick. read more

Found the Juice Caboose after searching on Yelp for a healthy snack after a morning of shopping at Short Hills and was happy to see that it was a less than 10min drive. It was nearing the lunch hours of 12:30 so I rushed over there hoping I wouldn't catch a line but it was just my luck (or maybe I just missed it!?), either way, the man behind the counter greeted me and asked if I had questions as he had seen me read over the menu scrolled on the wall. No questions from me so I ordered the Eye Opener. It was deeelish! You definitely won't be disappointed going here. The only thing that sucks is that there aren't any juice spots down by me! But that's irrelevant to Juice Caboose so.. 5 stars! read more

The Juice Caboose is a fantastic place to get fresh juices. Whether you want greens, fruits or both, they have everything you could possibly think of... even protein and nutrients to add in your juice. I've been to several juicing establishments in the Morristown/Denville area but the Juice Caboose in Summit is the best; hands down. I've ordered everything from all greens to greens and fruits added together and always feel healthy and cleansed afterwards. Remember, juices aren't meant to fill you up so juice wisely. I usually have one as a healthy snack after or before lunch. Add in a shot of wheat grass and you are good to go! I've also ordered three-day juice packages from here and was very satisfied with my results. My skin was glowing and I lost 8 pounds. It's great if you want to reboot your system! Juice caboose's tight space holds an array of tantalizing juice concoctions. I like mine robust with dark greens! But they offer a Huge variety so if your looking for something on the sweet side, you wont be disappointed. It's a small operation so the wait can, at busy times, can be a short while but the fresh juices are worth it! They also offer wheat grass shots that are sure to hit the spot read more

If you don't know what to put in a smoothie or GREEN cleaning drink this is definitely the place to go! So far everything I've tried I've loved! I had 2 of the "cleaning" drink Hawaii something & Passion Green they were delicious! My favorite are the fruit smoothies the Passion Fruit and Sunrise something - they were filling and hit the breakfast / snack spot! It's a very small establishment so be prepared to be tight but no worries the service is fast and delightful so you won't even notice. As long as I'm working in Summit I will be visiting this establishment. read more

This is the best beverage spot around by far! They have an excellent selection of fruits and vegetables and you can try many different groupings of those in the many concoctions they offer. My favorite three drinks are the Black and Tan, passion green and the Hawaiian chlorophyll they are all amazing. The prices are fair In comparison to every other place lIke this locally between here and NYC. I am a frequent customer here and I see that there are many others and that makes me happy because its super healthy read more

Cooked to perfection and a decadent curry base. The staff was incredibly helpful. We worked with the Manager, Pankaj, who went over the entire menu and helped us decide on a safe dish for my son. He then confirmed our choice with the kitchen before placing the order. Pankaj checked on us multiple times to ensure we were enjoying our dinner, the extra care was greatly appreciated. It was perfectly elevated while still being casual and approachable. When we came there was a Mac and cheese special with pulled bbq pork on top. I knew we had to get that because it is right up my husbands alley. It did not disappoint, my husband was tempted to order some to take home! The pasta was super creamy and cheesy, mixed with the roasted pulled smoky bbq pork on top, it was the ultimate comfort food for the cold rainy day we were having. For my meal I got the Grilled Cheese which is more of an elevated "grown up" grilled cheese. It had cheese, thin apple slices, fig jam and bacon. The flavors were great, I only wish there was a little more cheese or a little less jam to balance the sweet and savory a little more, because for me it was a touch too sweet. The sourdough it was made with was delicious and fresh, I also appreciate that they don't seem to soak their grilled cheese in oil like a lot of places do (butter or nothing, please!!) My husband ordered the burger which he really enjoyed but nothing was going to top the pulled pork Mac and cheese for him. They should consider adding it to the regular menu! He originally wanted the duck sandwich but it was unavailable on this day. All in all it was a cozy afternoon together. Our waitress was very friendly and made sure to check on us without ever being too overbearing.

I was traveling with a group for business and none of us are from the area. We were surprised that the restaurant was BYOB! So, be sure to bring your own bottle of wine for the adults who imbibe and/or sippie cups of juice for the little ones. The beverage options appeared to be tea, coffee, soda, sparkling or still water. The service was friendly and attentive. We tried a variety of appetizers including the large combo platter of dips that were a crowd pleaser. They were served alongside dense, warm, fresh rounds of yeasted bread. They used sliced carrots as little barricades between the dips on the large combo platter which worked very well (We would have loved an option to have a platter of fresh veggies like cucumbers and carrots to scoop up the dips. The bread was much more dense than pitas and flatbreads we'd had before but, it was delicious nonetheless) We ordered an array of kebabs for dinner. Everything was delicious and juicy. The crispy shaved lamb was the best thing on the table but the beef and chicken dishes were also delicious. The rice is very moist and cooked with caramelized onions. There were some delicious roasted vegetables and tzatziki served with the meats that further enhanced everyone's enjoyment. We wrapped it up with baklava that was served warm and perfectly cut into Shareable squares. This is a great Mediterranean spot and we all would return again if we find ourselves in the area.

Massaman Curry with tofu, Green curry with mock duck and Basil thai fried rice with no egg. Salads were fresh with a peanut dressing. Spring rolls were hot and crispy with little to no oil. The green curry was spicy the way my wife prefers and the massaman curry was full of tofu, crinkle-cut carrots and potatoes. Large portions, lovely atmosphere and very helpful and polite staff. They have boba teas as well- which I plan on trying next time.
